I love this heatpad and I’m on my third one now. I buy the Dreamland as it’s a better thickness for my spine and back pain. It’s warm, comforting and the 5 heat settings are perfect for getting warm then turning down for a constant heat.
Absolutely love my heat pad. It arrived well and is used daily. Great for when pain is too much and can plug this in where I’m sitting or laying. It’s been a life saver these last few months. No sure I’d wash it, I’ll probably just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Would recommend this for anyone with pain around the middle of the body.
It so versatile, put it on your feet, tummy wherever, use it to warm a chair or pillow or folded blanket.
Even pressed up against it I do not feel the wires at all but you can feel them with your fingers.
Much better than some of Dreamland’s other lackluster products, I’m looking at you “Dreamland Deluxe Velvet Herringbone Quilted Heated Throw Blanket”.
Hot, hottest level is too much for me, I like number 3 best for an hour or so of back pain relief. It feels nice and soft. Can’t recommend it enough, its just right for bad back or joints.
Definately glad i got the Extra Large Size 38x50cm, I think the smaller one wouldn’t have been quite as useable for me.

My last one of these lasted 3 years as did the previous one. I love that it actually gets hot and really helps my back pain. I have degenerative disc disease and when I first wake up in the morning the pain is really bad. Along with painkillers it takes me an hour to move in the morning. I like that they’ve made some adjustments to the previous design so there’s no badge sticking in your back and the lead has been moved into a better position.
Will never go with another brand.
Love this warming pad. It’s very easy to use and excellent quality. It does get very warm on the highest setting. It’s not very good for draping around your neck. It’s not very bendable and really needs to be flat. Wonderful on your back and abdomen.
I had been given this heat pad and used it regularly for about 5 years so it had reached a fair age before it died. It made sense to replace like for like and happy I did. An ideal, good value piece of equipment especially during really cold spells so you can apply instant heat rather than turning on the heating!
I love the fact that it turns itself off so you cant ever wonder if you left it on!!
If I was going to be super picky, I would ask the designers to turn off the blue light that it emits after it
turns itself off. A good safety feature but if you are light sensitive with regards to sleeping, rather annoying.
The blue light does not go through night eye shades so I tolerate it.
I have used this product before and this item was to replace the one which was not working. It had lasted
a good few years and did help for pain relief
I have had this item for sometime and purchased it again for my best friend who suffers with back pain and she absolutely loves it, just as I do. It gets really hot but not too hot, and makes you relax almost instantly – it just perfect. I have slept on mine as it has an auto shut off and never had an issue with it. Highly recommend
Bought this to replace a cheaper one bought from Amazon a few days earlier, which failed to work properly.
I decided to spend a bit more money this time and this one seems to work fine, but I have only used it twice, time will tell I guess.
Controller is simple to use only having two buttons! One to turn it on and the other to select heat setting from 1 – 5.
It has an automatic off function after 3 hours too, just in case you forget too switch off or, like me, doze off!
