Bought to replace my old style scales I’d had for years. Love the accuracy of the display. The bowl sits securely on the scale and its great it weighs liquids too. Packs away neatly too.
I have used these for 12 months with no problems. Powered by 2 AAA batteries. There is a selector on the underside of the scales to isolate Metric from the crazy imperial system, so no misreading of the display even with my ageing eyesight. If Richard Branson had used these to fuel his rocket, it may have had enough fuel to reach orbit. The bowl is a good and practical size.
Bought these scales just before Easter , I’m very pleased with them , they are easy to use , not to large, so easy to store, and value for money , I would recommend to family and friends
The bowl is great and stainless.
The actual scales are coated in something that flakes off after a 100 wipes of it, so it now looks a bit crappy.
The accuracy always seemed fine, however they do seem to take a good few seconds to catch up so its too easy to go over unless you’re pouring in really slowly.
I have now dropped them from a height (breadmaker joggled them off a shelf! The non slip feet on the scales have always made it hold on before, but I had a sheet from a recipe underneath it -_-).
I was going to rebuy these ones again, but I might take a punt on a different set. If they invariably break (butterfingers here), I will just buy these again.
