The lights look great lit up at night but unfortunately one has stopped working after a month despite being in a sunny position and because it’s over a month since purchasing I am unable to return/exchange so a little annoyed as they weren’t cheap.
I bought a set of 4 a few days ago, loved them so much, I bought 4 more!! They look great in the garden. They are good value for money, compared to some advertised on FaceAche
I bought some of these for myself and some for my Mum. They are so lovely. I like that each strand changes colour but they are never the same colour. They look so pretty. The delicate movement is nice to watch. Definitely recommend these. Good value.
These garden lights are exactly what I was looking for. They are perfect dotted around my garden. Not cheap in my view but good quality and hopefully they will last till summer is over.
Very pleased with these lights, they look lovely mixed in amongst the borders and give off a soft light. Easy to set up and lit up the first night they were installed.
Whilst more expensive than some similar products, I went for these as there are 10 bulbs (rather than 6 or 8 on other brands). They work effectively and seem to last longer than many of my other solar lights in the garden. They glow a soft golden-white. They sway a little, but I think you’d need a few sets to look as effective as in the image shown. I’d buy more if they weren’t so expensive!
It’s a shame that the solar panel is not separate from the lights, as I’d like to put the lights in a setting similar to the image, in amongst long leaves, to look most effective, but the solar panels would then be in the shade. Instead I’ve had to put them where they get the most daylight.
Gave these as a present – box arrived slightly damaged and very bland – had to print off a colour picture and stick it to the box otherwise my recipient wouldn’t have known what they were .
Seemed easy to assemble and time will tell if they are effective .
I stuck these in a trough in our back garden to get them charged up and just see how good they look, on there own I don’t think they look that effective they need to be with something near as tall to give a good effect, you get two bunches that once stuck in the ground should move around in the wind but unfortunately there was no wind about so I just had to give them a helping hand.
These are going to be placed in our front garden in amongst a similar but more colourful set of lights and these do look pretty good alongside those.
These are obviously solar powered so they need a sunny spot for best effect, once turned on they will come on when it get dark and slowly run down over the evening, these ones lasted from about 9pm until the early hours, but where I put them is south facing and gets full sun, where they are going is north facing and gets partial shade so might not charge quite as well and therefore shorter run time.
They are easy to assemble and look pretty enough when in place.
The strands don’t separate very much and there is no way to manipulate/position them.
They do sway a little it but they move together rather than independently.
They might look better placed in between plants? but then they wouldn’t really move.
not bad but not as nice as i was hoping for.
