This toy is so amazing and versatile, it is teaching your child so many different things such as they can pull it along which promotes full body coordination, fit in the shapes which promotes hand eye coordination, learn the colors, gain fine motor strength and problem solving skills. My little one is pleased with the choices I make so far in toys matter, until he’ll have his favorites, I’ll keep on buying Montessori toys. Hope this helps.
I bought this over a year ago (for our 1 year old Boy) and we are still getting fun out of it now.
He uses it for colour matching as well as shapes and has seperated the pieces and used just the tumbler at times.

I bought this for my friend’s son, he was 16 months old at the time. He loved it straightaway, the snail’s eyes were very interesting to him – they can be turned around in every direction. The paint is good quality and the snail can be easily drawn on the floor without any issues. I bought it for him because he’s a very active little boy and he really enjoyed playing with it, drawing it up and down the house. He’s a bit too young for the colour-coded part but I’m sure he’ll like it later on.
He smashed the snail to the ground a few times and still, no breaks and the paint wasn’t chipping off.
Overall very good quality and versatile toy, especially for toddlers who are physically more active!
Bought for my 1yr old son and he loves it so much – especially cute as he’s pulling croccy along and he’s wagging his tail! Makes my lil one giggle. A great little toy. Highly recommend.
My little one loves pulling it along and watching Croc wiggle brilliant little toy. Would have been completely perfect if the string was a tiny bit longer otherwise very happy with this
How nice to buy something that does not need batteries! Well made colourful toy that should last generations and that will inspire the imagination of little children. Expensive for what it is, but cheap enough to give as little gif
beautifully made, pull along with a bar you can balance little things on. can also balance the snails “shell” which turns as the snail trundles along. fabulous googly eyes ( unfortunately dog has chewed one) shell is a sorting drum with shapes and colours.
Lovely toy grandson thoroughly enjoys this little snail. It comes apart so pay attention as he try’s to use the snail part as a skateboard which could mean it runs away with him on solid floor!

Bought it for my daughters bestie, apparently the little one loves it.The only downside was that the box comes with an opened display window (not covered by plastic), so if it’s a gift will definitely need wrapping.
This is a well made toy and just what I wanted for our 1 year old grandson. It moves well and amuses him. It is also good for hi hand-eye co-ordination with the shapes to put through the slots. I like the fact that it iswooden not plastic.
These are the best-made toys I’ve seen in years. I first bought the HAPE Walk-Along-Dog which was such a hit with my twin grandsons, that I had to buy another – this one – so they’d each have one. Highly recommended.
My 13 month old likes to walk and explore more than to sit down with toys, and he absolutely loves this one. would definitely recommend!
I’m really pleased with this toy – it’s nicely made and pulls along well with the tail moving from side to side. The string is a good length for my two-year-old.
