    Having seen these on various sites I decided to buy one as a gift for the man in my life. It turned out to be the best ‘man toy’ and worth every penny.     Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEx-builder husband impressed with this gift, which he says is an improvement on the old metal contour gauges he used to use. Only time will tell whether or not it proves to be robust, as it is made of plastic, but it certainly looks and feels quite strong. Husband liked it and he usually pooh-poohs anything that he regards as for DIYers only!

    Does what it says on the box. the spindles were narrower than I anticipated, so gives a really clear output, and was easy to use. The adjustment works, though might be better if it were a thumbscrew so it could be more easily adjusted, but otherwise works great!

    Happy with this product; would buy again if I needed it.
