Fitted the front facing dash cam easy. Works great. Fitting the rear cam takes a bit of thought haven’t yet worked out how to get it from outside of car to inside. The bracket on the camera limits the places it goes. Reluctant to drill holes in the car to get cable in. Have a hatch back so have problems fitting inside to the tailgate.

The camera feels well made and was well packaged. It came with all the necessary leads etc. down to a tool to help hide the power lead in the head lining. A supplementary email was sent, giving additional advice regarding installation and operation, which was useful.
The menu button gave access to menus to enable different operational parameters.
The camera fits unobtrusively and securely to the windscreen.
Very pleased.

Couldn’t recommend this dascham more. I had a nextbase camera for 18 months and had constant problems so decided I’d try a cheaper alternative. I am extremely pleased with my dashcam- it was easier to install and works much better than the expensive camera I had before. The only issue I faced was that the rear camera wasn’t working so I emailed the customer service. They replied within 1 day and posted me a new camera straight away that arrived a few days later. This is a fantastic dashcam at a really great price.

Good camera easy to install -rear cam might be tricky if you don’t know what you are doing or have little skills with electrics on older cars. Wires a little hard to hide. Value for money.

This was so easy to install and set up, The only downside was connecting the rear camera to the rear reversing wire, maybe a clip to splice the wires together would be a good idea as I had to bare the reversing light wire and tape the camera wire to it. Apart from that it is an excellent piece of equipment for the price

Bought this to replace our older camera during a flash sale. Nice and easy to install into my car. Comes with all the required cables and fittings. The front facing camera is brilliant and does well to enhance the picture at night. The rear camera is ok and the frame rate is lower but it is expected considering it looks generic but does the job and will cover you in the unexpected. Menus are easy to navigate and feature a lot of simple but useful features. Good buy.

I thought that there was a problem with the rear camera but it was in fact because I used my own power connection to the car. The seller was extremely helpful and responded to each inquiry immediately. He also sent a replacement rear camera, which in the end wasn’t required because it was my fault. Very good value for money particularly when considering after-sales service.

Love this dash cam. I have a new model Mercedes GLA and the rear cam required a new part to be sent. However I contacted the seller and I am expecting it in the post .5 star for customer care and service and a definite 5 star for front camera which was easy to install

The camera arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The instructions were clear and all the items for the installation were separately packaged in the box containing the camera. Installation was easy for both the forward facing camera and the rear view camera. I placed the leads along just under the head liner and the rubbers around the door. I am delighted with the camera which produces clear images. An excellent product.

It’s a good camera, easy to use, easy to set up. I bought the hardwire kit and wired it in to come on when the car starts which was easy enough.

The only gripe I have with that it keeps unsticking itself from the windscreen and is left dangling by its wires. Yes I’ve prepared the glass and thoroughly cleaned it using alcohol spray and so with the suction cup but since having it a few months it’s done it at least half a dozen times so far.

You’ve just got it aimed perfectly where you want to record, come back to the car the next day and it’s swinging like an elephants dingaling.

Purchased to replace old one, easy to fit, only problem could be it uses its own fitting like a hourse shoe camer fit, could be problem in future as no other mounts will fit.

Lovely camera, really recommend. Picture quality is good and it’s easy to do, can’t figure out how to get the picture onto my labtop though. But it records everything so it’s so helpful. Think it records in a 1 minute view every time, so it’s easy to skip. Lovely item, worth it for the price.

So easy to set up and connect. And Work effectively fine. I do not need to worry about security and safety while driving. I could not connect the red cable at the rear which was a delibrate attempt but the rear camera still works fine and the recording was fine. What a good buy.

One tip though when I played back recordings I had to download the
Video Player All Format app from the Google App Store to watch the video recording although I got the audio recording

Easy to install good clear screen. Rear camera had to buy holder 4 wire to rear was just long enough small hatch back. Quality is above basic plus free SD card plug in and go.i have added back camera to reverse lights good and clear picture

We’ve had well known brands before but this is a cut above the rest. It comes with SD card, tools and accessories you need to fit the cam, view is very clear and easy to fix. I was so happy with the first purchase I bought more for for my other cars!

Unfortunately, the Dash Cam was not fully working, After installing the unit, the reverse camera does not pick up even though when putting the car in reverse the Rear LED lights come’s on. i have checked the SD card and only see one folder. the dash cam itself seems to work with no problem. I am just having trouble with the rear camera. I am also not able to post a question. I have tried to contact the seller but there is no way to get in touch via Amazon to ask the question and the email listed on the package is not accessed anymore no idea how to get this matter resolved

Updated review. I was contacted by the seller to help resolve the problem with the unit. The seller sent out a replacement unit straight away and everything was working 100% I would definitely purchase another unit.

This required no set up at all which the handbook suggested it may, initiallly I only connected the front camera to see how it was and after plugging it in and starting the car the camera turned on and started recording, turn the ignition off and it too turns off, really could not be easier. Even if it requires set up as suggested it is a few basic steps that are easy to follow.
I connected the rear camera but did not connect it to a live feed from the handbrake which allegedly gives you a reversing camera view on the display screen with reversing guide lines, just not needed so not used but again it is quite simple to connect to a handbrake feed if the driver has reduced mobility in which case it is very useful, otherwise the rear camera too works well.
When viewing the display, the main picture is the front facing camera and there is a small square in the top right of the screen showing what the rear camera is seeing, the little square for the rear is too small to practically view whats behind you or to use as a reversing camera without a feed from the handbrake but it is recording what is going on and obviously if viewed on a lap top screen in case of an insurance claim the image is excellent and very clear even at night or in low light.
You do get a micro sd card but it is an unknown cheap brand so a slightly better card is a good idea although none seem to last more than 12 months in a car-cam anyway.
This camera was cheap but is well made, works as well as a previously far more expensive car-cam I had a few years ago and installation and set up are very simple.
I simply can not drive without a camera anymore than I would ride my bike naked, they are absolutely essential to prove fault in any motoring claim, without video evidence if it just one drivers word against anothers the insurance company will always go 50/50 regardless of actual blame (my Wife works in insurance) so a decent car-cam is essential and this is all you need.
Very good and very happy to recommend it.

I bought this as I wanted a front and rear dashcam. It was easy to set up and quality is good. However although I had a problem as the rear camera did not work properly (it did not display the picture correctly) I contacted the shipper Ssongtong sent them video evidence and the person there (Ying) was most helpful and sent a replacement camera out immediately. I received it a few days later and everything works fine. I would definitely recommend not only the product but the company for their excellent customer service

The dash cam was fairly easy to fit. If you are mechanicaly minded. Its all about hiding the wires?. The instuctions are easy to follow so setting it up was simple as long as you read the booklet. Reveiwing the footage, you are given two folders front view and back view which is good. The pictures are a little dark for some reason and not super clear like my other dash cams but you can make every thing out.

Great value .Arrived promptly . Unboxing , thought I would hook it up to a (cheap) power bank to try and get familiar with the numerous controls whilst sitting comfortably .
Cam powered up straight away . SD card was already in unit so scrolled through to format it . Takes a while to get familiarised with the controls to be honest if you want to change settings .
Not cameras fault but slight problem came when I attached rear cam to main unit ( whilst still powered by powerbank). Couldnt get a rear view picture , so again scrolled through menus numerous times to see if something was turned off. Still nothing.
Must have been lack of power from the powerbank as when attached to car , rear cam showed straight away in top corner !
My old Panda doesnt have a cig lighter so powered cam with an adapter to OBD port. (Made sure the OBD adapter had a Mini USB connector ) . That was amazingly straight forward and cable easily tucked away behind trim.
Suction mount for front screen seems ok so far .
Didnt want to drill holes to mount rear cam near number plate so mounted inside at top of tailgate . Although the rear cam is tiny and lightweight the sticky pad didnt seem man-enough to hold it , so drilled tiny holes in “third brakelight” cowl at top of tail gate and screwed in . Had to bend bracket to get reasonable view .
Attached red wire to reversing light wire with a press fit 5 amp connector .
Easily found which was the reverse light wire with a circuit tester with car in reverse gear and ignition on.
The reverse cam plug to connect to front cam on mine is a larger L shape USB plug . In the listing it appears to be a Jack plug.
This larger plug meant couldn’t feed the lead through the rubber cable tube at top of tail gate which would have been neater but managed to tuck away cable under rubber door trim .
Haven’t done any reversing in the dark yet but in daylight it works fine when reverse gear selected. Can see there may be a problem with the LEDs causing glare with screen reflection when using in the dark if mounted inside rear screen. Will see.
To view footage on laptop rather than fiddle with SD card ,I removed front cam from suction cup and connected it up via the mini usb port .
There are 2 files , one for front view and one for rear.
Bizarrely front views wouldnt play on my Windows 10 media player but the rear views did !
Downloaded VLC media player and that shows both videos no problem .
Yet to find a way to replay rear views on the onboard camera screen .
Early days yet but all in all , so far, really pleased with this dashcam and with more and more mad drivers on the road , cutting you up , seems daft not to have one .
