Bought as an emergency cream if we can’t get prescribed cream. Seems to keep spots at bay when used, doesn’t irritate skin. Recommend this and would buy again if needed !

Application does slightly sting but subsides leave on clean skin 20 minutes then apply usual spf moisturiser. Was sceptical but only after a week noticed pimply rosecea on cheeks cleared . Now use every other day .

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI had a retin A prescription.. very expensive but good at fading brown spots .. I got this a month ago – use it 4 times a week and it’s results are better than retin A. Wear sunscreen with it but my brown spots are really noticeably lighter. I buy it again and agai

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersDefiantly feels like it does something! Very happy with this cream and will be purchasing more for sure, my skin is quite oily in areas so it’s perfect for the areas that are spot prone!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve used azelaic acid before as part of a personalised skin care treatment. However the monthly cost is quite expensive for what you get so when I saw that Dermatica offered a 20% azelaic acid serum I knew I had to try it. I’ve not been able to find any other brand that offers 20% that can be bought over the counter. This product is effective and value wise a lot better. Would recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for clearing up spots

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersI stared to suffer from inflammatory rosacea about six months ago. I am in my early sixties. Rather than go to the doctor, I have been trying different approachs to keep it under control, so far with little success. I read that Azelaic acid helped so bought this product. It did make my skin very tingly but the results so far are amazing. My pores are tighter and the pustules look smaller and less inflamed. So far, I am very impressed by the results. I know that once you have rosacea, it dosent go away and having had clear healthy skin all my life, I am hoping that I can get my confidence back if this product carries on improving the appearance of my ski

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI’m not one for leaving reviews but I felt compelled to as this product so good!!! I’ve been using it as directed for 3 weeks and the difference is unbelievable – the amount of compliments I’ve had on my skin is amazing!! Definitely worth every penny.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI use this with my melanin inhibitor to help with my areas of PIH. It’s really good but it can cause peeling on sensitive skin and continued use ale ale your skin inflamed and lead to further pigmentation. I would keep away from the mouth area with this too as that easily made it inflamed. However for the non-sensitive areas it worked like a charm and made my melanin inhibitor even more effective than before.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBought this to help my post inflammatory acne redness and roscea and also keep my skin clear (while using geek and gorgeous retinal 0.1). Reminds me of sunscreen when applying to face. It stops menalin being produced so alongside my retinal which increases cell turnover has started reducing the redness significantly after just 2 weeks. Have a bit to go but am very pleased, can’t wait to see in a couple of months it will be gone – without going to a dermatologist and spending 120. Apply twice a day and doesn’t annoy my sensitive skin.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’ve been using this cream for about two months now and it’s the only one that’s worked for my acne. My breakouts have reduced to the point where I get the odd pimple now and then, rather than every few days, and it helps reduce the appearance overnight. It can be a bit tingly for sensitive skin but I am so pleased with this product, will definitely be buying again.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI use the azeliac acid along with Dermatica’s Tretinoin on prescription. My skin is now glowing. Everyone comments how good my skin is looking. It takes a few months before you start seeing the results, so please don’t think you’ll see an improvement in a a couple of weeks.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI’ve suffered with mild rosacea since I was young, however over the last year it’s started to become more visible.

I’ve tried numerous rosacea and acne creams to try to calm it, with limited success.

However after reading a post from an online pharmacy I decided to try this, along with prescription Soolantra.

The cream doesn’t have any smell to it and is absorbed quite easily. The first time you put this on might be a bit shocking as you can certainly feel it doing something. I wouldn’t class it as quite burning, but you know you’ve put something with a bit of potency on.

After a few weeks my skin does look better than before using the cream. Not perfect, but better than any other combination of creams I’ve tried.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI wouldn’t normally write a review but reviews helped me to buy the product, I believe it’s fair to give mine too. I have used the Ordinary acelaic acid before and although it helped clearing my skin, it gave me lots of new spots. Dermatica though I found more gentle on my skin with no purging. Keep using it in the morning before applying my make up and in the evening I do apply Cerave retinol cream. Keeping my skin under control. Still getting new spots but a lot less than before.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’ve tried a number of not so cheap Rosacea treatment creams but saw little or no difference after persevering for a couple of months with each. This one, however, has made a huge difference. I apply a thin layer to affected areas morning and night. Pimples across cheeks have gone and redness very much reduced. Appreciate everyone’s skin is different, but no adverse effects for me. I shall be stocking up on this one. At the price, I think it’s good value. I’ve spent significantly more with no visible results to see.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI’ve been Very sceptical about any rosacea face creams all my life – tried a handful of them aswell.
Somebody suggested me this specific acid, and I specifically chose this brand.

Tell you truth, it does affect my skin in a pleasant way, my redness on different parts of my face fades after applying it, after a while, the skin tone of my face falls into the same level, I even look a little too pale to myself, but that’s probably I’m not used to it. And also, after some time of absorption the skin seemed softer. Every person is different – personally I ”approve” it and like it.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersIt’s massively reduced my redness and it’s rather gentle on skin as far as ‘acne’ treatments go. I think if you have very sensitive skin maybe buffer with a moisturiser first but I’ve been using it 2x a day with no issues this past week. There’s no scent to the product and it kind of, rubs in and absorbs like a light moisturer would. There’s no flaking or visible product, it just vanishes.

I finished accutane a while ago so I have clear skin but I’ve always had persistent redness (and now my acne is gone I have post inflammatory erythema, which is red marks) and I’ve noticed a massive difference within just a few days of application. My redness is reduced as is the erythema. I highly recommend it.

My texture also looks better and my skin just looks more healthy and fresher, I lovee this product.

I’ve seen the ordinary’s azelaic acid on amazon but a lot of people online seem to have bad reactions to it and it’s a lot cheaper in store, I think this is the better option if you’ll be buying azelaic acid online.
