Ideal for packing up boxes for house move or in my case for my house to be repaired and redecorated. One thing though it would be nice and helpful if instructions on how to thread tape through were in the box, I had to check on line to see how to do this as I have never had a tape dispenser before.
Took a while to work out how feed tape through and use the cutting mechanism (works a lot better when you remove the safety guard!). Great value and would recommend to anyone packing and moving home themselves
If moving just do yourself a favour and buy one of these. Great bit of kit to use once you have the hang of it and what a time saver! So glad we bought this for our move, a minor but transformative item
Bit of a faff setting it up and the blade cover is hard to get on and off. I just leave it off now and keep it out of reach.
A brilliant product, which has performed well and been so useful for us. Sturdy, reliable and much better quality than expected. As ever, you can’t tell from purchasing online exactly what you will get – but this has been a welcome purchase and one we are delighted with.

YOU WON’T REGRET THIS AT ALL
If you’re moving house then this is an essential bit of kit to get! Easy to use and stops you spending hours cutting tape with your teeth! I did use the video from another review to fit the tape which was super helpful!
I followed the video and found the process so simple. I have used all three rolls and they work amazingly well. I am normally dreading parcel returns as I spend ages with twisted tape and cannot seem to hold the boxes together as I tape them. This was one handed use. I am looking forward to Christmas now!
Some instructions would be real nice! I thought the item had came without a blade, until I took the two screws off to realise there was a red plastic cover on the blade.
If you’re packing to move or just have lots of boxes to tape this is a good investment, the gun isn’t the best and I have used better but its quick to load and reload and cuts well. It tends to stick a little and isn’t quite as smooth at dispensing sometimes getting the tape trapped under the metal guide for a second leaving a mark, not such a bad thing until you want to cover an address label and it marks right where the barcode or postcode is. The included tape is also on the cheaper side but you get a good selection of clear, brown and ‘fragile’ so covers all the bases and it sticks well to clean cardboard.
This is a fantastic set of tape. It’s handy if you only use parcel tape occasionally as you receive a variety of tape and don’t need to buy packs of one type of tape. The tape is sufficiently sticky and doesn’t lift off cardboard. The tape gun works well but I do find it quite fiddly to use.
Really pleased with this tape gun as you get so much tape and variety with it! Fairly straightforward to use, as long as you’ve got a nice sturdy box.
I struggle to put the guard back on the teeth when I finish using it, not sure if it’s slightly misshaped somewhere, but that doesn’t affect usage, just a pain!
It’s well-made, and the material of the gun is durable and of decent quality. The roller is of proper size, easy to feed with a tape roll, and has a good grip that keeps the tape in place without slipping. You can adjust the tension like other guns, and the smooth mechanism makes the process quick and easy. The blade teeth are sharp and cut through the tape nicely and efficiently. I recently moved house, and this tape gun was convenient and kept my boxes nice and secured.
Overall I don’t have anything wrong to say about this product. It’s way better than the gun. I bought it from a pound shop. The quality matches the price.

I ordered this packaging tape with dispenser gun to help me pack and move my stuff into storage. It’s a great value for money, as it comes with 6 rolls of tape, including brown, clear, and fragile tape. The tape is strong and durable, and it sticks well to the boxes and other surfaces. The dispenser gun is easy to use and it cuts the tape smoothly and quickly. It also has a comfortable grip and a safety lock. This is a great piece of kit for the price, The tape gun worked well with nice sharp cutting teeth and the tape is pretty thick quality and sticks very well, This kit is great if you are moving or doing a lot packing, Def a good buy I think.
Inside the pack you get the tape gun, and 6 rolls of tape in brown, clear and fragile, 2 rolls of each. These seem to be longer than the ones we have used before.
The tape gun itself is simplistic, with a wheel at the top to put the tape on, a slot for the tape to go through and a blade at the top that comes covered in a plastic shield (the blade is serrated and VERY sharp so be careful). The wheel for the tape has knurled nut to tighten and loosen the wheel, which is handy if the tape is coming off too quick.
There are zero instructions on how to fit the tape, but its quite easy once you know. I have added a video showing how to fit the tape roll so hopefully that will help. I will also add that its just a bit strange as once you cut the tape it just dangles there waiting for the next parcel to wrap up. I had thought that the tape would actually go through a roller and stay in place, but it doesn’t which is strange as there are rollers on the tape gun itself.
Still, it will make wrapping boxes quicker and not require you to bite the tape off like we do here.
Very good value for this pack and range of rolls meant I didn’t need to buy fragile tape extra. Tape dispenser works fine.
Slightly apprehensive buying this, as usually I’d go to pound land for such items.
However, moving house and wanting some quality tape to make sure all the boxes stayed in good shape for the entire move.
When I considered how valuable my belongings were, the additional cost seemed negligible.
The tape is long and strong, a roll lasts a lot longer than I expected, if ever you’ve used generic tape and then had sellotape you will understand what I mean when I say strong.

This is a pretty decent kit.
Tape and dispenser are decent quality and work well. Would maybe have preferred 6 tapes the same rather than a mix but they all work the same anyways.
I find these tape dispensers a must and we had one previously but haven’t been able to find it since everything was stored away for house renovations so needed a replacement. They make life so much easier when packing things up for shipping and the 6 included tapes are very strong and great value. I’ve only ever used the brown tape before but like the addition of the “Fragile” tape in this pack. Great value
Tape gun works perfectly. The tape themselves are sticky and do the job. Only reason it isn’t a 5 star as you can from the pictures i’ve attached one of the rolls came deformed so didn’t really fit into the gun but otherwise i’d recommend!

This is very strong and sturdy tape. Easy to use and easy to start without having the tape tear while trying to use it. It holds on almost any surface. The dispenser is very convenient and works flawlessly. The tear teeth are sharp and make it easy to get any size piece you need.
