The valve stem failed on the custom-fit inflatable liner that came with our Bestway Saluspa Hawaii spa, and naturally, there’s NO WAY to buy a replacement liner from the Chinese manufacturer or “Bestway,” so I started looking for SOME kind of alternate, and came across this one. It’s substantially bigger than Bestway’s OE liner for this spa, but it DOES work, e.g., if you simply let some air out as you’re tucking the liner into the retaining pocket that runs around the underside of the spa cover. Once I did that, good fit, sits down in the spa fine, and we’re good to go. My only real gripe on this product is the cost, and fact that it has to be shipped from Europe … ridiculously overpriced, but if the choice is: inflatable liner or no inflatable liner to help keep the spa warm without constantly running the heater, I’ll opt for the overpriced, imperfect fit replacement liner. Four stars.
Got this for the hot tub to keep the heat in. Works OK when inflated but only one problem it keeps on deflating. Checked around for leaks but can’t find any. Such a shame.
Helps keep the temperature in your hot tub when not in use. I found it only drops 4 to 8 degrees overnight (depending on ambient temperature). Therefore, less electricity used to heat it back up!
So much better than the lay-a-spa on that came with the Helsinki spa, fits perfectly and is good quality. A great upgrade / replacement to the original
i bought a lay-z spa which came with a freeze shield, inflated it and it was flat..after 8 weeks haggling with Bestway i bought this it does exactly the same job and after a weeks use it wouldn’t stay inflated but the people at customer services here got in touch instantly and sorted the problem out. 11 weeks on and i still haven’t heard from Bestway. So i you want a shield get this one and you will get a guaranteed first class customer experience
This was bought for my lazy spa Paris, it might feel too loose at first but over a few days as the vinyl softens you can gradually add more air and it gets nice and snug, well thought out concentric circular channels, it inflates into a conical top and bottom so creates a dome which lets rain run off instead of pooling on the cover, if like me you are poor and your tub doesn’t have a fancy enclosure, seriously though this is better designed than the original.

The Cosy spa 2m hot tub I bought didn’t cone with a inflatable lid as standard just a cover, I thought this would be ok. Unfortunately when it rained the whole top was like a pond weighed down with water.
I tried to get one from them but their delivery was ages away.
So I bought this one and it’s been brilliant, it creates a dome shape so rain just runs off and it retains the heat in the hot tub much better too.

I’m not one for writing reviews but felt this worthy of a mention. The item fits snugly under my hot tub lid and stops the rain weighing it down and making it sag under the weight. I had a slight problem with the first one that arrived through no ones fault. I contacted the seller who resolved the issue immediately! Highly recommend this product.
Perfect product great price great delivery would recommend this seller but be aware it does not come with a puncture patch but this does not take away from the product it’s grea

This reduced my energy bill by around 15 per week. Worked well for me.

Slightly larger than inside of tub so sits nicely on the top and prevents the cover filling with rain and sinking
