I needed this grinder type for one job, to remove about 2mm of brick from the top of the back door step, which was preventing the door from closing. It did the job perfectly in a very short time with hardlt any wear on the grinder.

Used this ro Grind out some rough patches in a concrete base before laying a DPM and PIR. Ground the rougher concrete with ease but be warned… any grinding will create LOT of dust so wear a decent mask. I used it in a cordless DeWalt grinder and it held firm without any need to re-tighten. I’d recommend this disc.

Bought to level a few Riven slabs to allow siting of furniture. The disc certainly does the job albeit with clouds of dust – or mud if you use wet but very effective. Still a great deal of life left in it. Very pleased

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI used this to remove a bow in my kitchen wall which was making worktop fitting hard, this tool bites, it tears through plaster, bonding, cement, bricks like butter! Be prepared for dust though, I recommend you look at cowling for your angle grinder to help reduce this. Like other reviews The bowl shape does not seat the pressure plate too well, but it didn’t seem unbalanced and it didn’t come loose in operation.
If you need to remove a lot of material fast then this will do the job!

Easily as good as the top brands. Very long lasting. Doesn’t work very well wet, so expect lots of dust. Chews through concrete and stone like it should and lasted for probably 1-2 hours worth of solid grinding. Excellent!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWorks really well, I dampened the surface to stop all the dust. (Inside a garage)
Probably not suited to large areas like a double garage floor but great for smaller areas.
I had a new concrete floor in a double garage and it was really uneven. I took some high spots off, probably about a metre square, it worked great but not suitable for doing a whole floor.
It didn’t seem to wear much either. Useful attachment to have and was a good price!

Needed a grinding cup for taking the tile adhesive off the kitchen floor. Not used one before but have experience of grinding discs so I had some idea of what to expect and I have to say I worked it hard and the wear was minimal. Very pleased!

I needed to lower a thin concrete kerb between two areas of block paving. I have no previous experience of grinding concrete but this disc did the job with ease. It fitted my Bosch PWS 700-115 although I had a problem removing it as the 2-pronged ‘spanner’ supplied by Bosch does not fit into the concave disc very well so don’t over tighten. Also wear protective kit.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI’m refurbishing our front steps, got the tiles off with a club hammer and bolster – but the cement adhesive wasn’t budging. Having tried a tungsten carbide disk, which worked but was incredibly slow, I ordered this disk and was very impressed. To get the best finish, keep it moving, level and don’t press. Full PPE recommended – eye protection, gloves, ear plugs and a good dust mask (don’t skimp on this particularly as this beast of a disk makes lots of dust)

5.0 out of 5 stars Goes through tile adhesive like a hot knife through hot butte

After a kitchen refurb we layed new floor and being amateurs working on an uneven base there were inevitable bumps. Vinyl floor needed a better surface than we could manage, the grinding disk performed great and finished the job a treat.

I use this to take back rogue glaze on my ceramic kiln shelves. Goes through it like buddah. Would highly recommend a hoover attachment on your angle grinder as it is a beast.

Fits well on my Makita. Have used it to grind down concrete floor and it’s takes it down well. Just by holding it in one spot can remove around 5 – 6 mm in now time. Please be aware the amount of dust it makes as you will need either a dust guard and or a dust mask. As well as good ventilatio

old concrete stairs had so many coats of paint on them and looked terrible, this disk removed it all very quickly with little effort. It will leave small tool marks, circular scratches but this was not unexpected and they are barely noticeable. handy if your looking to repaint as the they form a key for the new paint to stick to but I will have a go at polishing with other disks. As many have pointed out you will need face mask and eye protection and a bucket of water for the clean up. All in All very effective. was a quite tight fit with my worx angle grinder guard but once on and running it wasn’t a problem

Performed well for the price. Was purchased to grind the tile adhesive off chip board underfloor after removing tiles. It wasnt the quickest of processes but unsure of how quicker a high end grinding disk would be. Really happy with the end results. If you are using for same purpose you will need a dust shroud to connect to a vacuum.
