Best Practices

Unfortunately the complimentary cup and gloves cannot be replaced if missing or damaged during transport. If your cup is damaged, the cap of the bottle can be used as a measure of 24ml.

Do not spray in windy conditions to avoid drift and damage to valued plants. Do not walk on until spray has dried, especially children and pets.

Treat established perennial weeds at the start of flowering for the best results. Leaves should have an even coverage of drops after spraying but not be saturated or have any run-off.

When temperature drops below 15-16°c, plant growth slows and so the uptake time is increased for all plants and weeds.

A minimum spraying temperature of 8°c should be meet before applying Gallup although uptake time is further increased at this temperature. Any sort of frost up to a day after application will also adversely affect the effectiveness of the glyphosate.

Searched all over for a soluble weed killer. The dilution ratio means that from 2 bottle you cover a huge area. With great results. Excellent value for money and will last a long time.

Using a spray on fine setting this stuff goes a long way. Takes a while to show signs of being effective but after a couple of weeks the weeds are dead and dont come back.

A little expensive for 2 x 1 litre bottles, but from past experience it kills weed at the roots as well as every other plant it comes in to contact with so you need to be careful when applying the product.

Good product but not seen all results for over a week. Big roots on brambles. 2 applications still not completely dead . Some new growth coming up too . Left on doorstep no attempt to make contact. Poor show

This weed killer is great don’t expect it to work immediately. It will take up to 5 weeks to kill everything to the roots, but keeps weeds at bay for a good few months.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is by far the best weed killer available, and as so little is required due to the dilution ratio, it works out really good value as well. It works by absorption through leaves and kills right down to the roots, so you have to be patient and allow it time to work, (I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying “it doesn’t work, weeds still there two days later, etc.) This really does work if instructions are followed! Be careful when using, as I have inadvertently killed a few other plants I wanted to keep, it really will kill any plant it comes into contact with, including getting some on your shoe and walking across grass, as I have done!

Although pricey it’s the best I’ve used to kill weeds and keep them away. Took a few days to see the affects but it is long lasting. I used it in a handheld spraye

You use such a small amount and dilute to the specified level in the sprayer, spray liberally on the weeds during a dry spell, ideally at late afternoon/early evening so it doesn’t dry up in the sun. At first it appears to make no difference but be patient, in around a week the weeds are all gone. Can’t think of a better weedkiller, I’ve now bought this 3 times (but it lasts for a couple of years as used in my garden).

This stuff is warfare strength, use very wisely and make sure you don’t over spray or use in windy conditions …. it would kill the jolly green giant, 100% works, starts to show result in 3 days, 7-8 days death, even on brambles !

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBrought to kill off all weeds and grass before laying a new patio.

Sprayed everything up a treat and after a couple of days the weeds just looked wilted but not much had changed (you don’t weed then spray you spray the weeds whole, leaves and all)
I thought.. “Great, just another not so great weed killer” oh how wrong I was!!

Came home after a weekend away, about week after the initial spray and the carnage this stuff and wrought over the 3 days I was away on anything green it had come into contact with was apparent.
So much so I had brown, dead grass, foot prints across my lawn leading to the shed where my boots had gotten wet from the spray.

If that wasn’t bad enough my neighbour popped his head over the fence whilst I muttering expletives to myself about the lawn and asked what I had used and could he have a bit for his patio and path “Yeh sure” I say and hand him the bottle wanting to get this stuff off my hands before it melts a hole in the bottle, the shed shed and pollutes to local water supply.

He’s just spent the last few weeks, re seeding and laying turf and blames me solely for the demise of his lawn!

So yeh good stuff, read the bottle. Don’t let it get even close to anything you don’t want ravaged to death.
