I purchased this to replace the earlier model that I accidentally shattered. It’s accurate and I love the color!! The glass is super handy for weighing out bread dough when splitting into equal bits. Quality brand!

Liked the first one so much that we bought another one a couple years later. Tested them side by side and they measure things exactly the same, so very accurate! Otherwise, it’s easy to use and a good price and looks high quality and nice in our kitchen, so I like this scale a lot and would recommend it.
Easy to use, easy to see. After a month of daily use, It still works just fine. That is a whole lot better than the three other scales i have tried over the years. I don’t have a set of test weights to check its accuracy with, but it does have very good repeatability.
The photos do not do it justice. Yes I am typing ‘a scale can be pretty’ and work!! It is super easy to use. The buttons work better than my old push button. My old scale buttons were tough – I had to press very hard multiple times to get it to function this one works so effortlessly
I have a lot of items I can sell online and I needed a scale to weigh my product so when I go to the post office, I pay the correct weight for the shipping. This little scale will be a lifesaver for a while. I enjoy using it because it’s really easy to read and understand. Plus I couldn’t believe the small size of it when it came. It’s 100% accurate and perfect for my needs.
Je fais un pain toute les semaines. Je devais mesurer mes ingrdients a toute vitesse car ma vielle balance restait allum 1 minute. Maintenant J’ai beaucoup plus de temps pour le faire. Merveilleux ! . Le seul point ngatif que j’ai trouv et qu’il y a un dlai lorsque l’on dpose nos ingrdients sur le plateau. Il faut prendre notre temps car le chiffre peux prendre que quelques secondes avant de s’afficher et on est port en remettre encore. Calme toi prend ton temps tu en a maintenait.
This Escali Arti Glass scale has been a great addition to my kitchen. Here in the USA, we tend to measure by volume and that doesn’t always give consistent results, especially for baking. When I need to know I’ve got the correct amount of a fluffy or chunky ingredient, I pull out the scale to check. Definitely recommend this model over others I tried for its ease of use, range of allowed weight, size of platform, and easy storage due to its slim profile.
Our old scale was starting to creep with nothing being added or subtracted. I love that this one has a seamless glass top. The only thing that took getting used to is the tare button. You tap it, then you have to give it a second before it finds zero. I kept taking it again and again when I just needed to wait, a whole second. It’s slim, so slides right between a stack of plates and a pot, ready to pull out of the cupboard and use.
Hope this scale is accurate, weigh same item on two different scales and reads the same (plus or minus 1 gram) on this scale. Bought it for the good review from another model but prefer the glass finish.
It works with no downside so far. Accurate and easy to use. Could wish for a bit more water resistance in something used for food but generally very satisfied at this time.
Ordered this in December. It’s been on a shelf where I use it- it’s always been a little wobbly but greatly accurate. Until the last few weeks. The numbers are all over the place. For example it will jump down -9g then jump to 28g without being touched. I loved the product- until this started. Nothing was dropped on it- I’ve attempted to reset it and clean it but no luck…
I replaced my Cuisineart scale with this Escali. First it’s a very nice tool, looks wonderful in the kitchen. I bake a great deal of breads and need accurate, easy to use, and something my old eyes can read. I put my 5Q KitchenAid mixing bowl on it and can still easily read and select buttons. The entire glass surface can be used to weigh. So if you have a “HUGE” bowl you can still use the scale. It has a wonderful hold function for that. Activate it, put your very large item on it, wait for the beep and it holds the weight to be read. Since the whole surface can be used to weigh, when you press one of the buttons the weight moves and then the action is performed. The tare function is a good example. After you press it the weight moves then zeros, not an issue at all, just different.
I’m finding this scale to be a great tool for the kitchen. It has almost found a home on the counter top rather than the cupboard. You can’t go wrong with the scale.
This little scale is wonderful! Flexibility in measuring units, and in features. Easy to clean, easy to store, handy to use. I use it almost every day and multiple times on many days. No complaints so far. It came quickly and was well packaged. Would recommend it all! Well worth the investment!
It looks terrific; but…
My cheaper old Taylor is more accurate- not by much; but, noticeable. The touch sensitive buttons are great; but, be careful as when you “touch” the tare button since it is easy to press weight onto the scale and throw off the calibration since the buttons are on the same surface that you weigh on. Isolating the buttons and display from the surface that you weigh on would have been a better design; although maybe not quite as “pretty”
Measures accurately in lbs, oz, fluid oz, g & ml! Easy to read even if you’re putting things in a large bowl. Tare feature is great. Easy to clean flat glass surface.
Bought this scale to make our fur baby’s food when he developed an intolerance to store-bought. Big weight capacity allows us to mix up a week’s worth of meals at one time. We’re able to switch among units to measure the various ingredients in grams, ml, and oz using the tare feature to ‘zero out’ the scale before adding the next ingredient.
Has a long display time before the auto-shut off kicks in and it came in Red! Overall extremely happy with this scale.
The glass surface is incredibly easy to clean, as opposed to my other scales that would get sticky and crusty because apparently I can’t keep food on a plate. Yes, it’s sensitive and the numbers will jump around if you touch the TARE button, or change the units, or sneeze on the surface, or cry on it as you weigh one ounce of non-fat plain Greek yogurt for the billionth time, but step back and give it a second, and it will even out, unlike my moods.
Is it accurate? As far as I know. I’m not measuring diamonds or anything. I can pretty much eyeball 20 grams of baby kale with perfect accuracy at this point, so on the baby kale eyeball scale of accuracy, it’s spot on. This scale suits my needs: nice to look at, easy to clean, and general accuracy when weighing bland food. Oh, and I have a ton of the same type of coin batteries in the junk drawer.
I took off a star because this scale costs twice as much on the official Escali website, so every so often I hear the X-Files theme song in my head when I use it. Don’t care. I love it anyway.
