This set is not as big as some, but it is unique in that it comes with pieces that have opening doors. The tiles are 7.5cm square so compatible with other standard sized tile packs. The quality is lovely, the diamond pattern on the tiles is particularly nice.
Overall this is a nice expansion set if you are looking for more interesting pieces (or if your child likes doors, like mine!), but doesn’t really come with enough pieces to be a good starter set.
Fun magnetic tiles, the description mentions 42 magnetic tiles but these include the plastic doors etc so there’s less magnetic tiles. Colourful, strong magnets and safe to play with. No rough corners or too sharp ones. The only disappointing thing was that there are not enough pieces if you don’t count the plastic ones.
Bought these for my son for eid but I know they’re good as all my nieces and nephews play either this. Gives kids a good

These magnetic building tiles come in a small box with all different shapes to build all sorts of shapes with, there are actually only 30 magnetic pieces as the other pieces are the doors/windows that fit into the magnetic squares. There is a small instruction sheet with a few ideas of what you can make which we have built and they are very easy to use for children. My son is currently 4 years old and really enjoys making these as well as his nursery teacher being happy as they are learning how 2 triangles can make a square and squares can make a rectangle etc. so also great learning for early years.
All different colours of shapes which are transparent and the magnets are nice and strong to keep them, together, great item for a great price.
These tiles are chunky, easy to grip and brightly coloured – great for kids aged 3 and above.
The pack comes with a mix of square and triangular tiles that magnetically connect together allowing you to link multiple tiles, several tiles high.
There are plenty of tiles to construct little buildings, with building-themed windows and door tiles. My three-year old enjoyed loved creating shapes, stacking towers and making little houses.
Helpful to know:
– Tiles are good quality and compatible with the Magna-tiles product
– There are two to three magnets on each side of the tiles meaning strong and stable connections between linked tiles.
Excellent product, fuels creativity, and a toy that kids can play with multiple times without getting bored.
On negative side, I think there are not many magnetic pieces. It says there are 42 pieces, however, please note not all of them are magnetics e.g doors and windows don’t have magnetics (12 pieces), which means there are only 30 pieces of magnetics.
I plan to give this Magnetic Building Tile set to my daughter as a stocking filler at Christmas but I have opened it up to check the quality.
This 42-piece set is good quality. Each piece is made from nicely coloured plastic with magnetic edges. There are various combinations to create many different shapes and designs and I can see how this would bring out a child’s creativity. I’m sure my daughter will love it and I’m looking forward to playing with it with her.
My son loves playing with these as there are innumerable combinations that can be tried with the given magnetic pieces. They aren’t too sharp to hurt any kid, so absolutely child safe. Even as an adult, it entices me to play with the magnetic pieces. This is a very good stress buster.
Little one absolutely loves it! Gets their brains going and it’s hours of fun! Lots of creativity with this and it’s really fun to build stuff! Comes very well packaged too and really is top quality! Very pleased
Magnets arrived well packed and on time. These magnets are brilliant! They are great quality magnets. I ordered them mainly for my 5 year old daughter and she was thrilled. She can spend hours creating and building with these. I was a bit sceptical before ordering these, as I was not sure if they were worth it. But they are fantastic, and my daughter has loads of fun. I will be ordering more sets for our collection. Highly recommend.

It is a Hugh quality product and a very good price. I like this toy very much, it is a high street toy and is made out of transparent coloured plastic which is very attractive. It has good quality magnets that can easily stuck to each other which even small children won’t find any difficulty in handling. This is the toy that my son plays with and he loves it allt. I like it very much and defines recommend this toy.
A small, but heavy box of magnetic building blocks. Children can have fun trying to build buildings using the interlocking magnetic aspect of them. A great gift idea with an unusual element of fine motor skills
This set of magnetic building tiles are fab, they are colourful & highly magnetised.
The set itself comes with a pamphlet of ideas of what to build, but I am sure kids will be able to think of plenty of ideas as there are loads of different shapes to choose from.
I highly recommend these, my 6 year old grandson will play with things like this for hours.
This product has kept my daughter (myself included) even my 10 year old son busy for hours! We’ve made castles, houses,a car, dungeons.the list goes on! Magnetic on all sides and super easy to use! Lovely colours and comes with a booklet with easy building techniques. Great product and great price!

The box is quite heavy, which indicates these are well manufactured. The tiles themselves feel great quality, and this toy is sure to make a great Xmas gift for any kid who loves to build.
This set of magnet building tiles is well made, the corners and edges are smooth and magnetic attraction is strong. The solid tiles have a geometric design on them rather than being a piece of flat plastic.T hey are great for imaginative constructive play.
Although this is advertised as 42 pieces 12 of them are shaped plastic to fit as windows and doors, so there are only actually 30 magnetic pieces.
This is great as an add on set if you already have magnetic building tiles but is pretty limited if you are just starting.
My granddaughter loves these sets and they are her go to toy whenever she comes to see me.
I highly recommend magnetic play tiles but be aware of the limitation of this set.
Great toy!! My friends have this and I always said I’d get one one day. It’s very entertaining. The magnets are very strong and keep the shapes you create together. You can build all sort of stuff and there are lot’s of bright colours. Lovely toy!!
Both myself and my young daughter have had a lot of fun with this magnet building set. It’s fantastic for making all kinds of 2d and 3d models!
The set consists of building panels, some square and some triangle in shape, which feature 2 magnets per side. These magnets allow the panels to attach to each other. The panels are all of good quality and brightly coloured with a transparent look to them.
For added fun, there are panels that contain doors and windows, to really bring your 3d models to life.
So far, we’ve made a little 3d house, a 3d ice cream cone and a 2d castle ( instructions for the castle are featured on the included leaflet ).
The included leaflet contains some good 2d and 3d building ideas to get you started! The building possibilities are endless – It really is good fun for both kids and adults!

Bought this during self quarantine with my two boys (2 and 9). They spent 3 days back and forth playing with this set, until the older one went back to school. Since then, the 2 years old toddler has been carrying the whole set around with him as a candle shape. He also enjoys trying all sorts of combinations, 3D or 2D. 3 weeks on, he still plays with everyday.
The set was really well made. Fairly thick plastic material. The little one at one point of time experimented using his torch to hit one piece. It cracked a bit but didn’t fall apart and is still safe to use. The design was well thought out and works really well. We tried to make see creatures, a sofa, pyramid, a candle and all sorts. The only limitation is the number of pieces. I’d like to get another set. But don’t want to spoil the kid.
These building blocks are a good activity for my 2yr old and 6 yr old sons. Colours of building blocks are vibrant and attractive which I really like. Quality is also good. I would like to recommend.
These are fantastic toys to have in, for every day play. They would be great for schools or kids clubs as well. It’s great to have toys that don’t need batteries and encourages social interaction . They are also great for artistic development and hand eye coordination. We already have some of these type of magnetic shapes and these work very well with them, so it’s like having an expansion pack . These get played with again and again, they’re definitely worth buying and they’re very reasonably priced.
Got this for our 4yr old son. He already have one building block tile like this before but he would have a bigger building with more tiles! It is one of his favourite toys. It helps him to develop his creativity and imagination. They’re colourful and are safe to play with. It does not have sharp sides and magnets do attract with the right angle though some of the tiles have weak magnetic ones. but it is okay. I would recommend this product.
This is a great set of magnet tiles with lots of pieces, the magnets are good, they hold well but break apart when you want them too and they are a lot of fun to play with. So we ordered this set for our three year old son and he really likes playing with construction toys like this whether it be blocks or magnetic things like this, it was an immediate hit and we have had loads of fun playing with them. His favourite this to build is animal pens to put his plastic animals in. They hold together well!
What I particularly love about this set is that it comes with a guide to build different things. Which is very useful.
So we have had a few similar sets to this in the past and we have found there are two main styles, this type with flat edges and on the square pieces the magnets are two per side and another type which are rounded on the sides and have a single magnet per side, these work fine with the other sets of the same style but if you have the other style already then be aware these won’t connect well with them. These are probably the strongest magnet tiles we have. Really happy with this set!
