Doesn’t take up a lot of room and is as accurate as I need – very good
It weighs to 0.1g so great for making pizza dough and bread dough. Great range and they are not expensive. Best set of scales I have used. It does the job more than adequately
These scales work well and give readings to .1 accuracy which is convenient for my uses. The surface of it is easy to wipe clean and the tilted display makes viewing the numbers easy even when a bowl is sat on the scales.
The only negative I have come across is that when I try to photograph the display the numbers often don’t display properly on my phone unless held quite close or at a specific angle. I haven’t removed a star from the rating as this isn’t a reflection of the scales themselves, they display perfectly well.
Overall decent scales for a decent price.

I liked these scales and bought them to replace one that had finally stopped working. At first I thought they weren’t working well then re-read instructions and realised that the rubber plug they were referring to was the four plugs around the scale platform, once I had removed these the scales worked perfectly.
I am happy to say these are the best kitchen weighing scales we’ve had.
As our Young Daughter is type 1 diabetic and as she requires to weigh all her food for carbs, well, these serve just that purpose perfectly.
They are accurate and just fit one of our dinner plates on nicely. Which is something we’ve always struggled with.
These can tell us different measurements and everything.

Good looking scales with an easy to read LED display, and a stainless steel round weighing platform which is easy to keep clean. These scales measure in both imperial and metric weights and also liquids in ml and fluid ounces. It has a small footprint, but is great that you can measure ingredients into one bowl or container using the tare function which allows you to start measuring again from scratch with each new ingredient added. It comes complete with batteries. Great little scales and definitely accurate for the home kitchen.
As someone who’s taking their diet seriously in order to improve themselves in the gym, this is a must have. The surface area of the scale is large enough for most uses. If there is a problem, you can easily put a plate on top of it. They have a range of units of measurements and when compared to another scale, the accuracy matches up.

Ordered these digital scales to replace my old analogue scales and have to say I wish I had done it sooner. They do everything you need from them with no complaints. They are accurate and slimline whilst being easy to use.

These scales are fairly nice, although they don’t have a particularly premium look or feel. However, considering the price point, it’s unrealistic to expect them to. I needed to replace my old non-digital scales, and these have served me well so far. The display is clear and easy to read, and in terms of accuracy, they seem to be on par with my analogue scales. It would have been nice if they came with their own container for weighing, but at this price point, that’s not a major issue. After all, anything can be used and it’s simple to tare. Overall, these scales are a decent option for food weighing at an affordable price, and I’m satisfied with my purchase.
Works really well and the led display is easy to read. On off button works well and can easily change between all the different units. Nice and easy to weigh things for cooking.
These food scales are very good quality and very easy to use, once you get used to the buttons. Easy to clean and easy to read with quite a large display. Its the first scale I’ve ever seen that you can measure liquids too. Comes with full instructions which are easy to follow. It’s very compact making it easy to store away. Highly recommend these scales. Priced at 15.99 they are value for money too.
This weighing scale is very easy to use and is just the right size for my worktop.
It seems to be well made and sturdy with a stainless steel weighing platform while the rest of the parts is made out of plastic which seems durable.
It’s very responsive with a large bright clear digital display for easy read. The tare function has the ability to zero the weight of your container, which is great.
Overall, a very useful gadget to have in my kitchen. The current price is 16.99 which is reasonable for this type of product.
Great set of kitchen scales, easy to wipe clean and use. very easy to read the numbers as well and works for larger bowls as well as smaller one’s the measuring is VERY accurate and way better than my old scales so really happy with ese.
Works well and the buttons are easy to press and it seems to be accurate but I don’t have any weights or anything to check the accuracy. It looks and feels nice too. It uses 3aaa batteries which are easy to replace but AAA’s are a little annoying compared to something like a lithium ion battery but it’s good enough.
I like this food scale for kitchen . I used it for making cake . I measured all of ingredients over this scale . It tells accurate measurements . I like it because it is easy to clean after using flour etc . This only thing is that it does not have its own basket for adding things . I did set it to zero after adding pane on it . And then weigh the products . I am happy that batteries are included in the pack . This is a little bit expensive. I like it .

The display is easy to read and works well as far as i can see when compared to my analogue scales they seem the same. So accuracy wise these seem to be good.
I do wish it came with it’s own container to put things into for weighing bur again at this price point you can’t expect much. Anything can be used in any case and it’s east to tare.

These are nice compact scales. They have a digital display and a stainless steel top plate.
You can weigh in oz, lb, kg, fl oz and ml. Weighs up to 5kg
There is a tare function which is handy for adding ingredients to the bowl.
The accuracy is reasonable you might only get a half a gram difference when you test the same item repeatedly. That’s really not a problem with everyday cooking.
Reasonably priced at 16.99.
Summary
Polished and completely flat weighing plate is perfect for larger items as there is no rim to skew the measurement.
Set up
Insert the batteries and switch the unit on via the right hand button (which is also the tare button to zero the weight of any container). The left hand button changes the weighing unit of measure.
One thing I noted was the scale initially didn’t seem to turn off using the on/off button. However, pressing for approx. 3 seconds did turn it off.
Value for money
A good replacement for my old scale that keeps running down the batteries while not in use. At 17, I think this item is very good value.

Digital, quite precise with single sensor. There is a very little error in measuring which doesn’t even matter when preparing food.Very useful gadget in the kitchen.
I never heard about a scale which makes difference between milk and water, so I found it really interesting and smart.
Everything works properly, has a nice design, it’s lightweight and easy to clean. Easy to use and doesn’t take much space. Also easy and safe to carry wherever you need it as it is sturdy enough.
It came with the batteries needed. The scale also has 4 rubber feet that makes it to stay ferm on the worktop. Everything is just as described.
Good value for money.
Although after more usage I’ve found it works pretty well and consistently does hit the measurements it should.
16.99 is a competitive enough price point for the accuracy you get here as I assume this is more for use as a gauge in a home kitchen where accuracy isn’t really needed to the smallest amount.
The materials feels good enough for the top plate. The plastics however are balancing on that line between cheap and reasonable. It’s reasonable feeling and quality, but it doesn’t give a great quality feeling if that makes sense. It’s polished and looks nice but just not weighty enough on the bottom.
The plastic feels too light as the bottom feels hollow and not ‘sturdy’. But it’s sturdy when on a surface but I wouldn’t be heavy handed with this JOYHILL scale.
The buttons are tactile and clicky. Very simple to use and understand how to use. Not sure on the durability of these from heavy use though. Although given that the bottom feels pretty hollow, if anything was to happen and it’s past any return period. You might be able to correct the issues unless it’s the button mechanism that’s gone.
The presentation of it overall is nice though. Has a fairly class look to it. The box is a bit… too much. It’s basically a cartoon chef and there’s lots of blue and yellow. This obviously doesn’t mean anything and at least it’s not in just a plain cardboard box and if it was on the shelf would stand out. So I guess that’s what they were going for here.
Overall, not a bad product so far. We’ll see how it lasts over a good few months.
This is a portable food scale which incorporates a large LED display, it is manufactured largely of premium plastic, but also has a stainless steel weighing platform making it both sturdy, durable and scratch proof.
The product arrives in a nicely branded box which is also suitable for gifting, it contains the food scale along with it’s instruction booklet, the food scale requires 3 x AAA batteries to operate which are also included.
The front of the device contains buttons to switch on, or select the measuring unit, along with a tare function, there are five selectable units of measurement available OZ/G/LB and ML/FLOZ with a maximum weight measurement of 5KG.
The included tare function deducts the weight of the plate or container, thus allowing you to get the net weight of the contained food and liquid easily.
Measurement appeared to be clear and precise, i also liked the anaesthetically pleasing look of this unit, it looks great and functions well, maybe even gaining a place on our worktop.

This is a nice set of scales.
Something that surprised me about these, is just how good they look, by which I mean they look to me like they should cost more than they do. Also, the “Bed” of the scales is very nicely finished with what I think is a “Slight brushed” chrome finish. The body of the scales is a “Gloss black plastic”, which looks good, but also has the advantage of keeping these scales lightweight. The screen works well, and is clear to read, everything comes up bright and well.
Something I think work well, are the rubber feet on the bottom, they hold these scales nicely in place when I use them.
Overall, I think these are good looking, reasonably accurate, good kitchen scales.
