Liked the labels – a handy addition for my partner who doesn’t know his couscous from his brown rice ! Good number of jars of different sizes – have helped me organise my larder a trea
Large jar unfortunately damaged despite lots of packaging, it happens they’re glass!
Return sorted very quickly and courteously by seller. Have replacements which are fab
These jars are ideal for tea, coffee, sugar etc and are glass with bamboo lids. We’ve historically used another brand of these which do have tighter fitting lids, but these are good enough to be honest. The range of sizes is really good, they can go in the dishwaster (not the lids) and I’m really pleased with them
I really like thes Jars, I find that it really improves the look of the kitchen when there are ingredients placed around, especially if they are in nice jars like this.
They are really cheap considering how many jars you get and it lets you store a lot of stuff. They are airtight so that really widens the variety of stuff that you can keep inside.
These are 6 glass jars that comes in different sizes. I am trying to reduce plastic use and these are perfect for it. I use it to store cereals, oats, pasta and flour. I like the bamboo lid. Looks good and sturdy. I would recommend
These are great they look fantastic are excellent quality made from glass with wood lids and are also very functional. Four are supplied in a variety of sizes and there great for storing all sorts. Also supplied is a sponge handled Cleaner some labels and a pen it’s a lovely attractive set.
In the current economic climate, this set of jars is perhaps a tad expensive at nearly 29, but they are very attractive and the seals (on mine at least) are definitely air-tight. The glass jars come with wooden lids and offer a great storage solution for the kitchen – the larger jar in particular is brilliant for spaghetti, and looks far more attractive than a plastic bag full of pasta (and keeps it fresher too). The set comes with a brush for washing too, which is a nice touch – although it won’t last long.
A worthwhile addition to any kitchen if your budget runs to it.
These are just want I was looking for to help organize a few things in our kitchen to keep things fresh, dry and tidy.
In the box you get 6 well packaged see-through glass jars:
1x large 2100ml
1x medium 1000ml
3x small 500ml
1x smaller 300ml
The quality of these storage containers look and feel very good. I really like that they are transparent and how easy they were to clean before use. These can be used for a variety of different items all depending on your needs.
Overall, I am pretty please with them, they look nice, keep things fresh and helps keep our kitchen look more tidy.
This is a great set of glass jars and look great in my kitchen. They come super nicely packed in a way that is impossible for them to get damaged. For the price of 28.88 you get six glass jars. One large, one medium and four small.
They are made of transparent glass so you can easily see what is inside them and also included in the box you have a sponge which will help clean the jars on the inside where you can’t reach, and you also get some sticker labels where you can write what it is in the jar in case you wanna label them.
Personally I think it is a bit pricey for these jars but can’t deny that the quality is amazing.
You know you’re getting old when you get excited about storageand these really put a smile on my face. Glass with bamboo lids, and an excellently tight silicon seal – love ’em. Good range of sizes too, easy for pasta, flour and smaller bags of pulses for instance. We tend to buy large boxes of cereal so they didn’t fit in the tall one but no matter. Nice little labels and chalk pen too, although obviously these are glass so you can see at a glance. Handy for cooking times maybe.
The glass is pretty thin and although the bases seem solid, I don’t really think these are all that strong and sturdy. Not something to crash around on your worktops, that’s for sure. And they are a little pricey at a shade under 29, I’d expected around the 20-25 mark to be honest. But lovely all the same and they look great on display.
I already have some of these glass jars with bamboo lids and wanted more to store other items in the home. This set has a great election of sizes, from long spaghetti size to one so small, I’m not sure what to put in it. My only concern is that the glass looks and feels to be very thin. As someone with granite worktops, I’m terrified that putting them down too heavily may result in a smash and stuff everywhere. Fine so far, but experience tells me it’s only a matter of time.
This set of six glass jars are perfect to store a wide range of things in them. These jars are airtight so they are really useful for storing things like lentils, sweets, biscuits etc.
They come in a pack of six in which you get a very large jar, one medium and four smaller sized jars. The jars are made out of glass and are see through and have a wooden lid on them making them look very attractive.
Also in the pack you get a cleaning brush, which helps you to clean the larger jars a lot easier. You get some labels and a label pen should you wish to label your jars and what I love about these jars are that they are see-through so you know what’s in them.
The lid fits quite tightly so you know whatever is in there will be airtight. They’re currently priced at 28.88 which I do think is slightly expensive but nevertheless the quality is really great.
Storage glass jars
These are a lovely style, all glass jars with a bamboo lids, which has a rubber seal around it, so any food that’s in there stays fresh, whether it’s in a bag or not.
There are 6 jars, in 4 different sizes. The sizes are –
* 0.3L 10cm tall and 7cm wide.
* 0.5L 10cm tall and 8.5cm wide, there are 3 of this size.
* 1L 20cm tall and 9cm wide.
* 2.1L 31cm tall and 10cm wide.
They each seem well made. They’re more lightweight than I thought they’d be but I did drop one jar a short distance and it was fine, so that’s good and it makes me think they’re somewhat durable. You get a brush cleaner, so it’s easy to get right to the bottom of each jar. You also get chalkboard style labels, in different styles, with a chalk pen too, so you can keep note of what each jar is used for etc.
I do think these are quite useful these days and they can save on a lot of packaging when used in certain ways, as well as saving on space in the cupboards. They’re well made, they look nice, suitable for a lots of foods, I would recommend them. Slightly more in price than I thought they would be.
I use a lot of glass storage jars in my kitchen – a mix of Kilmer jars, reclaimed jars, and bamboo-lidded jars similar to these. This set of jars is pretty good.
There are 6 jars in total – ranging from a tall jar that’s the right sort of height for storing straight pasta, to a small one that’s well-suited to herbs, spices, or small quantities of nuts or seeds.
The jars are cylinder-shaped, quite thin-sided and have well-made bamboo lids. There is no sign of splintering on any of the lids I received. The lids have silicone seals.
The lids are not dishwasher-suitable, but the smaller jars seem to be fine on the top shelf (the two larger sizes are too tall, and didn’t feel stable enough to go on the bottom shelf).
The set comes with cleaning tools (almost all plastic, and not a great fit for sustainable glass and bamboo jars) and a little labelling set – with black labels and a chalkboard marker. The jars were really well packaged, in shaped foam. The one thing I wasn’t so keen on was that a lot of plastic went in to the packaging of the cleaning tools and label sets.
Been wanting a set of glass jars for so long. Love that these come with wooden lids instead of plastic, because it makes it so much more eco-friendly. I am not perfect, but try to do as much as I can to look after the environment. Good quality glass that seem very sturdy to me. Easy to clean both the glass and the lid and the seal on the lids are extremely good. No air seems to be getting in and out which ensured the food does not go off or stale after a while. Perfect storage for so many things, from nuts, sweets, chocolate and biscuits to pasta, rice, legumes and so much more. Very stylish designs because they just look beautifully placed around the kitchen and so neat and tidy in the cupboards. Good price considering how much I have paid for plastic ones that very quickly show signs of use. Extremely happy with these and can definitely recommend them.
These are gorgeous, and exactly what I was looking for.
They’re thick glass too which is a bonus, as I was worried they’d be really thin.
The cork lid bungs in great, and the jars came in a good variety of sizes. Came included with chalkboard labels, a liquid chalk pen, and a spare rubber seal. Would recommend.
I’ve had several different types of these jars over the years and these ones seem to be up there with the best. The glass is solid but not too heavy, the lids fits on nicely but are still easy to remove and the selection of sizes is perfect for a range of things around the kitchen.
The largest jar in particular really impressed me as it’s so tall and would fit such a wide variety of items.
Within the box you also get a few sheets of label stickers and chalk pen as well as a brush designed to clean the jars.
The overall look and quality of these are great and I’m really happy with them. I’d definitely recommend them to anybody.
Comes with labels and a pen but if you need a label to know what you’ve put in a glass jar then I don’t know why – we threw them out.
Came really well packaged in foam like material so no chance of damage.
Lids are nice and light but fit securely and being airtight are useful for things like coffee.
The different sizes (6 jars) are useful for different things and you’ll see from the picture that the tall one easily holds spaghetti.
There’s a real quality feel to them but they are lightweight and the glass is quite thin – to my mind this adds class but it does mean they may be a little fragile.
Look after them and they’ll last for years but don’t drop them.
