Bought these three Doqaus on 17Feb23 and the Habor back on 28Aug19.
All four were perfectly in sync so I will say the Doqaus are good value, accurate, easy to read and easy to set up. However, suggest you buy a pack of 2032 batteries at the same time! Four years later the battery in the Habor is still going strong.
Very nice I like them. They come in packs of 3 so I put one in the bathroom one in living room and one in the bedroom. Battery lasts for more then a month
Good compromise between readability and hardly noticeable (4.5 x 6cm approx.) next to other household items.
The accuracy are mine against a Hive digital thermostat that is a few years old was +0 1/+0.1/+0.2 deg. C
The 3 units set side by side more or less agree with each other so I guess they’re consistent. But don’t expect to take quick temperature readings. Bringing the thermometer inside the house after sitting outside in sub-zero temperatures it took over 40 minutes to acclimatize to the room temperature inside and show an accurate reading. But that’s fairly expected. They’re easy to use and non-fangled so I’m happy with them.
A very useful tool for heat and humidity levels – especially given energy costs. I tested them, and they each vary a little – but they’re still handy, as total accuracy is probably impossible
Have now bought about 15 of these spread through 3 households. They are a useful aid to ensure temperatures are not too high ( costs) or too low ( health implications) during these times of high fuel bills. They have the added benefit of showing humidity in a room.Batteries , which only one has been replaced so far seem to last a year.
60mm x 45mm this compact temperature gauge does what it should. the 3 pack means we could put one in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom and monitor the heating to see that everything was working fine. GREAT price, not expensive. so really good value for money. nice and small so not like some unit that are the size of a book. they are still all on the original batteries, no idea how long they will last for ??? so far so good. no problems , no complaints. they work exaqctly as they should , tell you the temperature and the Relative humidity. no fuss, no frills, just functional.
Admittedly, I didn’t read the sizing for the three thermometer gauges but, bought for my mum, my mum was interested in the different temperature readings from three different areas in her house and had no problem reading them.
I have bought two lots of these thermometers. Ideal to get a good idea of the temperature in different areas of our home. They are easy to read and also display a humidity reading. The battery life seems to be ok too. I will probably purchase another lot to cover all rooms – a worthwhile purchase.
I had damp and mould issues or more so high humidity in my cottage causing damp.
For 10 these allowed me to get an idea of what each room that was affected with high humidify per day/night.
Gamechanger it allowing me to then use the dehumidifier effectively.
My only quibble is the reading is out here and there by 3-5 vs the reader on the dehumidifier but no bigger (probably due to height)
I was looking for a simple indoor thermometer and settled on this product. I was attracted by the pack of three and by the picture of the product, but I did not check the size. When it arrived the individual thermometers were smaller than I expected, but the displays are readable and I was quite happy with them. I did not want the combined humidity monitor, but most of these LCD devices seem to include this.
PACKAGING: Delivery was fast, next day, as promised. I would have been happy with a longer delivery time but there was no option for it. The packaging was smaller than I expected, in a cardboard envelope that could be posted through the letter box. The back of the cardboard envelope had a large, scary label warning that it contained batteries with emergency telephone numbers and the code UN3091 . So at least this confirmed that batteries were included. Inside the envelope was a small cardboard box containing the three thermometers and a small instruction manual *.
THE THERMOMETERS: There is a metal flip-out stand at the back that allows it to sit on a shelf or table. At first, the display will be blank. The Instruction Manual says “Before First Use Open the back cover and remove the insulation sheet from the battery”. There is a clear plastic tab at the bottom, back. Once removed, the display will come on. The temperature will be in Centigrade. There is a button at the back to select Celsius or Fahrenheit. Although the thermometer is small the display is perfectly readable. Overall, the thermometer is 6 cm x 4.5 cm x 1 cm.
HYGROMETER: Although I bought these devices to display the temperature, I put one in the kitchen and was intrigued to see how high the humidity became after cooking, being no longer in the comfort zone. I found myself looking at both temperature and humidity from then on, although it never felt uncomfortable.
THE BATTERY: A couple of months after the purchase one of the devices started to display “all 8s”. At first I thought it was malfunctioning, but a new battery solved the problem. A month later another battery died and I replaced it. A short time later, the third and final device required a new battery.
THE SEARCH: The product was identified using a search on “Room thermometer”. The results produced several pages of information. Other searches may be better. Most of the results with LCD displays show both temperature and humidly. I suppose this is because they are all based on the same combined temperature and humidity sensor chips.

All good. Tell the same temperature to within 0.2 degrees of each other which is pretty consistent. Smaller than I thought they would be but they’re ok. Came with batteries which was a bonus – I didn’t realise they did. Would buy again.
Just got these and they’re so small (which I like). They fit into the palm of my hand.
Not completely accurate as you can see. 2 of them show the same result but one is slightly different. Not a deal breaker though as they’re not that far apart in terms of the numbers. Obviously I’ll be using all 3 in 3 different rooms but just wanted to put them to an initial test 🙂
I purchased these to check the humidity in my house. There is no obvious dampness and no sign of mold, just some wallpaper bubbling on an internal wall. After checking three rooms I found the humidity higher than expected. I can probably resolve the problem by improving the ventilation. These are very useful devices.
A simple digital thermometer that also shows humidity. Peel off the display covering, pull the tag out by the the battery and within seconds you have a a temperature. Allow it to settle for 5 min for accuracy. I do like the added magnet enabling it to attach to certain metallic objects as an alternative to the flip out stand.
It’s tiny & cute & dinky and the text is large and easy to read. However can’t be read in the dark as the screen isn’t backlit. Can attach magnetically to fridges and window frames, or sit up on a tabletop. Apparently can hang on the wall too. Takes a few minutes for the device to acclimatise to the room conditions until the device shows an accurate reading, but despite this it is never too far out. I’m extremely happy with my purchase especially at this price of 16.99 for three.
*Updated*
Through Amazon chat and link to contact distributer, faulty product is being replaced. Great service.
Arrived next day and promptly. Disappointed with quality as one out of three has a faulty LCD and therefore cannot read the temperature or humidity. No facility found to get just one item replaced.
Although I’ve only given four stars for accuracy this is because no hygrometer I’ve ever tried seems to be very precise. That said, so far these have been the closest I’ve had. I use them for hatchers (for ornamental and rare pheasant chicks) and I’ve bought three packs (9 of these) this year. Not only have the hygrometers been as close as seems to be possible to be accurate but they are easy to read, stand up well (this is important when there are wee chicks just hatched and running or stumbling around) but they also deal with the high humidity easily. Some other makes of hygrometer I have tried are ok at a fairly low or average room humidity but when it’s raised to above 55% which I need the digital display goes faint or disappears completely. Very pleased with these and will buy more in future.
I didn’t have very high hopes when I purchased these at my wife’s request but in the event I’m quite impressed! Not only do they appear to be pretty accurate and responsive [whether measuring room temperature or in the fridge] but seem good value too. Small and lightweight (with folding wire stand) so – assuming like us you’re interested to know the ambient temperature when away – ideal to pop in one’s washkit or handbag… Recommended.
(NB. Not tested sub-zero, but if I’d bought the six pack I’d have popped one in the freezer!)
