I bought this to try out after hand therapy was only partially successful. The downloadable training guide contains easy-to-follow information on warming up the hands/fingers and various stretching exercises. The Gorilla Gripper Grip Strengthener is easy to fit and use and is already having an effect after just a couple of weeks use. The “stretchy” part seems to be quite robust, and although I’m only using it on its lowest level, the exercises are helping my general hand strength and also seem to be helping to release / ease an issue I’ve had with trigger finger, which neither therapy nor an injection cured. I sail and ski, so it’s important for me to retain/improve my grip. Very happy with the product and happy to recommend.
This product is comfortable to wear as the material used is such good quality . Really good value for money . My son is going to try it out as he’s on the golf circuit , great for strengthening hand and arm muscles. Would thoroughly recommend .
Very user friendly. Comes with with different strength settings so you can build up slowly and carefully. I have arthritis and have found it nice to use as it helps with building the strength in my hands and fingers.
Product is good and is well built, nice and sturdy. Only issue is the rings for your fingers are too big for me and slide down my fingers when in use.
However I have been in contact with the seller via email about the issue and is now working on a version with smaller rings. So some amazing customer service.
Severed a tendon in my finger 6 months ago and has really helped to build strength again. I do this for 10 minutes a day and it really works. Avoid the cheaper ones, this one is much better quality and will definitely do the job.
As a drumming tutor I recommend my students improve their grip strength to improve their drumming.

Loving these new finger strengtheners. Had one with cheaper materials from another seller that broke within a day. These are solid and well worth the extra cost. APE have listened to customers and got it right! Would highly recommend.
This is a great product! I do a lot of martial arts as well as adventurous training like climbing and kayaking. Grip strength is always important and this gives a great workout and is very easy to use. I’ve been using it for a few days and already noticing the difference in forearm definition – pop it on in the evening and use it while watching TV, very easy!
There’s a few reviews on here about the clip breaking straight away, but they’ve clearly listened to feedback and replaced it, as the quality of the product is great.
Recently started back at the gym after a long lay off and missed having the grip strength I used to have and it’s been great using them to build it back up! Much better than cheaper and inferior brands!

I bought this as a present for husband after he had seen them online. He’s really happy with it and has already used them a fair amount. They’re very good quality so I’m very happy with my choice.
I’ve only had this product a week and already I have seen a huge improvement in my finger strength! I am learning to play the guitar and this has made a huge difference. I have also got my son to use it (who also plays the guitar) and his teacher says he can already see the difference. Much stronger than others on the market. Bought this after buying from another brand that snapped straight away. Thicker stretcher and the clasp is solid!!
