Pole was a bit long had to cut the end. Apart from that OK.
Ordered the parasol which arrived in good time, it is very good for the price, but when I put it up with the table and four chairs it was a little tall, all I needed to so was chop a bit off the bottom and then all was good.
Arrived earlier than anticipate. Had one of these before and know they are value for money
Please put away in winter for longevity
Have an empty cable drum , made an excellent outside coffee table ,& chopped the parasol down to required height with out affecting the studiness

Unfortunately when the umbrella arrived the delivery people had left it on my step in the pouring rain and the pole was broken . However, I contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful and replaced the pole within 3 days. …… Brilliant service..Thanks very much
I have had this brolly since may 20 .and never took it down all through last winter until today after storm arwen and can honestly say there is not one stitch loose or rip.have waterproofed it once .well worth the money and honestly can reccomend
Nicely priced, which is why I bought it. Parasol cover is slightly smaller than I would like but is effective. Not sure on the type of wood it is. But it’s light and reasonably sturdy.
Expected it to be 2.4m diameter as stated but apparently the diameter of parasols is not across the centre when open as I though, but the length of a strut doubled. Well who knew! This one is only 2.15m across so not big enough for the table.
I like the look of this parasol and it’s fairly easy to use, needs a bit of muscle to get the parasol to full open and pegged up. However having stored it in the shed for winter the pole has warped and is now slightly bent.
We were very happy with this until after a couple of months it snapped in two on a windy day and we are now unable to use it – also unable to contact seller as number goes to another company so could not get replacement or be able to put together with bracket – bit disappointing
Excellent value for money. Looks lovely on my
patio. Little disappointed when opening the packaging as the wool was split on the stand (where the holes have been drilled to place the wood to hold parasol up). However it’s not noticeable but could affect the strength of the stand.
The only fault for me is pin to hold parasol up easy to use but as a shorter person I need to take the parosol out for the base to put up and take dow
Fine for the money. I read previous reviews and yes I agree the fabric isn’t particularly thick but it does the job.
Only observation would be that the pole seems extremely long which make it very high above the table. I’m sure this could be altered quite easily though.
Good value you get what you pay for. The pole that goes into the ground is cracked but varnished over so should be ok it is also very thick and am finding it difficult to get a stand to put it in. However have contacted the company and am waiting for a reply after 3 days. Luckily it does fit into and old wrought iron table. So not worried if I hear from them or not.
This is a really nice product. It does not come with it’s own base, so you will need to purchase one separately, personally I would recommend a base of no less than 20kg in weight. the parasol itself is very nice, although the picture is a little misleading in terms of the colour. The material on the one I received would be better described as black rather than the green I was expecting. This is no bad thing, it just wasn’t what I thought it would be. Functionally speaking it is a very easy product to piece together and use. The only real downside with this parasol is that it is very limited in terms of height adjustments, having only two settings, and the upright positioning is fixed, there is no possibility of angling the parasol in any way.
These are good quality for the the price you are paying – the only real difference between these and significantly more expensive ones is that they are a little ‘rough’ – i.e. the fittings are sometimes slightly wobbly and slightly roughly cut. This is not an issue unless you are expecting a premium product. I had an issue with one of the poles cracking and it was replaced quickly and effortlessly – seemed to be a one off. Overall very pleased with what I got.
The size is good,two people can sit under it and it even has a string to raise the canopy so you can insert the securing pin.The post is quite thick, 35mm, which is good as it fitted more snugly into the base I already had.The lower post screws into the top section instead of a push in fit with a retractable button.The threads could be better as it’s a bit rough to screw together. My only other slight reservation is the material is not as thick as the previous parasol I had.In that regard it’s too early to assess how well it will stand up to windy weather etc. However,quite pleased with it and quite good value.
The pole is thicker and heaver that I expected which is great – it is actually very sturdy, more so than the far more expensive parasol that I bought last year (which had a bad accident on a windy day – doh!).
I prefer the manual pin arrangement to the wind up mechanism as it seems more solid and you get a choice of how taut to have the parasol.
Before purchasing I noticed another review mentioned that the material was very thin, which gave me pause for thought before ordering, but there is not a problem with mine.
Very pleased and would definitely recommend.
