I must say the Groomie got the job done in no time, nice clean shave no bumps no scars ,
I found the Groomie a bit flimsy was worried it will brake the harder I pressed on it ,
The cleaning brush was always getting tangled up in the blade .
The Groomie battery life is great once fully charged and for some reason the Groomie only comes with a charger cable and cleaning brush but no other accessories why is that ?.
I previously had the cheapest Pitbull model, which did the job, but just stopped working after about a year. Plus that brand is crazy overpriced.
This model is a joy to use as you can rinse it in water. You’re supposed to replace the blades every six months, which if it turns out to be the case I’m just buying a different brand, even if I have to pay more.
I’ve tried cheap ones, expensive ones, ones with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 heads but nothing is as effective as this.
The more powerful motor definitely helps. Only downside is you may have to clean the heads mid shave.
Takes me 5 minutes to do my full scalp. My old Remington used to take me 12!
Definitely buy this product if you like a good close shave that’s quick to do and nearly as close as a wet shave.
Ok I am in my 50,s and have head shaved for 20 years so I guess it is 2nd nature to me,
I wanted to try the electric route for a while as see these advertised everywhere now !
It does do the job , but no where near as good as a wet shave! also Takes more time than a wet shave ,
having said that I guess it is weather you can be bothered to wet shave and just electric whilst having yer coffee, Good for a quick spruce ,Next morning after a wet one ! Maybe I will do a video and time em !
Mine was delivered 26/5/23. Typical fella had to use it immediately. The smoothest head razor in had. Tried so many but this is by far the best one. Ergonomically designed to fit nicely in your hand and so easy to use. Don’t go wasting money on others just go straight for this. Believe me you’ll not be wasting anything.

It’s good having a display that shows exactly how much time is left before needing a charge (and it’s a looong time) and also an indicator of when it needs cleaning. Even taking the head apart for cleaning and putting it back together is simpler.
The only downside is that this comes with a subscription option for new heads at a discount. But when you follow the link you realise that it’s based on USA and the postage costs swallow up the discount. You can get heads on Amazon and subscribe, but the lack of Groomie support in UK was a shame. That’s the only reason it hasn’t got 5 stars
