Met expectations
Decent product for the .I’m doing physio following spine surgery and am at the stage where the therapist recommended weights.

Weights are exactly what they say. Maybe the diameter of the grip is a little big hence four instead of five stars
These are well designed and feel pretty comfortable when you exercise with them

Decent weights grips I’d say we’re on the big side however I do have small / medium hands
Came very well packaged. The weights inside are of excellent quality, rock solid with a firm textured neoprene coating. Haxagonal design so they stay put & don’t roll around the floor. Grip is comfortable – note it’s a wider grip than what I’ve seen previously but this doesn’t detract from the comfort of use.
I wanted something that just slightly increased the pressure without thinking that I was doing a workout at the gym. Now 74 the physio just wanted to strengthen the muscles in my arms, shoulders and neck. These just fitted the bill.
I ordered these weights yesterday, it was delivered today and I don’t have Prime! Amazing! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you!

The dumbbells arrived the day after ordering which was impressive as I don’t have Prime. I ordered two sets and I am very pleased with them. They are comfortable to hold and don’t roll around on the floor. I would order again from KG Physio when I need the next set up.
Neoprene covered so great grip but the bar is quite chunky so grip isn’t as good as it could be.
I needed some weights as part of my recovery after a shoulder operation. These weights are far safer and all round better than swinging round packets of milk to achieve the exercises I required. I am progressing, slowly, but that is down to me and my age, but they are a vital part of my progress plan.
