Screen Saver Dash Cam
You can set the driving recorder to turn off the screen auto but still keep recording. （30seconds/1Min/2Min）. Turn on “Screen Saver”, Dash cam’s screen will be black but still record, press “power button” the sceen will then light up.
1) When car dash cam camera does not work after a period of time, please unplug the car charger and SD card, use a paper clip to poke the “REST” hole (On top of the top left corner of the car cameras front), and then turn it on again to solve the problem.

The front dash cam with sd card built-in Microphone, which can record sound.
1) After feed-back from our cust^o^mer ser*v*ice department, most of our cust^o^mers do not turn this on. LONG press the “down button” turn on/off the microphone.
2) Due to the special design of this dash camera with sd card included, it has only four buttons, but it is easy and convenient to operate.
Power button is also “OK” button; Menu button is aslo “Mode” button.
LONG press “M” button (MENU)to switch the Video/Photo/Playback 3 Modes;
SHORT press switch the main menu and tool menu page.

It turned out to be a very good camera. Especially nighttime video quality is beyond expectations. Easy to install and it seems can plug in a reverse camera as well. It comes with a card reader, memory card and a tool to pry open the dashboard for wiring.
I got this because we have been having problems with a neighbour who has been swerving her vehicle at me so now I hope to catch her for the police but I have noticed a little light on the front which I need to cover up so that they don’t see it
A very clear picture and a good size scree
Seems a decent well made product that comes with an SD card included. Playback seems ok. Works well in limited light.
Company sent an email with extra help for using it. A lot cheaper than some others that are for sale so we are very happy.

I purchased this to use in my motorhome but the supplied mount doesn’t permit installation on a vertical or nearly vertical windscreen such as in a truck or motorhome. Everything seems fine otherwise, just be aware of you are purchasing this for a vehicle with a vertical windscree
Recently, I’ve come to the conclusion that many drivers on today’s roads seem to lack a sense of consideration and care. And it appears to be getting worse. As a Mercedes owner I became increasingly aware that to have an on-board dash cam was necessary. It needs to be compulsory, in fact.
The market is full of dash cams and as a first-time buyer I didn’t want to spend too much. I wanted something decent, cost-effective and functional. I looked at Nextbase as a starting point but decided to do a little research. I can across this small and simple to use model by Ssangtong. I was easy to install, didn’t need to be hardwired, and came with all the necessary parts to get you up and running. And I was impressed with the results. It even came complete with a SD card and reader, which was a plus.
For the price, the can’t really complain. It offers decent quality and the playback was sharp and clear. The menu setup was simple and the booklet – although not the best – was fine to glance through. The camera itself is small and light, and isn’t a distraction when driving. I haven’t tried the night vision facility but will update where possible. All-in-all, not a bad dash cam for little money.
Initially we had a problem with resetting the dash cam but the company was extremely helpful with emailed instructions and an offer to replace if we could not get the settings right. We did get the settings right and it is working perfectly. The only thing we are not used to is that you don’t see a constant view of the camera picture it shuts of the screen after a few minutes but has an indicator light to show it is working.
Works well for price and the picture quality is good. It comes with all you need to use straight away, nothing else needed. I have not rated the night vision quality as I rarely drive in the dark especially at the time of writing this review (Summer). It doesn’t have some of the features of the more expensive dashcams (location, speed etc) but well worth the money.
I saw that this camera had good reviews and wouldn’t break the bank so figured I’d give it a try rather than paying over the odds for a NextBase camera.
So far, I have mostly had good things to say. The LED screen is clear and looks good, it’s easy to install and the fact they include an SD card is a big bonus.
My only issue is that the attachment onto the windscreen isn’t the best as it puts the connection for the cable at an awkward angle, however, for the money I can’t not give it 5 stars.
I have yet to use it during a night drive so can’t comment on its night vision capabilities, but so far so good. I will update if I ever do get the chance to test this product at night.
