These are really expensive, but I don’t regret the purchase because they are really useful. I use them with my automatic coffee maker. The point is that they are insulated (plastic) glasses that make the coffee or especially cappuccino look good and keep it warm for very much longer than a traditional glass or mug. I have washed them by hand so can’t speak for their durability in a washing up machine.
I wasn’t sure if these were worth the money but I am absolutely delighted with them, they are just perfect for our morning coffee and make it even more of a treat !
Great to hold the coffee in and know that there’s no risk of burning your fingers. Always seems to make the experience more special.
Have cleaned them in the dishwasher without difficulty
But only lasted a year, admittedly my wife dropped one. But the other got a hole in the bottom which allowed water into the cavity when in the dishwasher.

Good coffee glasses, quiet happy with the products, keeps the coffee warm and very light easy to hold but there is a problem with them. My wife was trying to clean one and she just put the sponge in and glass broke and cut her finger so very fragile and i would say they don’t last to long. Nice but be very carefull when you whash them. Just ordered 2 more now, i should get them for free.
he first package I received was broken so sent back and was re-sent I have to say I do like a cup of coffee in these glass cups and they hold just enough
I think they could be easily broken so I wash them by hand instead of the dishwasher
my only gripe is that the coffee machine I have I have to take the drip tray out to fir the glasses and surprising enough its the same make
These are great coffee cups – they keep the coffee hot and your hands cool. My only negative, is that the last set we bought was a bit thinner at the lip, which I preferred, but no complaints!
These are a nice size for making cappuccino coffee. They are well made, look good and retain heat well. You can also place them in the microwave if you wish to heat up your coffee a bit more than your machine is able to. Be aware, as they feel cool to the touch, it is easy to be caught out and burn your tongue the first time you take a sip of coffee. I learned my lesson the hard way. My only criticism is that they feel quite delicate and I am fairly sure would shatter if dropped from even the smallest distance.
Like the product but one of the glasses has a imperfection on the bottom of one of the glasses. A little annoying because you can tell but overall good glasses.
I tried several other 60ml Thermo glasses and I believe this Delonghi one is the best among them. This one has a thinner mouth so it is easier to drink. Other ones I tried have a thicker mouth and it is not comfortable to drink with them. Even though this product is a bit more expensive it is worth it.
Keeps coffee hot and outside of the glass cool. Too tall to fit my Delonghi coffee machine so had to move the drip tray to one side whilst still supporting the milk container. Not a major problem. Easy to clean and hold.
They’re great and they hold warmth really well. Also super easy to clean. But they should be bigger. My wife and I drink coffee from double espresso shot and I don’t want to be using two cups just for that. One cup is just enough for a double shot. It doesn’t spill but crema does reach the brim.
I’ve given 4 stars for “Easy to Hold”, as you need to make sure your hands are dry to avoid the glass slipping. The double skin however enables you comfortably to hold a glass of hot liquid. They do keep the liquid hot enough for ling enough.
They do appear to be dishwasher safe and ours haven’t gone cloudy in a couple of years use.
My only problem with these are that they don’t both fit together under my coffee machine (Delonghi Dedica EC 685.R) because the top of these cups are too wide. One of them would fit no problem, but to make two coffees at the same time I need to hold them by hand!
Other than that, they look lovely, hold the temperature really well (I love my coffee hot), and have the perfect capacity (190 ml) for flat white or cappuccino size coffees.
We bought these when we bought our first Delonghi espresso machine. We now bought a second set after a year due to accidentally breaking one of the glasses. If you’re debating whether to buy these or not, I suggest you go for it. They seem fragile but they aren’t. I’ve dropped them many times in the sink while I was rinsing them, as they were slippery, but they were never damaged. The only reason one broke was because I dropped something big and heavy on the glass. I have the perfect measurement for an espresso shot for my morning coffee!
My only real negative comment would be that my DeLonghi bean-to-cup machine fills these right to the very brim if I set it for my usual double espresso. Easy enough to tell it to stop just before the lip but nonetheless it means I have to ‘supervise’ my morning coffee making rather than fire-and-forget with a slightly larger espresso cup.
First let me clarify something – because there are some reviewers suggesting that a microscopic hole in the bottom is actually “by design” and not a flaw. Well – unfortunately I would have to point out that IS a flaw, otherwise I’d have such a hole in both of my glasses too. As it happens, one glass has just the tiniest of air bubbles, but seemingly not enough diameter to allow any liquid in – and the other has no blemish at all. On the underside (of both) there is also a slight bubble of glass, which is not the same on both and therefore I would have to argue, again, that it’s a design “flaw”. Minor but definite.
Other than that, I really do like these glasses. Plenty big enough for a large latte macchiato, and as others have said they have a lovely insulating effect to keep the drink hot and your hands comfortable while holding it. And, of course, you need good-looking coffee glasses to achieve the full visual effect of the macchiato’s layers.
So I’m pretty happy with the purchase, but at this price even a minor imperfection should not really occur. I suspect you are paying as much for the Delonghi brand name as you are high quality.
