What can L10s Ultra do?

L10s Ultra fully automates daily home cleaning with automatic dust collection, mop-cleaning, mop-drying, water-refilling, fast mapping, and path-planning.

How does L10s Ultra detect messes?

The dual lasers detect the shape and distance of obstacles and the RGB camera captures the environment, allowing the AI to recognize different household obstacles, such as slippers, power cords, scales, etc.

How frequently should I clean L10s Ultra?

Thanks to the automatic dust collection, mop cleaning, and hot air mop drying, you can go up to 60 days before you need to change the dust bag in the base station. However, we recommend emptying the Used Water Tank at least once a week.

Does L10s Ultra clean carpets well?

Yes. L10s Ultra boosts its suction power to the maximum on carpet and shakes up embedded dirt with the robust rubber brush to vacuum carpets thoroughly.

Is L10s Ultra easy to use?

Yes. You can control L10s Ultra with the Dreamehome app/Xiaomi app or use voice commands via Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant.

I was a bit sceptical about these, but gave in to technology and the good reviews. But what a game changer.

I schedule it to clean the downstairs early in the morning and it is all done for me. Very good, as a busy mum it has quickly become my best friend lol.!

Fab quality. Arrived so well packed and easy to set up using the quick start guide. Don’t panic when you see it all, it’s mainly spare bits and bobs. Just follow the guide and you will have it up and ready in 30 minutes. Warning though there is a lot of packing if to dispose of, all cardboard though. The hoover is noisy if I’m honest so it isn’t going to work running over night as we would hear it upstairs. But we did run it in the kitchen at midnight for a mop. Wow! Thai morning it was great to get up to a spotless floor. Our kitchen is large and all stone tiles and we have two working dogs who live in it during the day. It coped magnificently. It gets into all the corners. My only criticism so far is you can’t change the names of the rooms in the map??? If anyone has figured out how to do this I’d love to know. So far 10/10

Had this a while now and I am impressed with its performance and ability. Although don’t expect it to do a full deep clean as it struggles to give a deep mop. But great for maintenance cleaning each day and keeping the floors tidy.

The only downside is you cannot use your own cleaning liquid which is a big shame as don’t even know what’s in the supplied floor solution. No idea if it’s antibacterial or actually cleans germs. I like a nice smelling floor once I’ve cleaned it so would have preferred to be able to buy a selection of cleaners or use my own.

Great fun to play about with and cleans under my bed which is always a hassle.

It sometimes knocks into things but this isn’t a real issue. My dog just ignores it.

This is a big improvement on my Roomba. It has a very usable app and it’s easy to set up and use.
My only negative is its vacuuming. It’s quite a big negative as it’s a vacuum. The brush flicks dirt to the edges of rugs and door dividers etc and as they are then not on a flat surface when it come to vacuum over them, it misses them.
    Other than that, great.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is my first robot vacuum. So I haven’t had any expectations as I didn’t know what to expect. My was on a fence between Dreame L20, Ecovacs T20 and Roborock S7/S8.
There weren’t many reviews for L20 and price wise it was in the middle of the pack. Feature wise they are very similar. I heard Ecovacs app is not the best and Roborock was couple of hundred more so I went with Dreame L20.
I’m not disappointed, works great, no issues or it being stuck. Feels solid, works fine, good… Really good battery life. I have a 2 floor house and it’s not a problem to carry it upstairs and let it work there. On a daily basis it vacuums whole downstairs and mops every second day.

I read on reddit some complains from people about it but I didn’t experienced any of it in the past 2 months I had it.

If I had to nitpick I would say the app is a bit clunky. Everything is there and can be set up but it’s not the cleanest or easiest experience. But it shouldn’t discourage you, app works without issues just the UI especially options is a bit fragmented and all over the place.

Set up in the utility room and it comes out each night. Initially I was worried about the chairs causing issues so I put them up on the table but it is cleaver enough to work around them so I do not even need to worry about that.

My wife is very sceptical about gadgets but even she has admitted it is brilliant.

I have the kitchen set to clean twice (it does it in two different directions) as I found a single mop in the kitchen wasn’t enough. It’s all automated and it just does its thing each evening.

Slow delivery but worth the wait

We have a Prosenic M7Pro which had worked flawlessly for 2 years, so decided to upgrade as its battery was starting to fail.

looked at all the reviews and this was perfect for the price range
cleans better than the M7pro did faster and with less noise. Quite weird seeing strips in your carpet like grass.

The mopping is gamechanging and it does really clean the floor and remove stains, please not that it doesnt suck up water so not to be used to clean up liquid spillages, the dual tanks work and the build in cleaner dispencer works very well, refills are fairly priced (you can always refill them when empty).

We use the Dreame home app and have had no issues, the ai for the first few weeks sends you lots of screen shots of what it finds when it detects things it doesnt expect, which you provide feedback and its learns (assuming its feeding back from a cloud where this data is processed).

It had no issues with mapping out our home and the multi floor works fine. so we can take it to other zones and it works fine.

One of its best features is the Drone mode were you can control the robo vac and drive it while looking through the 1080p and even speak through it. handy to use as a method of checking your home when on holiday ( the wife loved this as when she though she has left the oven on she can drive the vac and check)

It did have issues driving onto its dock for the first few days but i put this down to the new tyres not having broken in and being slippy. a few days of cleaning and this went away and has not returned.

2 ish months in and its been a fantastic upgrade.

We’ve had this a few days now. We wanted a robot vacuum that basically takes care of itself with little maintenance and so far so great. We have hard floors throughout (ground floor) and have a mucky pup they loves to leave wet paw prints – so the mopping action is a must especially at this time of year. Setup and room / initial floor scanning was easy to accomplish. We’ve programmed our robot to complete automated cleans in the mornings mixing up days and with vacuuming alone and others combining vacuuming with mopping. We’ve set it to run two passes on when cleaning and the results are pretty impressive. It definitely outshines our circa 3 year old ECOVACS Deebot N79s which was designed with a scattergun vacuum approach and now just bumps endlessly into furniture. If you’re upgrading from basic robot vacuum then you will notice the difference for sure. Criticisms – whilst the initial setup and first app use is relatively straightforward the app is clunky for finer settings – like the automation. See other reviews on this which suggest you can’t do it (you can) and you get the idea. NO HOMEKIT. This is not built for ‘proper’ Siri integration though there are a small handful of Siri Shortcuts that can be achieved (though this only really works when activated off of your phone – not via HomePod etc). Given the fact we’ve set a cleaning schedule daily the lack of proper Apple HomeKit integration isn’t too much of an issue as we can always set it off via the app if we want something outside of this. A smaller issue it the touch buttons on the top of the unit by the lid to the water containers. When lifting the lid, it’s easy to accidentally ‘touch’ one of the buttons and set it off to clean unintentionally. Overall it feels well made and built. Long story short we intend to leave it largely alone and and let it do its thing. Hopefully the large cost will offset the time and effort we expect to save

    Edit 07/11

Tried the vacuum with Alexa. What a faff. 2 stars for this element. Yes Alexa has a skill for it, but linking and enabling this skill alone failed to yield any response when asking Alexa to run basic commands. I tried 10’s of variations and the instructions beyond installing the skill and adding the device are very poor. The device does appear, but only in the device section of Alexa with an on or off option – not exactly smart. The best solution I have found is to complete the install and enable of the skill as above and then run a routine to open the dreamehome skill. Once you’ve set your Alexa phrase to open the skill, then a little Dreame ‘help’ blurb is spoken back, but commands after this blurb then seem to work – for example an instruction to clean the kitchen only or clean the living room. This will have necessitated naming your rooms on the Dreame app itself and seems limited to your cleaning mode default settings (so isn’t clever enough for you to switch via Alexa between vacuum and mop for example)

I have now had Kevin (yes I gave him a name) for a week and he has exceeded my expectations. You need to spend a bit of time when you first get it. It will produce a map of your house which you may have to tinker with to get the room boundaries just where you want them and to change the room names for the ones offered. You can program what and when it does with each room. So in my example twice a week during the night apart from my bedroom it vacumes the house boosting itself when it comes across carpet or rugs. Every night it mops my kitchen and bathroom. You can also set up tasks with an allocated button, I have one for my bedroom and it will go off and give it a good vac when I ask it to. I have awful laminate in my hall and lounge which should only be gently moped once a month. No problem for Kevin becuse it can be set up to to do a gentle mop using very little water. Apart from the few seconds it takes to empty its dust box, it makes little noise and it can connect to Alexa or Google. The detergent cartridges are not the cheapest but they last a long time, you can buy refill kits, but why would you bother? You can use either the Deame app or the Mi Home app (Dreame is part of the Xiaomi group along with Roborock and Roidmi). Most reviews suggest that the new Dreame app is the way to go and so far I can not fault it. Now I wonder if I can teach it to do the ironing!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWe have 4dogs so the floor is constantly dirty, it takes a while to set it up but it’s brilliant when it’s done. One review said you can’t set it up to clean at certain times but you can.
Ours hoovers the living room at 6am then cleans the rest of the house later in the day.
I haven’t used the mop function yet as we have a big pond and very stupid dogs that like to jump in it then drip mud over the house and it would be too much for the small water tank on the hoover to cope with but it should be fine for smaller areas or for a refresh of a larger area.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOwned this for a few months now. We only use the vacuum. Had a couple of Deebots without the self-emptying docks prior to this and they were decent enough. This is on a par with them I’d say with regards to navigation (which is good) and suction but with the added advantage of the emptying unit chucked in for about the same price. This one’s been up and running for about a month or so now and it’s doing a decent job on our short / med pile carpet. It doesn’t deep clean like an upright but it keeps the house looking tidy. We’ve got it set to once a day. The app it uses is Xiaomi Home and it’s decent, you can set a shortcut direct to the vac on your phone homescreen so you don’t have to open the app and go through the screens and there’s also an option to remotely drive it yourself. It hasn’t needed to redo the map yet which is something the Deebots had to do fairly often. Needs a bit of regular maintenance, the roller gets tangled with hair etc quite quickly but this only takes a few seconds to sort. The bags for the station seem a bit expensive but I’ve found you can reuse them if you just empty them out instead of chucking away. The robot isn’t massively noisy but the station is, luckily it only runs for about 10 seconds. Looks a little bit like a toilet!

This was my first robot vacuum, but after countless reviews from various websites I decided to take the plunge on this model.

I was unsure with what to expect, until I purchased a Yeedi Vac 2 for my in laws and I have to say this product is light years ahead of that! It started off making a quick map, thereafter, it Vacuums methodically and well. The mop is an added extra but to be fair it’s a fairly standard mop at this price point with no agitation element

It’s adjusts it’s path accordingly based on any new obstacles that may be in its way via it’s efficient lidar. It does have a tendency to bounce into things (albeit, very slowly) but this is likely due to dreame’s omission of side TOF sensors in a bid to save costs.

At max suction it cleaned my 40 Square metre floor plan in around 30 mins using 28% battery life

By comparison the Yeedi Vac 2 at max suction by 30 mins had only cleaned 22 Square metres but used 43% battery (and theres less clutter at my in laws place)

Considering it was 330 at the time of purchase I would say it’s very good value for money compared to the competition. The Xiaomi home app is also much easier to use than the Yeedi app with more customisation.

It came with a 2 year warranty. Hopefully I’ll never have to use it but it offers peace of mind compared to a 1 year warranty that most offer. Don’t forget xiaomi brought us Roborock so they’ve been in the game a while and clearly know what they’re doing.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIf you’re like me hates hoovering/mopping and you have mostly hard floors in your living areas this might be for you. If you have mostly carpets I’d go for a much cheaper vacuum only bot.

Really pleased with the vacuuming and mopping performance. The vacuuming is great but not perfect I think due to the rubber ‘brush’ instead of something with bristles. So it doesn’t get all the cat hairs out the rug but on the hard floors of course it’s not a problem.

It’s a dream to empty and fill but beware that when the devices comes it is extremely heavy.

The app is great. It allows you to do all sorts of things like changing mop intensity and a range of various cleaning and self cleaning settings. If you don’t like technology you might find it a bit overwhelming. It is possible to schedule cleans and to customise the clean. So I might schedule a hoover only run then follow that by a vacuum and mop run. You can set the time and the area etc.

I didn’t get this connected with Alexa as everyone says the process to link just doesn’t work but I really have no need to link it with Alexa. I either use the cleaning scheduler or i trigger it when I’m out.

So yep for people like me (I.e tech loving, haters of household cleaning) I’d definitely recommend this, but for anyone else I’d say go get a Eufy and save your money.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersAfter returning the Ecovacs Omni which is a massive marketing scam (PLEASE read Trust pilot reviews) I decided to try this one.

First of all this robot should not be comparable to any other as it’s the only one that uses AI and you really notice 1st hour.

Mapping spotles, AI will scan the obstacle and send you report on app that there isn a shoe or charger on the floor in the bathroom.

LIFTING MOP PADS – this is everything.

    So quiet

When it arrived you feel like it’s missing bumpers. IT DOESNT need them. It will see absolutely everything and never hits anything.

HUGE and important difference to Robo Rock and EcoVacs CarPlay recognition sensor is right at the edge of the robot. Not like 4 cm away from the edge. It means it will recognise rags before even touching them, not like the others dragging themselves, turning around with wet pads and smearing the carpet. Ecovacs ruined two of my rocks like that.

Self cleaning and self emptying is perfect. It’s quiet and has a number of settings. The app is amazing and very intuitive.

The cleaning cycles are a little bit different in my opinion, much better because firstly it will for everything in detail and then later mop the floor so it doesn’t rub the dirt with the water.

A little bottle of solution last forever and heating pads makes them perfectly clean and never smells like anything. The sensors are around the station and the robot sensing absolutely everything. Any dirt congestion technical problem, just positioning Hazard you will get notification right away. None of Robert is so intuitive and so smart.

Hi, so reviews on YouTube and unfortunately they are useless because they’re not focusing on the most important things like artificial intelligence and lifting parts and this makes this robot completely different thing from the others. It’s extremely light when you get it first that you feel like you spend money on some cheap toy. Wondering how’s it going to hoover and clean your floo, but you will be shocked. It’s extremely simply designed for cleaning. All the smooth edges feels again like it’s just a little box. No screws, nowhere, just clean and clean and simple.

Customers is amazing, they respond right away.

Designers got white and clean and made off very easy to clean. Of course let’s not forget those Roberts require weekly attention and proper cleaning. Did a very hard job on daily basis and they require being cleaned to stop if you do not take care of them, they will simply break or stop working properly because of the dirt around. The accessorius you can buy much cheaper the other ones and there’s a different variety of brushes. You will be shocked how clean the white mopping pads will be after cleaning and drying. I have experience with two other brands, and unfortunately it’s not comparable and especially comparing it to echo box that doesn’t have lifting pads is very heavy loud and gets more stupid by day rather than more intelligent. I love my “OOLA”

I love having these cleaners. This one is currently working or of my partners mother’s house and cleans everything. There were some issues regarding the location of the dock, however; once this was resolved than this cleaner just got on with it and then returned back to where it was supposed to. If this is a taste of the future then I look forward to it.
