This item is better than any sprinkler I have had in the past. It’s light, easy to use and can either concentrate on a low level spray or indeed water higher round the garden. I am very pleased with it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis was to replace a 30 year old hozelock sprinkler. On first use it didn’t have much coverage after fiddling with water connections there was no difference, I did read this in some reviews, however I then realised there is a red control on top of sprinkler that gives 2 different settings when I turned this clockwise it gave coverage of 4meters all round from sprinkler this covered the area I required. I would recommend this for a small garden.

Just what I wanted to be able to water in an 8 ft area and a15 ft area with the same appliance a quick switch allows either one. Not the cheapest but certainly beats my previous system hands down.

This item is easy to understand and the different spray patterns work very well. I particularly like the control for seedlings for small areas and the second setting for large grass areas

Does exactly what you want and is very simple to use. Two settings. One for larger area of lawn and the other for smaller areas like planted beds. Also small and easy to store.

I’ve got five of these around the garden and alternate wich are connected week by week, since the water pressure is not enough for all five to operate at once. They are easy to operate and, for the last 4 or 5 months have been very reliable. Some reviews say they’re breakable – they’re made mainly of plastic (apart from the metal spike), take care. Very pleased with them – easier to use tan the potentialy more versatile Verve sprinklers.

After my previous 2332 was cracked when inserting in to the ground this replacement was at a great price.

If the ground is dry or contains hidden stones, I would recommend creating a small hole before inserting the sprinkler spike so as not to apply too much force on the plastic housing as whilst the spike is metal it is easy to apply too much force placing it into the ground which could crack the hose connection point which unfortunately I did.

The product works well as it is hose lock you expect that whether it will last very long I don’t know and the price was a bit higher the trouble with his lotIt will it last I have several broken or not working hose lock. Garden watering systems

Before purchasing the hose lock I have bought quite a few cheaper versions. Total false economy. Buy it right once. Works really well, control area to water by water pressure. Connects to hose with standard fitting. Robust and sturdy design and you can dissasemble
    if needed.

This is our third sprinkler. We seem to replace it every three or four years, which isn’t bad. The plastic goes brittle with the weather causing it to leak.

We buy the same one though as they all can go brittle and in use, this one is just the right circle for our circular raised beds.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI would only buy if you garden is 9x9m or bigger. Mine is 10x10m and its great for that size. You pay for what you get and this is a ‘Value’ sprinkler.

I thought this was great for a medium sized garden like mine that needs wide coverage at a low cost. Its not a top range sprinkler, you pay for what you get (it is plastic), but this is good value and has a wide coverage, It has two features of sprinkler.
1 – Standard water sprinkler and does a radius of about 9-10m from the point of the sprinkler
2 – a thin spray setting with a very short radius which i haven’t used

If you have a small garden this is not a good sprinkler, as setting 1 will over shoot to the neighbours house and Setting 2 I don’t like. So for Medium Gardens it does the job.

This product works really really well in our large garden as it waters the top with a big arch then we move it to the bottom. It hits the fence at either side which is 10 metres. However it does, as with all of these things rely on a good water pressure . I got one for my father in law and their water pressure us low and they have to move it more times for less garden . For us though it’s been brilliant and an improvement on our previous hozelock sprinkle

Only had this a few days but I’m very impressed. I expect that you need a very high water pressure to get the full range but it’s doing the job for my lawn which is about 14m long. Being able to do a full or partial circle is also really useful and works well.

The metal spike is also sturdier than I was expecting

Would certainly recommend for those people who really can’t be bothered moving a static sprinkler around!

Bought as we had our garden sorted so needed to keep the new lawn wet every night. The spray doesn’t reach too far but the larger sprinkler option does the job. Garden is about 12m wide so think the quoted coverage is a bit much, might need to remove the filter but that another consumer mentions as there are little holes inside between the hose connector and the inside of the sprinkler.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersDoes what it says on the packet.
Mine has proved to be very reliable – there’s only one moving part, so, unlike bar sprinklers, there’s very little to go wrong. It just carries on going round and round and round and round.
However, there are a few small niggles to be aware of:
The area covered is (obviously) circular, so, unless you allow plenty of overlap, it’s easy to leave dry patches if you move the sprinkler around the garden.
It also leaves a small dry area around the sprinkler itself, about a metre in diameter, as Bonver has pointed out.
When moving the sprinkler, you’re likely to get wet, unless you drag it by the hose, or turn the tap off and on. Unlike a bar sprinkler, you can’t nip in to grab it between rotations.
For any given pressure. this sprinkler puts out a slightly lower volume of water per square meter than a bar sprinkler, so watering your garden may take a little longer, especially if you add in the need for more overlap.

It’s pretty good, the overall coverage is good and it’s very quite when running. One fault is that it does not water right where the sprinkler is, firing water out but leaving a dry patch in the centre of approx 2m square.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt’s good, I find it goes a little more up than across, but in terms of working and watering the garden, it does just fine. It has a large coverage and goes the whole width of my garden, so unless you have a timed system, be prepared to maybe get splashed by it as you try and avoid it, but overall it’s robust and i’m happy with it.

It doesn’t catch the immediate meter area around it, so you might need to move it if it need to water something in that area – I noticed this because I use it for the grass, and after a week there was a circle patch of grass right where it was on that hadn’t been watered.

You’ll need the Hozelock Hose End Connector PLUS (12.5mm & 15mm) or similar if you just have a raw hosepipe end, but other than that, it’s good to go.

I have the Hozelock Rectangular Sprinkler Pro 200m and I worried whether i was wasting my money buying this. Well. With my old sprinkler it took 8 placements to cover my long but thin, normal townhouse victorian garden. With this I can do it in 3 placements. It does, which I did not get from the blurb, two circuits. The first is close, the second is far out. So with every two revolutions it covers a huge amount of ground really well.

It is my new best friend!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis was a good sprinkler, however when I put it in the middle of my lawn it only watered one side, unfortunately the coverage is not large enough to do both sides, my garden is about 70ft wide, that is not the fault of the sprinkler its mine for not studying the coverage. The sprinkler works very well, clicked onto the hosepipe perfectly, it sprinkled wonderfully and had different settings.

Good quality product and does what it says on the package but I would debate the 254 m sq as my tap pressure only gives 200 m sq i.e a circle of 8 m radius. The fine mist setting is very good and provides for me a 4m radius circle which is the same as my lawn so combined with a timer set at 50 mins and once a week it delivers 1 ” of water to my lawn weekly when I am away on holiday.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersVery easy to use with two spray settings. I already have a Hozelock spray hose, so I didn’t need the fitting supplied. The strength of the spray can be controlled by the tap, I wanted a soft spray which penetrated the ground over quite a large area. I bought this for the hedgehogs which have been visiting my garden for the past three years. Although I supply fresh water and food, the hedgehogs need to dig in the ground for worms etc. Last year it was a dry summer and just using a hose sat down (I have mobility problems) was time consuming. This year I started at the bottom of the garden and worked up the grassed area. Was very pleased with the result. Typically the weather has been wet, but I am sure I will need it, and if not it will be ready for next year. Two hedgehogs started visiting last April. Very pleased.
