Excellent saw blade and an absolute bargain at 10.70 delivered. Dewalt by name but made in PRC… People’s Republic China…. Something that may not be commonly known. Still a great blade.
I know it’s not exciting buying a new circular saw blade but I used this in a cheapish circular saw and it’s made it an absolute dream. It absolutely flies through plywood with little splintering and feels effortless. Even when my circular saw was brand new, it didn’t work as well as this.
I build decks and use this blade for deck boards and frame work. I go through them about once a month and they last longer than more expensive branded blades. Excellent clean quick cut and quiet compared to other blades too. Used with Dewalt circular saws 18v. Reliable solid performance and can handle nipping the odd screw or nail.
Once fitted the new blade cut through all the timber studwork effortlessly and accurately.
Well worth its 5 stars.
All straight cuts so far and they’ve been clean, accurate and like hot knife through butter.
Very little roughing up on the boards where I need a clean cut.
I can’t say how long it’ll last, it is a thin framing blade after all but so far it’s more than worth the money.
Unless something goes badly wrong I would have no problem buying more.
Update. After using for a while the only issue I’ve found is it leaves a yellow colouration on the wood. Not an issue for me as this will all be stained/painted but for anyone working with clean wood it might be worth considering.
Very good, worth getting used for doing few jobs ,and did not have any problems cutting oak , for the price was expecting blade to be poor was very shocked that was not the case and kept cutting without no burn outs on wood .
Best saw blade I have personally used. Lasts a good amount of time and is good at both cross and rip cuts. I’m a carpenter so use this pretty much every day.
