Great product, it zaps flys that get near it.
Just got it sat on a sideboard does the job
This is one of the best I have ever had kills them quickly and you hear it even in another room it scares my dog eventide it goes off and it is easy to clean.wasp take a bit longer to zap but it gets them in the end
Works well however only used for 2 month and bulb gone already, nothing says what size bulb to buy only 10w. CAN ANYONE HELP !!!!!! This should be on instructions in plain site.
It done it’s job but a few smart flies out there now stayed away from i
I don’t want to jinx this but it’s been on all summer and unlike others I had it has not blown the tubes yet.
On day 1 the tubes flickered like they had an odd refresh rate but it was because they were new
Fingers crossed
Many insects have fried, saves using chemicals
Keep high up – quite a zap for a finger!
Been great so far, worked a treat. Had an infestation of flies after a rat died under the floorboards. This took care of them brilliantly and killed near enough every one of them. Far better than trying to chase them round the house with a swatter and kills them with a very satisfying crack. Leaves a bit of a smell like burnt hair in the room but worth it to be free of flies. The only thing it loses a star for is cleaning it. Most of the flies drop into the tray at the bottom but a few have welded themselves on to the electric bars so need to take it apart to get to them. Other than that it is great, especially for the price. Money well spent. As long as it holds up over time then seems good value.
We live in a rural situation and have had a big problem with cluster flies in our attic. Left the zapper on in the loft for about 3 weeks and it decimated the fly population.
Good value and a worthwhile buy.
With three fussy cats who tend to leave food in their bowls, flying insects can be a problem. This really works well at killing off the flying pests. Occasional ‘zap’ noise but for most of the time it is silent when killing off the bugs. Well made and finished.
Located in my kitchen, for some reason the fly’s really enjoy driving me mad after my food on work tops. I was reluctant to try electric zapper but tried lot of other options with little success. Over recent hot weather this was a real good find, I managed to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine without constantly checking resting food in the kitchen ( although always covered)
Bottom line, it works.
Could do with remote control so I can locate on top of cupboards but that’s just me.
