Does exactly as it should. Good picture quality and brilliant because it’s a long cable so very good. Durable lead too

This HDMI cable is well made, well packaged, and works well. Have not had it for very long, but seems it will perform for a long time.

This is a good 2.1 HDMI Cable from IBRA, which is 2 metres long and supports Ultra High Speeds.
The cable is compatible with many devices, including Fire TV, Xbox, and PlayStation recommended :).

I’ve read up on cables and sometimes they do make a difference (especially in terms of analogue and speakers) but other times the benefits are minimal.

Decided on this more for the Audio – as have these wired from a NAD A/V amp to a Pioneer BluRay player.
The way I see it, if you have expensive A/V equipment you need a cable worthy – this is very well made, good materials and durability.
Price is good, excellent quality and materials.
Sure you could pay more for branded stuff from QED etc but I don’t se the point.
Have I noticed any benefits or difference? can’t say that I have.

    Overall 5 stars

A HDMI cable is a HDMI cable…or not. This one supports the latest HDMI 2.1 standard to be found on TV’s and other devices so is about as future proofed as can be for the time being.

The cable itself is a well-made one with well moulded plugs are the end and a light gold plating on the connectors. The style of the plugs reminds me of many of the others I have so I suspect they are made in the same factory despite the branding. The more important part of HDMI cables though is the picture and sound quality. This one gives a clear picture, and my TV & devices all detect the quality levels correctly (I have had previous ones which wouldn’t allow anything above 1080p).

Overall a quality cable that provides a good picture quality at a reasonable price.

We bought an Amazon fire Cube specifically so we could play 4K clips from YouTube and elsewhere. Sadly the old HDMI cable that I first fitted seems to have caused intermittent picture dropouts. So, I sent for this and fitted it. Since then, no problems. Clearly once you get beyond 1080p and into the higher levels of HD the cable can make a difference.

I never know if the various claims are really necessary but all I can say is this is a really sturdy cable, no issues with picture quality and all works as expected. At a tenner it is a good price too.

2 metres is pretty long so make sure you need that length.

    Recommended.

A solid cable which allows for high refresh rate at 4K 120hz, so good for gaming.
Potentially also future proof given it goes up to 8K, however I am saying this based on the item description, having no 8K hardware to test it with.
The cable itself feels very durable.

I like the idea you can choose between 1,2 or 3 m cable so do look at your needs and useage to ensure you get the correct size,
The cable itself appears very well insulated, sturdy and has many uses from tv’s.pcs and play stations .
reasonably priced, in line with other hdmi cables.

This HDMI 2.1 cable is excellent value especially for the specification it brings with it. I used this with a PS5 because it supports 120hz @4k and the results are amazing, you can see the difference in visual quality and the smooth gaming experience. The build quality of this cable is excellent the cable is braided giving it extra strength and durability, the end connectors are well constructed and solid, giving a secure fit to your HDMI ports. The HDMI connectors are gold plated, so there less chance of interference.
Overall great quality and value for a HDMI 2.1 cable.

A really well constructed cable with excellent connectors that fit snugly into the sockets. Picture/sound quality is standard. no issues with the data transfer. Seem very robust and durable. Good value. Recommended.

Unfortunately I don’t have a 8k telly but I needed a new HDMI cable for my 4K projector and this one has done the job! We have been running it for a couple of weeks now and I can confirm that it throughputs 2160p at 60 hertz in HDR no problem. Quite a thick cable with a good amount of shielding and gold plated HDMI connectors. Image quality is spot on and sound throughput does not have any issues either although I only have a stereo output on this projector and not dolby atmos etc. So can only comment as far as that. Very happy for under a tenner for a 2m cable that does the job, happy to recommend!

HDMI 2.1 is at time of writing latest HDMI standard – whilst you might not necessarily need the latest and greatest features if you’re just using this to connect your monitor to pc/laptop, it might be worth investing in a future proofing cable.

This HDMI 2.1 cable is category 3 and therefore supports higher video resolutions and refresh rates which includes 8K@60 and 4K@120.

As it’s HDMI 2.1 the bandwidth capability is increased up to 48Gbps.

HDMI with ethernet which means that it allows a device that’s connected to an Ethernet network to share that connection with other appliances/components over the HDMI cable. Both of the devices in the installation must support HDMI with Ethernet for this to work but it can make setup easier and prevent the need for 2 ethernet connections.

Works fine with PS4 and PS5 no issues here.

Decent gold plated connectors – no issues here. Gold plating resists oxidation and corrosion so if you are laying the cables and they’ll be hard to re-lay them you’ll want the gold plated option!

Triple shielded with plastic moulding at the connectors. We can’t really validate longevity and robustness but the cable does feel robust.

This cable is great. The connectors have a very solid fit into the ports and a reassuring click when inserted to let you know that the cable is seated. Overall, I would highly recommend this cable as it is great value for money and is a very durable and high-quality cable for the price. If you are looking for a solid cable that will last a long time, then look no further.

I access Prime Video through the app on my Sky Q box.
Recently, I’ve been getting an error message saying there was a problem with the HDMI cable.
So, I replaced the lead between my Sky Q box and the HDMI splitter box with this lead and everything seems to be back to normal.
The braided cable seems very robust and the blue styling is quite attractive.
You can obviously buy cheaper HDMI leads, but for fault-free performance, that is probably false economy.
    Excellent produc

eview for IBRA 2.1 HDMI Cable 8K, 2M
    ===============================
The cable is very thick braided HDMI to HDMI cable. It claims to support up to 8K. While I can’t test for 8k, it does work well on my 4k monitor. Good cable, useful for future-proofing. Reasonably priced at 9.45 for 2m

5.0 out of 5 stars great hdmi to hdmi cable

About as current as can be, the “IBRA 2.1 HDMI Cable 8K, 2M Ultra High-Speed 48Gbps Lead | Supports 8K@60HZ, 4K@120HZ, 4320p, Compatible with Fire TV, 3D Support, Ethernet Function, 8K UHD, 3D-Xbox PlayStation PS3 PS4 PC etc- Basics” supports the latest HDMI 2.1 specification, 8K at 60Hz, 4K at 120HZ and claims to support video resolutions as high as 4320 pixels. With 8K TVs almost as rare as hens’ teeth, and little else that supports the standard, hardware supporting 4320p is possibly not yet available.

To all intents and purposes, the cable is a typical modern HDMI cable, using slim cabling and not the ultra-thick type once used. The covering is PU, PVC or similar rather than a colourful woven outer. Flexibility is good so that longer versions can be more easily channelled along corners, skirting etc in order to make them less obvious.

While current domestic abilities are currently limited to 4K only – access to 8K hardware would be possible were it not for COVID restrictions – the cable performs normally.

Whether used to connect a PC to a monitor, a recorder or games console to a TV or, where the option exists, solely to connect between audio devices, it should satisfy any and all such needs. As it is very affordably priced and offers a degree of future-proofing, it could be the universal choice for all HDMI connections, regardless of the standard of support required, function etc.

This is a high quality HDMI cable with a 2 metre braided cable with added Velcro straps for making it easier to tidy and connect to existing cables already connected to my LG TV.
This cable is being used currently with a PS4 but purchased to be used with a PS 5 which is a pending Christmas present.
So far the cable is working flawlessly and I’m confident that it will work perfectly fine when connected to my new PS 5.
    Highly recommend.

A lightweight cable meeting all of the new standards.
I haven’t got any 8k devices however the cable performs well with 4K images.
The end connections are bright and solid and the shrink downs are made off well holding the cable in place.

This looks to be a well built, durable HDMI cable. Tested it on a projector hooked up to my iPad and detected no issues. Quite thick so should last some time.

This is a review of the 2m version of the IBRA 2.1 HDMI cable (1m & 3m versions are also available). It is supplied in a resealable and potentially reusable bag. The cable seems very well made and comes fitted with protective dust caps on each of the HDMI plugs. The plating on these plugs is perhaps a little less lustrous than some, which perhaps indicates a lower gold content but it is nonetheless perfectly acceptable for this price point. The plugs are solid and fitted securely in the several different sockets that I tried. The joining cabling is good quality and appears well shielded. The aesthetics are good especially for something that is not necessarily intended to be on show ‘front of house’.

I wanted this cable to connect a newly acquired desktop, that I am setting up, into an HDMI switch, so that I can then connect both of my desktop computers into the single HDMI socket on my monitor. The second unit is on the floor under the desk and so the 2m length is very handy. It is slightly longer than I need but a 1m cable would definitely be too short. I had ‘borrowed’ a cable from my, now little used, Blue Ray player to get me started but can now put that one back or indeed use this one with the player.

Performance with the new desktop and 4K monitor is extremely good with sharp images and well saturated colours. I do not yet possess any 8K equipment but there are always benefits to a good cable even if it is used well within its theoretical capabilities. I have paid similar money for 2K and 4K cables and this one’s performance is certainly worthwhile upgrade over the lower rated cables, I own.

This cable is great value and acquitted the role I have given it perfectly. I am also 8K ready for the time when the price of, for example, 8K monitors is lowered to more affordable levels. It looks good, sounds good, the picture is good and it does everything you would need it to. A very good buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent quality and great value 8K cable

I wanted a shorter hdmi cable for my pc screen as the one I already had was too long and looked messy. This is the ideal length and it’s quite thick to ensure its durable and long lasting. Easy to plug in and no set up needed.
