Bought for a holiday away with the wife and kid, we had a laugh, hard enough to work out without throwing it out of a window and no one was hurt in the process 😉
Makes you use your brain ! My family loved it, the only negative is once you,ve played it you cant play it agai
The game is really cool the three escape rooms are repeatable as have printable puzzles so you can keep playing it with different parties. The escape rooms can be hard but the challenge is what makes it fun. Would recommend if you have a smart group of friends or you just wanna have fun.
Really impressed, works well and kept the kids entertained over Christmas.
Just like doing the real thing, plenty to keep everyones little grey cells working.

This was one of the items in the teacher’s gift list for the Christmas.
The school was pleased to receive it.
Apparently this is a lot of fun; the couple I bought it for are over the moon and loved playing this for a few hours over the Christmas break.
I think it’s a good gift for the price and the box itself is pretty big, which is a bonus when you’re giving it as a present.
Really enjoyed playing the 3 games over Christmas with 2 grown up kids, great value for money. Challenging and we had plenty of head scratching moments, but would be pointless if it was easy! Well thought out puzzles and clues, highly recommend.
This was a Christmas present for someone who loves escape rooms, they absolutely loved it! Instructions are easy to understand, however the rooms are one use only as once you’ve solved it. It’s the same keys for that room. However, if you play months later you’ll probably have forgotten what’s the answers

Played it this Xmas with the kids, they didn’t quite get it, but it was enjoyable. Perhaps a game to play with adults and not young teens
Make sure you read the instructions a few times
If u haven’t been to an actual escape room experience you may find this harder. Lots of twists.
For us the clues hit the right balance, some fairly easy and others fiendishly clever. Don’t be put off if you’ve never done a real escape room, there’s nothing in the way the clues are presented where having done one would be an advantsge. in fact it’s a good way to see if you’d enjoy doing the real thing!
Works out at ten quid for a good hour of enjoyable family entertainment.
While the chrono decoder does look cheap , it works. I’ve seen other comments about the props being cardboard or flimsy. But each “room” is a play once game. Once you’ve completed it apart from the decoder, everything else is mostly redundant so there is little point pushing the price up with better made parts.
I did notice that one of the expansion packs does use a part from one of the original games so don’t throw anything away, in case other bits are needed in further releases.
Beware some of the expansion packs in sale on Amazon are not the English version. Read the details carefully, it does mention if it’s in another language.
