Same performance as the original when it was new.
Original has lasted years so these represent good value.
Quality is just as good as the original from years ago, so top marks to Karcher for not cheapening the build quality of the product over time.
I would prefer it if we could open these to replace the battery but thankful the replacement price is semi-reasonable.
I used this to replace the three year old battery on a vac we use after showering every day. It lasts almost a third longer than the three year old one which shows how good the original held up after being recharged over 500 times (every 2 days).
My only grumble is that we have two of these window vacs for showers, and the both had a 2100mAh battery from new and this one is 5% less at 2000mAh. Normally you would expect a three year newer one to be the same or greater capacity not slightly less.
Saved us buying a brand new Karcher as ours takes a replacement battery which other models don’t. Its the second Karcher we have bought and it would seem the battery life lasts between 18 months and 2 years so its definitely worth buying a model with battery replacement. We only use it for the shower too.
For instance you have hoovered 3/4 of the house and the battery runs out, happens to me ALL the time.
I have cameras, video cams, security cameras, doorbells etc etc that all use batteries so to ME it seems sensible to have at least ONE spare battery and keep it charged, even more important if that battery takes a long time to charge !
So I actually have TWO spare batteries for my Karcher, because I know at some point I will run out of power at a vital moment, one spare is fully charged and I keep the other 3/4 charged (as it is the ideal charge point to keep the battery life at maximum) so when eventually a battery fails completely (they DO last a long time and can be charged thousands of times) I have that 3rd one to fall back on !
Price wise too, they are good, they don’t cost a fortune but I ALWAYS advise people to buy the original manufacturers battery that are designed with safety features and are FIT for the job, something in my experience, 3rd party manufactured batteries don’t have, they are made to the cheapest price as possible… I myself have had a 3rd party battery explode on me, fortunately I was about 6 feet away and at that point I decided NEVER again will I buy 3rd party to save a few pounds !

Purchased these batteries after my marcher failed after very little use.. Karcher do not offer a service for repair they just want you to buy another unit.. took it to a local repair man he did in 10 mins courtesy of WD40.so now I have 4 batteries
I had to take a photo of the product code and send it to see if the Waranty was in date The response was unbelievable It was manufactured in 2016 the purchase was 2017 but the manufacture date put it outside the warranty. Surely it was the date of purchase not when it was made…. just got fed up with the squirming and wriggling Thank god my jet wash is Bosch
I had broke my Vax window cleaner battery, so found this on Amazon with next day delivery so i ordered it. came in great secure packaging. once unboxed i plugged it into my window vac and charged it. battery works well and lasts for about the stated run time 35mins. Perfect replacement.
