Does the job well, takes a standard Stanley Knife blade, angles and mitres are good
Considering this was my 1st time, Did the job really well. Quite pleased with my purchase.
I buy this tool to cut blinds. Other tool on the market cut only 25mm blinds but this u can easily cut blinds 50mm.
This is a handy tool for cutting right angle ends to flooring beading.
Easy to use cutters featuring a Stanley blade so will cut thin wood, plastic etc. Good adjustment of blade to various angle so good for accurate joints in the home it craft work.
Pros: Quite easy to use and the possibility to cut small pieces at different angles is an advantage.
Cons: I am using this Shear Cutter in house model making and it does not necessarily cut as sharp as required at times.
Overall, it does a pretty good job.

Used to fit all quadrants and it cut very well even 45o or irregular corners in the way we don’t need to full up with tons of decorator caulk
This is a well-made, robust item. I enjoy doing macrame and needed something just like this to cut down pipes to size for hanging my project whilst it is being made. This is the perfect tool for that. It even cuts wood at different angles. It is strong, well made and I anticipate years of use.

For cutting appropriate materials, and the item description clearly states what they are, I can now dispense with the hassle of using pliers, or a saw and bench vice.
It can be such a hassle just to trim plastic or softwood sections, and my hacksaw cuts are rarely as precise as I would wish, but this tool, used sensibly fits the bill really well.
I can only think that other comments referring to difficulty in using this tool are down to trying to use it on materials it was not designed for.
It never ceases to amaze me how designers come up with new and simple tools to make our lives easier, and this is one of them.
This article came with 10 spare blades. It is very useful for cutting tape, seals and plastic conduit. Guaranteed straight cut than when using a hacksaw or Stanley type knife. Also it is safer to use than a standard knife.
Used this to cut blind poles to measure as well as a curtain line. It definitely takes a bit of strength for a clear quick cut ( I am not strong at all so really had to push). It is very easy to use indeed and the blade is really sharp, it seems it is going to last long, but it also comes with a replacement blade. Very sturdy.
I am overall very satisfied with this product.
