– it’s very thin/runny
– unpleasant smell
– it will stain your hands
– the packaging is terrible, it’s the lid! Some weird sort of push in on the side to make the top pop up, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t so runny
– my hair felt weird after, almost like it had been chemically treated. I used conditioner after and that helped somewhat.
I will only use it once a week going forward, but since I don’t wash my hair on the daily, I don’t think it will be a big deal.
The best purple shampoo you can buy from a professional. If you have dry hands wear gloves!
As a hairdresser this is one of the only purple shampoos I will now use on myself and clients. It has the best pigment out of them all and at a great price!!
very strong purple shampoo I use ones and just hold for 3 minutes and my hair was purple next time I’ll try mix with normal shampoo

This product saved my hair extensions!
Apparently due to hard water in our area and the shampoo I was using, my extensions turn from brown to pink and a cooper colour! I used this product to do two quick 30 second washes with it and it’s completely changed my hair back to its original colour! Thank you so much! Delivered on time
But if you leave on fire more than two minutes the hair will start absorbing the blue. Brilliant for super brassy hair.

Without a doubt this shampoo is the best one for me & I’ve tried a lot of no yellow ones. Best results I’ve found are to put it on my hair when it’s dry & leaving it on for 10 minutes. So impressed with the silvery shade this gives me & hats off to Fanola, very happy I didn’t turn into a Smurf or Hulk shade as with previous toners.
Great product, literally only took about 2 minutes to brighten the hair. Just wear gloves!!
Wear gloves when handling this product as it really works so can stain hands and nails.

I use Fanola shampoo on my blonde hair. It tones it down and gives it a lovely colour.
This product is very good at making your dull and yellow hair nice and ashy blonde. However, if left on too long it does make your hair slightly purple. Does dye your hands and scalp slightly purple so I’d wear gloves. Also a little drying to the hair making it slightly knotty. But if you don’t mind that then it’s really good at giving you a nice colour to your hair.
I’ve tried several different purple shampoos in my lifetime for my blonde hair and this is by far the best I’ve ever used. Gets rid of any brassy tones and gives my hair new lease of life. Will never buy any other purple shampoo now
Its a very dark shampoo it’s sometimes even left my nails looking purple but definitely keeps blonde looking blonde
