Good curtains, feel great. They say they aren’t blackouts, but we have them over patio doors that are in direct sunlight most of the day, and the room is pitch black with the curtains closed, except from where the silver details are bigger, but its still minimal ligh
Really nice curtains & a perfect match for the decor in my room. I had previously bought some for my bedroom & loved them so much I wanted some for my lounge.
These curtains were on the track in 5 minutes from getting the parcel. They are a great design that goes well with pretty much every style. They blocked the street light out completely and seem to be keeping any drafts from the storm wind hitting the house.

These curtains are lovely. No bits of cotton to cut off. They iron beautifully. I bought two pairs & will be buying more. They look more expensive than they were. They are black out/thermal curtains & do exactly that. They also hang well. I can’t recommend highly enough.
I really like these curtains, the sparkly bits look nice without being too much. Not completely blackout, I find most blackout curtains are not, unless you buy the bulkier heavier ones, then they’re hard to close. I would guess that the darker the curtain the better the blackout, but obviously depends on what you want. I would recommend.
For a bedroom that gets the morning sun these curtains, though not true blackout, do a decent job. Just a faint orange glow through the panels themselves with most light leakage around the window frame. I chose navy as I hoped the darker colour would block more light. I noticed that there are photos of lighter coloured ones posted by other reviewers and they don’t appear to block as much light as the darker coloured ones.
Fabric is medium weight, not machine washable, with a silver screen-printed pattern. I gave them a light steam after hanging and I’m pleased with how they look.

Blocking out the light well
I bought these curtains to cover a large landing window that faces West. In the very hot weather the window makes the temperature unbearable in the upstairs of the house. I hung them from a spring pole and used magnetic tie backs for when they were not needed. This meant no drilling into walls to put them up plus easy dismantling when they are not needed. The curtains are excellent for what I wanted. They completely shade the window and have been invaluable as the temperature has increased.
I will take them down when it becomes cooler outside but I plan to use them later in the Winter to insulate and keep the house warm during cold spells.
A great buy and to have the curtains, pole and magnetic tie backs at under 50 complete, is terrific value for money. I’m delighted.
They are described as mellow yellow but I would say they are more ochre coloured a dark mustard, definitely deeper coloured than the advertised photo. But saying that they look OK when up and do keep a good portion of the light out .
The design is fine and quality seems good. Only thing is not a blackout curtains as stated in the description.
I have a very large balcony and even “stretched “the curtains are blackout, very functional and they look beautiful too! I got the light grey set,the main material is smooth/silky but too shiny, the foil like pattern is shiny and well made.
Overall a perfect quality/ price item, absolutely recommended.
Bought to cool the bedroom – work way better and feel much softer and better quality than curtains from other shops like Dunelm. Very soft, a lovely shade of pale grey and the thermal quality works well. Very happy, highly recommended and would buy again.
For the money these curtains are great and they look fabulous in the light silver grey. Another plus is that the material is thin so you can take them up with iron-on hemming web . Don’t be put off by thin material, they still block the light . I can honestly say I won’t ever waste money on made to measure curtains again .
Real nice material and they do black out light. It says not machine washable but I washed them on a 20 degree wash before hanging them and they were absolutely fine. Can’t complain cheap and nice. Would buy agai
I was sceptical when these arrived without black out backing but they do really keep the room dark, not pitch black, but dark enough for me. The fabric feels luxurious and hangs beautifully. My only issue is they were difficult to shorten because weren’t perfectly rectangular. A straight seam made them hang funny
