After putting tv in the wall I needed a longer optical lead. Ordered this one and perfect, especially the swivel end.
Perfect for me but it’s worth noting this has a fairly large gauge stiff braided cord that may not be as flexible as some people might want.
Fitted good into the space needed and quality of sounds seems very good.
Wasn’t expecting much for the price but the The outer cable is quite thick and feels sturdy. The plugs lock in nicely with a solid satisfying click. Very good value for money.

Over the moon, long for ease of connection purposes,and well manufactured in quality. Works fantastically via my non optical connected TV , I’m connecting to optical adapter and they work together very well.
This product is ideal for TVs on the wall, the 90degree angled end is perfect.

Works really well. 90 degree head is obviously better when space is limited and also fully rotates to make direction of the cable easy to route.
Doesn’t appear to work – bought to connect LGTv to LG sound bar. Tv says cable not supported

Tried using the soundbar via Bluetooth but the syncing was bad, having never used a soundbar before brought blind in the hope it would fix the syncing issue..and it did, its amazing
Like look and feel of this cable, has feel of quality…rotating end feels sturdy which is good, as on some brands this is a weak point and have to “wiggle” lead to get a proper connection

Sound quality is fractionly dissapointing, but this may be my sound source. I was not expecting brilliance over such a long distance which could be a factor as well. It suits my purposes though and at a realistic price. I would thereforebuy it again.
This solves a very real problem. Cables with inserts that are too long and mean you can’t push devices up to the wall. This is genius, works well. I don’t think there’s much ‘quality’ difference when it comes to performance with these types of things but if you want or need your devices close to a wall or something else (like on a wall mounted TV), then this cable is brillia
I like its flexibility and I now get good sound quality from my small tv which was a bit tinny to my new sound bar the only problem that I found was that it dosn’t latch into my tv very well and dissconnected itself a couple of times while trying to set up but now I have finished moving things round and its stayed in ok its working well
I bought this as someone unnamed moved the TV roughly and broke the socket. The existing cable stuck straight out and wouldn’t connect properly in the damaged socket. I researched changing the socket and found many people thought they were flimsy and its not an easy job. This cable seems to fit ok in the damaged socket and works and being 90 degree, the cable is by the tv so can be taped for extra support if needed. Working so far.
Excellent quality. Only complaint is that it doesn’t stay in very robustly – slight touch takes it out. This may be down to the design of the optical socket though and not specific to this cable.
The cable propagates light very well. The 90 degree connectors make it very amenable to installation in awkward locations. All in all, a very tidy cable.
My sound bar hides its connectors inside a recess and this cable fits neatly. The bends do not compromise sound quality at all. The thickness allows the cable to bend, but still allows the optical signal to flow easily.
I used this 5m lead to connect a new TV on one side of a chimney breast to a receiver based in a cabinet on the other side. The lead was just long enough and it was tricky to connect to the back of the receiver as the shelf was only just deep enough to hold the machine. The right-angled connector was helpful in not requiring any further depth. Conectors came with plastic caps. A good quality product.
