Curtina Bird Trail-Jacquard Lined Pencil Pleat Curtains

Curtina Bird Trail-Jacquard Lined Pencil Pleat Curtains, Duck Egg, 46″ Width x 72″ Drop (117 x 183cm)

How to measure your window to get the right sized curtainsFitting the poleFind the correct curtain panel width

Step 4: Select the correct drop (length) of curtain

Last stage is to determine the length / drop required

A) Measuring from a curtain pole

Start the measurement from the bottom of the eye (the small metal ring at the bottom of each curtain ring) to where the curtain should drop to.

B) Measuring from a curtain track

Start the measurement from the top of the track to where the curtain should drop to.

Measure where you would like your curtain to drop to

  1. To window ledge – Measure to the bottom of the window ledge and add 2-4” (5 to 10cm)
  2. To radiator – Measure to the top of the radiator and add 2” (5cm)
  3. To floor – Measure to 1” (3cm) above the floor to allow for ease of cleaning the floor

Final notes

Note: Choose a drop size equal or longer than the measured required length as our ready-made curtains can be reduced in length at any local clothing alteration to fit your window more accurately if required.

NOTE: Pencil Pleat Header curtains need to be “gathered” before use to ensure the heading looks tidy, see instructions how to do this.

We just brought a house and I had loads to buy
These curtains I got cheaper ‘ used ‘ they had h been out the wrapper and 20 less than Amazon ‘ new ‘
Good quality. Lined. Lovely feel very soft.
    Highly recommend

Only thing is you have to buy the tie backs separate

I bought these for my bathroom, but wasn’t sure whether they would go with my colour scheme. Well I couldn’t have picked a better pair of curtains. I got a new curtain pole and the backs and they all look lovely. I’m very pleased with them. I would recommend them

Excellent Pencil Pleat Curtains, Duck Egg – completed my set when other shops sold out. Thank you.

Pretty curtains and the right colour.
They could be a bit heavier and they snag easily so I didn’t put them where they’d get heavy use and they’re in the dining room where they’ll seldom get closed but just look pretty. Light shines through them so I may fit extra thermal linings.
I’d priced up curtains elsewhere like Dunelm and their curtains are dearer but maybe better quality.
We have dogs so these curtains not practical near them.

Just the fold on the pleats did not quite satisfy me, but it is on average very ok. Looks nice on the window.

These are lovely curtains but didnt match my decor so had to return
They did let the light through but did not matter for the windows they were for.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery pretty curtains. A little thinner than anticipated, so it was fortunate I had purchased blackout liners elsewhere. The main thing to remember is to tie the cords at each end of the tape BEFORE drawing up the gathers. If you dont, the stings will just pull right through, resulting in having to re-thread them yourself. There is a sticker warning about this on the curtains. They are lightweight as I stated at the beginning, but they suit my purpose for a spare room and make a change from the non patterned ones they are replacing. The stitching is good quality, the length is as advertised and the width also. Happy with my purchase, also ok to recommend. If you are looking for thick, really good quality curtains, you will be paying a LOT more than these are priced at. They suit my purpose.
