Been suffering with blocked for few weeks. Had confirmation wasn’t ear infection and to use drops. Didn’t help much.
Was reluctant to use this but was amazed how much this cleaned my ear out and can finally hear again

I’m very pleased with this little bit of equipment.
I’d been steaming the ear and using olive oil for a few days which didn’t really help much so ordered this.
I tried it several time with not much joy, a few bits of wax but my ear was still blocked.
So I steamed my ear again, popped in some olive oil, and then got in the bath. Again several attempts not much happened.
Then all of a sudden pop & this huge piece of compacted wax fell out! OMG what a relief!
So pleased I persevered with the bulb.
I’ll have a go at the other ear in a week or so once this one has settled.
Can’t believe my hearing, had to turn the TV down.
The best ear wax remover I have ever used. Simplicity it’s self, the suction power is perfect. Ease of use is great, I found that using in the shower was so easy as you do not have to use the ear cup. Highly recommended.
My left ear has been blocked for several months and I saved up to have my ears cleaned by microsuction – twice! Well it might work for some but not for me – either time. So I was going to have to spend 90 to have my ears syringed with water the old-fashioned way. I was looking on Amazon for a syringing unit to do it myself and saw this one for just 9.99. I decided to buy it because a tenner is not much to lose if it doesn’t work.
But it did. I’ve got my stereo hearing back and it’s wonderful! It is so easy to use and with the soft nozzle it didn’t hurt my ears. So by spending 10 I’ve saved myself 80.
I know this probably seems like one of those fake reviews but it’s real and I am delighted with it. I intend to keep the device and use it every couple of months from now on.
Used this product to get rid of the wax in my ear. Had to use it 3times as my ear wax was a little harder to wash out but it worked

The package has been useful. The drops were easy to put in the ear with the dropper. The bubble srynge holds plenty of water to wash the ears and is easy to use. It has worked really well.
Used the syringing kit after two weeks of preparation of putting bicarb ear drops in both ears. Instructions easy to follow but also watched YouTube video of procedure. Successfully removed earwax at 2nd attempt. Pleased with product.
Use pil drops in my ear for q week then used the syringe and it worked well. I went to a clinic the last time and it cost me 85 for bothe ears but doing it myself has saved me a lot of money. Just follow the instruction and you can’t go wrong.
It did seem to do the job. I’ve had a problem with one of my ears for a long time. I went to the surgery but they don’t do ear wax removal. So I tried this and it seems to work. Fingers crossed.
I used this product to clear ear wax as my ear gets blocked around once every year or two. You need to soften the wax first. It takes a while to get the right angle but once you do bingo you can hear again. Definitely worth 15
I was skeptical about if this thing would work or even make the issue worse, how wrong i was. Best way to use is to loosen the earwax with some form of eardrops i used otex express for 24 hours before. Fill the syringe with warm water and begin to flush with a good amount of pressure. The earwax will start to loosen but this can take 10-20 minutes of persistent flushing depending on the amount of wax, do not expect it to work after a couple of flushes it took me approx 20 full flushes to clear my ear. The best feeling in the world when it clears them out, i now have ultra hd hearing.
This product is easy to use and effective in removing wax but you do have to use a softening product to make it an easier task; I use Earol which is an Olive Oil based product. It is simple to use if you are patient. The syringe fills easily if you fold it upon itself then put the nozzle under the water; as the syringe opens up it fills with waterbasic physics. It may not remove the wax in one go but continue softening and syringing so you will get there.
Initially I was confused about why the water didn’t fill, now I know how, firstly, you squeeze out all the air in the syringe. Secondly, you place it back into the water. Then, you release the bulb and you will see the bulb slowly sucking up the water.
Before I bought this product, I was using olive oil, but after seeing this instruction sheet mentioned hydrogen peroxide, I then decided to buy it, hydrogen peroxide + water into ear for five minutes then syringe (repeat several times..I enjoyed the bubbling! ). Also, another tip… try to squeeze a bit harder so the water strength is strong enough to break the soften earwax into pieces
My left ear had been blocked for a week and hydrogen peroxide ear drops were not shifting it. I used a 1:4 hydrogen peroxide to water mixture with this product, and water bordering on hot (after an unsuccessful attempt with warm water), and that did the trick. Ear back to normal. I can recommend, but you need to be careful not to insert too far into ear canal.
five weeks of being deaf in my right ear was getting me down earex olive oil was not working . So i got the soft screw type twist and extract kit it removed a small amount of blockage. Then i got this bulb syringe. First time i used it a little more was dislodged. Three full Syringe fulls delivered. So all day the second day i fed my ear warm olive oil. on the third before bed i had another go . My hearing come back with a blast of sound and the hair wax dust was removed yes its a really good bulb syringe hold 200 ml more than most so can clear your ears with just warm water.
Well I can not recommend this product enough.
Had compacted earwax for weeks. Lost hearing in my ear and the pressure and pain was extreme.
After I received the product I used it within minutes and so much wax came out my ear. That was the pressure gone. I then put some olive oil in and in the morning used the product again. Again so much earwax including 3 chunks the size of 5p pieces came out and instantly my hearing was back and the pain and pressure gone
Good quality… I just wish the tip was bevelled to face guard against full closure of the ear canal and pressure buildup inside the ear. You need to take care not to close the ear canal with it as you squeeze water in… otherwise drum will burst!
Got this because I had a build up of ear wax in my left ear basically I was about 50 percent hearing as I drive heavy machinery I need to hear what the vehicle is doing and what’s going on around me anyway I was like this for a week decided to get this and flushed my ears out and I can hear again brilliant thing although to be honest all I needed was the bulb for the water the catch tub was awkward to handle while doing my ears I ended up just putting my head over the sink
This syringe is brilliant! I am amazed how quickly and efficiently it cleared my ears.
I normally have them syringed at my gp surgery but they stopped providing that service so i was faced with a charge between 50-80 and i need them syringed 2/3 times a year, it gets expensive.
This brilliant bit of kit does the job every bit as good as my gp surgery.
If like me, you suffer from excess build up of wax then soften it with olive oil for 2 weeks then use this as per enclosed instructions.
It is presented in a sealed Medi grade box and comes with all you need.
Its important that the bulb is 200ml and is really easy to fill.

I’ve had mine done 2-3 times before with a gap of 5-6 years I think, but that feeling after a successful procedure it’s unforgettable!!! you literally can hear your shirt rustling with every movement! BLISS
During lockdown my left ear began to struggle, I’d wake up after sleeping on that side with it fully blocked on occasions and the frequency was becoming more and more regular.
I contacted my doctors surgery and was informed no ear syringing carried out during covid!!!
I’d already been using olive oil in my ear on and off for the past month or so and I’d say my hearing was at best only 25%.
Last week it was fully blocked so much so if I slept on good ear I’d not be able to hear the radio that I drift off too.
I checked Amazon to see if there were any products that could help me and this is what I found. The reviews for the Medi Grade Ear Bulb Syring kit were helpful so I ordered one thinking that’s there’s not much to lose at this price.
The Medi Grade Ear Bulb Syring kit arrived on Saturday, used straight away, easy and comfortable to use but nothing to see in the dish that’s supplied. Ear felt maybe 10% better so I popped more olive oil in and planned a revisit of procedure the next day. With olive oil in my ear felt totally blocked!!
Next day I carried out another syringing with fingers crossed.
I looked into basin after first flow and saw one tiny spec!!! that’s something at least so did it again.
After second syringing I could see lots of small spears, something was definitely happening!!!
Third attempt did YESSSSSSSS I saw (graphic details!!) that small cork shaped awful nasty mess and lots of other larger impacted lumps of wax!!!
I towelled my ear and there it was THAT POP of fresh air and sound!!!!
It actually worked!!! I was so happy!!
So there’s my review for you to read and if you stay with it, amongst the waffle, you’ll see that if your ear is really blocked then using this Medi Grade Ear Bulb syringe will REALLY ACTUALLY WORK!!!
I suffered for 3 weeks before buying this. I woke up one morning deaf in my left ear. I tried cotton buds, olive oil, otex ear drops etc for those first 3 weeks but to no avail. Whatever was blocking my ear drum was nicely compacted and not wanting to budge.
I contacted my GP about having an appointment to have it syringed but was informed that due to COVID19 they were not performing that treatment. Great! I get to be half deaf for a while. Hrmpfff I thought! I’ll go on the tinterweb and find something I can bloody well do myself then!
I read the reviews on this product and saw a few mixed results from those that struggled with the applicator or their own lack of patience. What could I lose by giving this a punt? Click Click. Arrived the following day. Go Amazon!
I excitedly unwrapped my ear unblocker tooly thing, read the basic instructions and promptly ignored them like I do with everything else. Filled it with warm ish water, positioned the pot under my left ear and repeatedly flushed the offending blighter with water. The results were impressive but not as impressive as I’d hoped.
In the catch pot swirled an abundance of compacted wax and what looked like paper thin floaty bits of skin however it had not unblocked me completely. Sound had returned a little but there was still a distinct blockage. Not one to be disheartened, I allowed it to dry, poured another ear full of otex in and listened to it fizzling away. I left it around 6 hours and then went back to the flushing with warm water, on attempt 2 it fully cleared the blockage.
I was so relieved and impressed! I could hear again! Woohoo! I now use this product once a week to flush all that unwanted junk from both ears. It’s a great product and I don’t understand any of the negative comments about it not fitting in the ear or being too hard to squeeze. You don’t put this “in” your ear, you put it next to it. It’s easy to fill and squeeze too, so those saying it was too difficult must really struggle with overall grip strength.
Buy this product with confidence, it really does work. Just not necessarily on the first attempt! Have patience and all will be well.
