I’m a pilates teacher and loved these. They are really strong and my go to for one to ones. Only downside is length as they are not the longest. Great quality though.
Myself and my husband ordered these to use quite recently. We needed a choice of different strengths. As these are colour coded they appeared right for us. So far so good.
Having ordered some bands previously which were flimsy and nothing like the quality used by my Pilates instructor, I decided to order the Gritin ones. The original ones ordered were not a patch on the Gritin ones. Would highly recommend. Very happy with my purchase.
Really well made product, bands will last a life time. Honestly the strongest bands I’ve used. The bag to put them in and the flannel cloth was a welcome bonus
Reasonably priced set of three bands – low, medium & high resistance. Came complete with a mesh storage bag, an attachment for suspending bands from door and a cloth. The door attachment doesn’t damage doors. Pleased with the quality of the bands.
Great product. I used it for the first time today and it was brilliant. Great quality and does what it says on the packet. Good value for money. I would highly recommend if you want a resistance band for a good price and quality.
Probably best value for money gym kit you can buy, can train virtually every muscle group. I have 2 sets, with 2 anchors gives greater variety. I’d recommend pre-stretching them before use across entire length. Haven’t snapped one yet and I’m confident in them enough to do face pulls. Easy 5 stars
I bought these as I have to do some physiotherapy. I only need the light one and I tried it out today and found it excellent for my exercises. I find it is quite tough to stretch but I expect it to loosen up a bit or my arms will get stronger. I certainly felt that it did what I needed it to. I am in my 70’s and have arthritic hands so I would recommend them to anyone. Really good buy especially for what you get. The cloth and door adapter are good quality as well.
I didn’t need the light band and mostly use the heavy one. It’s really good for doing a very quick workout if you’re on a rest day from the gym, or if you’re too busy or something. Good for doing back exercises too which can be tricky with weights.
Bought to replace one which had broken. I can use the lowest srtength one, and perhaps the second one, but the strongest is too strong for what I want – as I am slightly disabled and getting on for 70!
If I was younger they would probably be fine. I’m happy to use the weaker one though!
These resistance bands are all at the heavier end of the scale, which makes for a more challenging workout but also means they last for longer. I bought a set before and the lightest (yellow) one has split, but the others are still going strong. This is good as some lighter models seem to split after one or two sessions.
This is a superb product. Can’t fault the workmanship or the price. Just three resistance levels means easy to use. Other products come in five levels, which is too many surely. Comes with nice carry bag and useful door attachment. Totally satisfied.
