Warm Tips:

  1. The advertised length is the expanded length
  2. Do not run hot water through this hose
  3. Extend the water hose totally, do not let the hose knotted
  4. WINTER: Protect your expandable hose from harsh winter weather by storing it indoors. And be sure to drain the hose completely before storage as water remaining in the hose can freeze, damaging the hose and the spray gun.
  5. SUMMER: Drain the water in the hose completely, hang it up or put it in a storage bag when not in use. Store the hose in a cool, well-ventilated place. Do not expose it to the sun
  6. When the water pipe is running, the latex pipe will swell and become thinner. Please pay attention to avoid touching sharp objects during use, so as not to scratch the water pipe and cause rupture.
  7. Please note that our garden hoses are not compatible with any pressure washer. It is only suitable for daily needs, such as: washing pets, irrigation, inflatable swimming pools, cleaning windows and floors, etc. (The water pipe may not be able to withstand the pressure of the high-pressure cleaner, and it is likely to cause a burst, please do not try, thank you)

Great quality, I have bought other expandable hoses and had to renew yearly as they sprung leaks but this hose feels like it will last me, love the attachment works well, so far very pleased.

As mentioned, all metal fittings, even includes plumbers tape to put around threads to stop any possible leaks (not had a single leak!)

Watching how much this expands is amazing! The included water gun has many settings, including a very handy angled down spray – meaning you can hold you wrist level, and still be watering the ground exactly where you want it.

100% would buy again – really handy, and shrinks down to a tiny space.

The hose seems very good quality, it is thicker than my previous expandable hoses, and the spray gun thingy is spot on: an excellent design and the thumb trigger is an innovation! Much better than the normal finger trigger on these things
Very impressed, got one for my parents, and then a repeat order for ourselves!

Having used the same garden hose for many years, I decided to try a different brand. I ordered the hose for PRIME same day delivery and it didn’t arrive. I was notified that it would be delivered the next day and was a little narked that less than 24 hours after I ordered, I was told the price had reduced by about 5. My loss.
I do a lot of gardening and needed a robust hose to go over different types of ground area. First use, I loved the nozzle. It had lots of settings and had a very powerful jet. Perfect! However, I haven’t had the hose very long and haven’t put the hose to too much use but already I am starting to see little clicks in the outer hose sleeve. This won’t be problematic as long as the inner hose is robust but it is early days and it will take a little time after using it to see if it is up to the job.

4.0 out of 5 stars Testing out a a different garden hose

Expectations were not high, but I have to say – pretty good, and considering the price, excellent. Long-term durability is open right now, but in use, it is as good, if not better than many hoses I’ve used at twice the price. Standard fittings help make the experience seamless when moving between a hose attachment I already had. Quality is very good, and nice touches like metal hardware give a quality feel. The jet attachment is one of the best I’ve ever used. All in all, not bad; good quality, great price, lots of added value in attachments and accessories.

I was most delighted when I received this hosepipe as the quality is superb and you get a full kit including P.T.F.E. tape, a splitter as well as a hanging bracket. It is a good length and reaches easily all the way around my Caravan when I am washing that as well as my Motorcycle. 10/10

Love this hose. Heaps better than the standard on real ones. It’s light. flexible and easy to move around the place. Excellent connectors – miles better than the plastic ones. Encourages you to want to do the gardening for sure! I like it. You should get one.

Every expanding hose I’ve bought so far has lasted less than six months (some less than six weeks) before splitting but this one has lasted the longest. I bought it at the start of June 2022 and it’s taken up until the end of June 2023 before finally splitting. Given that I need to trail it from the outside tap in the back yard, through the house and into the front garden, I have to say I’m impressed that the split section was in the garden at the time, although this was probably just luck. I’ve been able to use it both as a stand alone garden hose, and as a connection to a jetwash without too many problems – it seems to be one of the longest lasting on the market at the moment and I’ve therefore ordered another one.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve not had it long and on the whole I’m quite pleased with it but there is a niggle. Where the hose goes into the spray gun there is a piece of rubber tube to, I assume, protect the hose from friction from the sharp edge of the brass fitting. This slips down every time it’s used meaning I have to hold it in place while I’m using the hose. It’s a bit annoying. I bought one of these as a gift and that one has the same issue too.

So I had this hose for a year when i had an issue with it. The customer services were extremely helpful & sorted the issue for me by refunding and giving me a free gift too. Thank you so much for sorting out. –

I was very impressed initially when using the hose for the first time. However, there was a fault with the control bar on the spray gun so I contacted the company. They couldn’t have been more helpful and replaced the faulty item without question. Highly recommended.

I have been using this garden hose for a while now to water my plants, and it’s been serving its purpose very well so far. I like how light it is to carry around, and also the materials of the hose seems durable. It is also easy to store away using either the holder or just wrap it around a door handle works.

Bear in mind to swap the rubber ring in the splitter attachment for one of the spare one that’s provided with the product if you have leaks at the splitter mid joint like I did. It works like magic!

Also, the customer service is excellent, very responsive and helpful communications. They really want to make sure the customer is happy.

This unit is probably the best one I’ve had. Normally buy a new one each year due to forgetting to take it in during the freezing weather. The nozzle is easy to use and provides great pressure

I bought this, as I already have a similar one for the back garden, and I wanted one to feed all the way round the house to water the front. Ever since getting these expandable types, I’ve found them brilliant.

Some can be a bit hit or miss – I’ve had one from a different brand that I bought before this one, that leaked. This one doesn’t leak and holds the water pressure tight, with no leakage from either the end, the sprinkler or the hose pipe itself.

I would say at full capacity, it almost doubles in size.

Looking after these is key, as they’re not quite as robust as rubber reel hoses, but, far easier and nicer to use. I make sure mine is drained and hung up (turn off the mains tap then user the remaining water in the hose before packing away) and I never leave it training on the floor, as the ground cold and wet will gradually destroy the material and the pipe inside.

Overall, really happy, and great pressure from the watering end even when 200ft away!

Really useful and lots of spray options. Seems fairly sturdy. Some of the rubber bits at the fixings have moved and won’t stay in place. Still working fine so far though.

Lightweight hose, expanded as it fills with water. I find it’s best to extend the hose as it fills to get the max length before watering. It comes with brass fittings and a nice plastic spray gun. The webbing case does catch on corners of paving etc, the longevity of the hose only time will tell.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a perfectly fine hose, but it does have a few issues.

It’s listed as 50 feet, which is no doubt correct, however, in my experience this is a stretched distance, so although it will reach 50 feet if you hold it, if you lay it down, for example with a sprinkler, than it will tend to retract itself to about 30 feet, so bear that in mind.

It comes with a nice hose head, with all the usual spray patterns you would expect.

All the joints involved in the hose, are all nice, with no leaks anywhere.

It comes with a Y shaped connector that you can fit to your tap to enable you to fit the hose and have another free outlet to either fit another hose, or use a watering can etc.
It swivels, which may be good ergonomically, but unsurprisingly, means it leaks. Quite a lot. This may be a problem for you or not. Assuming that you can turn the water off via the tap, so therefore, when in use, a bit of leaking isn’t a problem, you may find the convenience of it is something you like.

It comes with a step down tap adapter, if your tap outlet thread is of a smaller than standard size.

There is a plastic storage/carrying bracket supplied. I drilled a couple of holes in mine and attached it to the wall. It works fine.

Overall I’m happy with the hose. It is suitable for how I use it, but make sure its limitations won’t be a problem for you.

I hope you found this review helpful.

IDEALHOUSE 100FT lightweight Expandable Garden Hose, 10 Function Spray Gun with 3/4″ Solid Brass Fittings, 2-Way Pocket Flexible Splitter, 3 Times Expanding Water Pipe No-Kink Flexible Water Hose
Delivered in a small box. Everything inside a neat tidy bag. Seems to be of reasonable fabric weave instead of the ribbon type we have had before that perished instantly for no real reason. Time will tell if this will go the same way or last longer. 2 way splitter an absolute bonus. 10 function spray gun doesn’t feel like cheap plastic and has a thumb lever instead of a trigger. First impressions- very pleased and would highly recommend this product.

Very pleased with this hose. Like the two nozzles. Covers my garden back and front, easy to use. For last bit of watering I turn the tap off and can still water about 4 big pots near back door to use all the water in hose. Easy to store in bag provided.

I bought this to wash vehicles at the front of the house when the garden tap, at the back, is the nearest water source. I like the fact that the hose shrinks down well despite appearing to be as rigid on the outside as a normal hose. It also has a very solid, metallic spray head; there’s been no hint of any leaking from it yet. I wasn’t sure I’d like the little handle on the head to turn the water on or off, rather than a trigger type control, but, if anything, I now prefer it and find it less of a strain on my hand when used continually for several minutes. All-in-all, I think this hose represents good value for money because, although more expensive than the cheaper flexible hoses, it feels really well made

I am using this on an allotment, it is much easier than a conventional hose, the spray head is good. My only issue is with a leak from the spray attachment, for which we used the enclosed PTF tape. However the washer has already split.
I am pleased with this hose, it works well and there are many additional items such as PTF tape and spare washer, so a good buy.
