Just received these yesterday so only initial feeling but they do make the forearms burn a little even after just a few minutes each day so I can the why it’s a progressive pair and certainly feel a little ‘ pumped ‘ after just starting.

What I like about the product is, I sincerely seen effectiveness and efficiency when it’s used, you could adjust the unit of mass, whatever is desirable to fulfil, inevitably I would earnestly give it 10/10.

My son is using these to strengthen his hands and it’s great you can change the tightness so you can start easier and work your way up to the tightes

Only down sides are one feels harder than the other although both on max setting. Also hard to get them to be the same strength as it’s a twist with no identifying markers.
