I bought these patches for a family member who suffers with back pain. Within a day she was pain-free and able to do her normal chores. That is a good enough reason to get these patches.
I’ve tried pretty much everything on the market so when my daughter suggested I try these patches I wasn’t expecting too much.
Wow, was I wrong.
I put the patch near the base of my spine as that seems to be the area the majority of the pain radiates from. Within a couple of hours I was aware the pain wasn’t quite as bad. Within four hours I was aware the debilitating nerve pain wasn’t as bad.
To cut a very long story short, I’ve been able to reduce my morphine which I haven’t been able to reduce for years.
It’s still early days but I’m really optimistic. I’ve bought two more packs and for the first time in many years I’m starting to look forward to my future.

My husband uses them (cut in half) to help him sleep – seems to cure the fidgets which stopped him getting off to sleep. Shame they have gone up in price recently. First lot I purchased were on offer. Seems like everything I buy these days has gone up.
These patches are made in Britain so we know they are safe and made to our standards. I have tried other patches from undisclosed manufacturers and they havent stayed on long enough to know whether they work or not. I just wish they made them in larger quantities.
Effective for my painful knee. Only used for couple days. Managed to get some sleep. Only thing didnt like I had difficulty getting sticky substance of my skin. But would use again for pain.
I couldn’t find anywhere if you coulds use more than one at a time….so I put one on the top of both shoulders before I went to bed…..did nothing. The next day I put one patch on my lower back…..within a few hours my spine didn’t hurt and the freedom from pain lasted days. So I tried again for my shoulder and this time just put one on my upper arm and had a nights sleep without pain ….it even seemed to ease the other shoulder a bit.
Yesterday…..I thought I would put one on my knee……I was going out with friends. Best friend said I was like a new woman, no longer bent over and grumbling because I hurt so much.
On the down side……It does make me slightly whoozy…..and when I Googled it….it doesn’t mix well with Gabapentin or Naproxen…..can cause dizzyness and confusion…..so I have eased off the drugs and feel really good. I can stand upright and am going to order some more. I have only used 8 since getting the patches so my knowledge is fairly new, but they are really helping me !
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that it leaves a black sticky mark around the edge’s of the patches, when you take them off the skin. The patch itself does help with my pain. Also on different part’s of the body :- shoulders part of the patches fold over, like a ripple effect.
Highly recommend these patches! We have used them for various aches and pains and found that they helped out massively so that you don’t have to keep taking pain killers – very easy to use and found results after the first use, the patch is also thin so you can wear it all day under your clothing without people noticing it. I have recommend them to so many people and they all love them as much as I do !
Arthritis in my left knee caused me to wake at night. Tried over the counter creams etc,but I found them to give only temporary relief. For me, applying one of these patches above my knee gave me the pain relief I needed without having to re-apply oils or creams through the night. Only complaint is that I find them a bit expensive. Worth a try in my opinion.
