We got two pairs of the black curtains with gold spec.
They are lovely.
Really soft and certainly block the light out.
Perfect for napping the baby in the day.
Beautiful curtains, material is black out I just don’t have the pole all way up to the ceiling, colour is beautiful and design very nice. Must have!
Very attractive curtains, quite fine material so need a wider width to make a fullness look.
Bought these wasn’t sure about the size but they fit perfectly they a lovely soft curtain and are black out and the gold on them sticks out great addition to my bedroom would recommend

I really love these curtains. So simple, good quality and truly blackout. Used it for the sitting room and it’s beautiful. A pack has 2, I didn’t read that properly so ended up with 4, have applied to return the 2nd pack, would have kept it but just need the money for now.
I haven’t hung these curtains yet but they look fine so will do it soon.
My daughter is a Harry Potter fan and Harry potter curtains are really over priced. I thought these go with with HP theme in her room and when they came I was really surprised at the good quality of them. They blackout the room well and look great. The quality is really good on them for the low price. Highly recommend
The eyelets and the top of the curtain let in light. I bought for my daughter and she was okay with that but when she moved my cousin came to stay and we put him in her room because he can’t sleep with light. As it was the streams of light coming through the eyelets and the top of the curtain woke him at dawn. In the end we had to pack the top with thick black bags for him and move the bed to a corner. I know that may be extreme but it stopped him enjoying his break as he had to sleep half the day after being woken early and all our planned excursions were scuppered for half the week.
I did a lot of review reading and decided these probably looked the best – not what I was after aesthetically but then again I was still half cut so I obviously didn’t care that much!!
I’ve taken before, during and after photos for comparison – yes they still let a lot of light in around the sides, but we have a rail that sits away from the wall by about 10cm.
I did measure and I am happy with the length I ordered, however I probably should have been sensible and ordered the next length, just to have a little longer a drop, but I didn’t want it covering the radiators and again, I was still half cut!
The material is pretty lightweight, but has almost a silky/velour texture, and the pattern isn’t too bad
I would definitely recommend if you’re sitting on the fence!
I bought these when they were on offer so back then I would say they were very good value for money. The also have a nice motif and good material. They give a good level of blackout. I would highly recommend
I wish I had ordered the darker purple ones but I do absolutely love this shade. Definitely value for money, unless you actually WANT blackout effect. The material is really good quality and the pattern is beautiful, so it’s a bit of a mixed reactio
I moved house and we were lucky that these arrived so that we could put them up the first day in, having only been able to measure a few days previously.
We were able to live in a the house for a few days before the neighbour’s knocked to introduce themselves, the curtains blocked out the light so well they thought the house was still empty.
They keep the room lovely and dark should you need a daytime nap and keep the cold out from the outside winter.
They are a lovely texture and heavy, I’m really pleased with my choice to buy these and I actually have bought more for the other rooms in my house.
Additional benefit, the kids have slept in later ever since we bought them and incidentally so have we!
