Very pleased with this goal for my grandson. It is very good quality and size I think it would be great for all young children I would say up to the age of 14!! Would definitely recommend!!
Brilliant product I was surprised just how good it was bought for a 10 year old 1 month ago and it’s still in top condition A+
Son loves it and it stops him destroying my garden. Hooks could be stronger to keep in place.
Really easy to assemble. Feels really sturdy. My son is going to love i
This is a great product the only thing I would say is invest in some heavy duty pegs to peg it down as the ones included do not keep the goal in place and bend easily
Very easy to set up and its been very sturdy! It has been left out constantly since we bought it and its still standing no problems…even after numerous storms and hot sunny days!
Excellent quality, especially for the price. It stands up on its own even when being hit with balls.
For the price this is a great little goal my 12 yr old uses it obviously it’s not about the height but it does prevent having to run after the ball all the time
Perfect for 9 year old and dad to kick about in the garde
My 7 year old grandson a budding footballer loves this playing out with all his friends, seeing how many goals they can all score xx
More robust than twist n fold type we had before. Slightly bigger so much better for kids practice skills.
Easy to erect and dismantle.
The pegs didn’t really secure it strongly to the ground so easily worked loose.
Just the right size for my young kids (2,4,7)
Flexible and sturdy
Not 5 stars for minor things: instructions are bit rubbish and pegs could be a bit bigge
Easy to assemble and so far it’s pretty sturdy. The pegs hold the net into the grass and it’s held a few of my sweet shots.. liquid football!!
The goal was well received by the children and seems to be in regular use. We are just waiting for them to be talent spotted by the Premier League scouts.
Purchased after reading other’s reviews that it would take an adult ‘kick’. Fitted together easy and both my grandson and son have put it to the test. Highly recommended 🙂
Definitely good quality.. only negative was the knots on the end of the elastic came undone and was hellish putting it back through the poles. So, make sure you check…
Very good product.. Definitely recommend it.
Absolutely fabulous football goal! We needed something that we could pack away and this does just that! Son loves it and it has standed the test of time since xmas
Delivery was perfect, bought for my 6 year old who has a strong left foot and the goal has put up with the punishment well! Very easy to pack away and easy to take to the park for a kick about! Very impressed!
No probs with this goal for this price easy set up looks great is a decent size for a ten year old or me who’s an adult to practice our shots highly recommended guys you won’t be disappointed
This product is really easy to set up and as a bonus of being very light and able to move around with ease, on the other side to this there is a sense that you wouldn’t want to be dragging this around too much but rather having two people left it end to end when moving.
Great goal for practicing in the garden but at nearly 40.00 – it seems a lot for what you get.
If there were two goals in the pack, fair enough but you only get one.
Seeing as I bought this for my kids I decided that they could set it up at their mum’s house and play to their heats content. I sent it back with them last week and have been awaiting the verdict ever since.
According to my son, aged 11, set up was easy and when he unboxed it the frame of the goal was sectional but was actually joined by a long length of cord so there is no guesswork as to what goes where. While building the framework you had to push it through the edge of the netting (shown in orange in my pictures), this means the netting is firmly secured to the frame.
The frame at the back also goes through the netting and then attaches to the front frame by means of a couple of 90 degree bends then the net is staked down using large tent peg type stakes which then hooked over the frame and netting on the sides and back..
So there we have it bought for kids and made by kids, my daughters only slight complaint was that the instructions were all pictures but for kids who aren’t used to flat pack furniture instructions they were perfectly legible. The verdict is it’s sturdy enough to kick a ball into, easy to set up and take down, it’s fully portable and they gave it a 10 out of 10…
The goal arrives neatly packaged in its own little bag with simple instructions to set up. You simply connect the poles which is very easy and quick, thread them through the orange and black sleeves and connect the corner pieces and you’re done. For a moment I thought I’d bent one set but the wider set goes through the black sleeve which perhaps wasn’t as clear in the instructions. Once up (which took 5 mins with little distractions trying to help) it is a big goal and nice bright colour. Works perfectly my eldest loves being a goaly in it. Due to its size it’s not one of those you can easily fold up to store you would need to take it apart however, if you just pull the corner connectors off you could fold it flat and pop it away like that or take it with you in the car like that to take to a playing field. I’d say the goal is a good size for young ones to shoot at due to its size but to be goaly in its a bit big as of course it’s easier to score past my little 4 year old! So age range probably 5 and above if you have a trainee goaly on your hands! You get one goal in the pack and it’s great and easy to use, kids love it.
