Magnets are strong but not too strong. Perfect to hold curtains together in the middle to make it fully blackout. At the same time doesn’t stop them to separate when pulling the curtains open.
I’ve used it to secure the shower curtain in my motorhome, one length on the wall and one threaded through a seem on the curtain, sorted my issue, with quite a positive magnetic grip.
I bought this to mount a fly screen temporarily to the inside of a window and wow does it grip, to the point it’s hard to remove the screen.
It was simple to use, it works very well, just remember that the more used the more powerful the fixing!
So after looking around for some sort of adhesive magnets to mount my license plates on my car to make them easily removable I found these
The adhesive is very good with no real complaints there but for the purpose I need them for it’s a very strange scenario
I am mounting a small 15x7cm less than 1kg acrylic plate on a small license plate holder on the front of the car.
Weirdly when mounted if I just gently tap or nudge the plate it will fall off, however when driving it is solid and has never dropped off since driving for over a week with it I have driven on motorways, city roads, speed bumps, potholes, fast, slow everything and is still hanging on!
Very strange but it seems to be doing the job so I would say just be wary as if it was a heavier item it may not work as well and if it is for the same application it is worth just thinking about it a bit!
All in all it is a good product but just think twice about how you want to use it!
I had to cut a window into the greenhouse as it was getting far too hot inside…36c is not good for plants or for me. I needed something that was going to withstand horrid english weather and seal well when closed and stay stuck down…so far so good! I can even use the magnetic strip to hold the window open…it’s not massively strong magnetic tape, but I didn’t want that anyway. It’s good stuff!
Did what I wanted it to do 5m does not go far, only one window, but it avoids the hassle of Velcro. You need both rolls for the one window but the seal is good.
The tape works very well the pull force of the magnetic tape is fairly good, I use it for a fly screen and it works great, definitely a good purchase but a little expensive yk
I used this tape to fix a mosquito net to my windows. I need to fix the top and bottom as well as the sides of the windows with the magnetic strip so I could clamp the mosquito net in place between the A&B strips.
This was my first time doing it as previously I used the rubbish velcro tape that comes with a mosquito net. However, the adhesive on the magnetic tape is A LOT stronger and the magnets themselves are incredibly strong too.
I’ve had my mosquito nets up for 2 weeks now and they’ve stayed in place allowing us to take the net down to open/close the windows

Strong adhesion on the back and the magnetic strip provided a great way to attach the side panelling to the metal frame of a conductors Podium. Strong fix every time and removable for storage
I bought the magnetic strip to use on our letter box which is always being rattled open in the wind. The strip works and does the job really well. No more rattly letter box through the night.
Good tape, easy to use.
However, if you’re expecting a strong magnetic attraction, it seems tape will not do the job.
Will hang a poster on the wall… but not much else heavier than that.
I purchased this to temporarily mount small lightweight solar security lights to a caravan, in the past I have used an adhesive magnetic to steel strip which are prone to rust.
This was the perfect solution for me, both the strength of the magnet and the adhesion was sufficient but I can’t imagine using it for much heavier items
