Q: What version is this HDMI cable? A: These are high speed HDMI v2.0 cables, with a bandwidth speed of 18Gbps.

Q: Do these cables work with 4K 2060p UHD A: Yes, these cables will only work on resolutions up to 2160p or 4K

Q: Will these work with my SKY TV box or SKY Q? A: Yes, they will, at high resolution UHD 4k 2160p

Q: Do these leads work on a Virgin Cable box? A: Yes.

Q: Are these officially licensed HDMI cables? A: Yes, and they meet all HDMI standards.

Q: Do your cables support ARC (Audio Return Channel)? A: Yes

Q: Will these work with Dolby Atmos? A: Yes

Q: Can these cables work from a Laptop to a Projector A: Yes

Q: Will these work on an Xbox or Playstation? A: Yes, thesse are perfect for Xbox S/X and PS5 running in high res 4k / 2160p and are backwards compatible to lower resolutions.

Q. Are these cables suitable for running outside? A: You can run these cables outside, but ONLY with waterproof trunking. These cables are not waterproof.

Q. Will these cables work with an HDMI splitter? A: Yes, in general these cables should work fine with most HDMI splitters, preferably powered splitters

Q: I have plugged the cable in and I am not getting a picture

A: Please check you are only trying to send a resolution of 4k/2160p, higher resolutions will require a different cable.

A: Some devices have quite a low output on the HDMI port which can cause a weak signal on longer leads, please test our cable on another device.

Q: Can I run these cables through walls to other rooms?

A: Yes, but it’s important to test the cable prior to running to ensure compatibility with your set-up.

A: You should also note that you should very carefully feed cables through channelling, whilst the cables are strong, pulling then harshly through a wall may well damage them.
