It’s very strong,metal and won’t break like my last one plastic one
This is a great product. Definitely worth every penny.
I recently had some landscapers round who also commented saying it’s great.
Works well lots of different settings. Only downfall it’s quite heavy.
Used for cleaning the car. It’s powerful. My pressure washer is no longer needed.
This is well made and very easy to control. It is heavier than plastic hose heads but if you are OK with that the no leak spray variety is brilliant. Get the brass adapter with it.
I’m hoping that I won’t need to buy a spray attachment ever again. This is excellent quality.
Bought different hose sprays over the years but hubby says this is the best ever. Smooth action swopping the different jets. Sturdy and a great price.
Quality spray gun but cannot really adjust nozzle to get a spray for watering more delicate plants, it’s too powerful for that task
Honestly this thing is great, well made, metal and durable. The usual plastic ones go brittle and break over time and exposure to sun, and at only a few more, this is completely worth the extra spend.
Excellent quality. Very pleased with the hose gun. It is heavy duty and therefore slightly on the heavy side but that’s not a problem as you are getting what you pay for. Nothing weak or flimsy about this. Recommended.
Works really well. Can be adjusted from a light spray to a significant jet. Seems much more robust than plastic ones I have had before. Early days yet but hoping it will last the course.
Just bought two of these to replace plastic hose sprays. They seem very robust and in use are easy to manage. They are small and fit easily in the hand. The brass fitting is much more secure in the brass hose piece. So far so good.
Recently I needed another spray gun and put this on as a temporary fix……and realised the problem was simply needed tightening up a bit (see photo).
So far, so good……
Just got this so not really appropriate to comment on durability or longevity. Seems OK for what it is and what I bought it for. Wont take the place of a power washer but did a job on washing the car. Can be used in other ways but I’ve not tried them yet. Happy with purchase thus fa
This is a really nice hose spray to hold as the on/off is controlled with the thumb, so the grip is much better than the ones you have to squeeze. It’s easy to click on & off the hose connection, the different array of sprays are more than enough. It’s really sturdy too. All round, a great product.
The spray control is adequate. You get a powerful jet or a jet with spray.
It looks well made but it is cool to handle. I wasn’t entirely happy with it and was offered a replacement or refund. The company customer service is first class and very polite.
Nice solid feeling head. Very basic with regard to settings but I think this may last a little longer the plastic one’s with the variety of sprays. Time will tell but for now very happy.
I was about to contemplate returning the item, thinking I’d try something else as I’d maybe got a duff one. But something in my head made me try another run of hose… from the same longer piece of hose, but cut and it had connectors on I probably bought from B&Q or The Range – not Hozelock Aquastop – and the difference in the gun was night and day… powerful jets blasting across the garden!
So there’s something not quite right with the interface between the spray gun and a Hozelock Aquastop.
I haven’t got time to figure it out, I just know that I’ll not be returning this now – it operates very well if it is connected to the right hose. My chickens hate it, on the other hand, and wish that I would return it (but I won’t).
