Bought to help control cold sores (works a treat). Normally get these from H&B but only worthwhile if they have their penny sale on which I haven’t seen for a while so this was a great but for the volume and will last a while 🙂

In process ordering 3rd bottle been using since April 2021 read few reviews about other brands that have some nasties added
selling point was 240 tabs previously been purchasing different brand with 180 tabs

Ive suffered from cold sores since I was 7 and I’m 23 now and this has been the only product that has saved me. I suffer from clusters of them and there was a point in my life where I would worry about getting a cold sore and then wake up with one the next day. I used to get them every single week and not just one little one on my lip, I’m talking clusters of them and my mouth blows up twice in size. I’ve used doctor prescribed medication, Zovirax, cold sore patches, even the more painful remedy’s like putting acetone or even attempting to slice it off and dry it up. THIS product has genuinely saved me. If I’m unlucky enough to get one now, I take 1-3 pills and it clears up fully within a few days. If I’m at the tingling stage, I take 1 pill and the cold sore doesn’t appear. I honestly cannot recommend Lysine tablets enough and for anyone feeling like they are at their wits end with their cold sores, please give this a try. I promise you won’t regret it.

I started taking these to prevent cold sores -started in December and only had one since
People complain they are too big but I have no issue taking them at all

Dislike -I was short changed in the bottle -there weren’t 240 in there !

Taken daily, these tablets can help minimise the risk of cold sores. You might still feel a tingle but they don’t get as bad as they normally do, disappear quicker or don’t appear at all. Definitely reduces the risk for both my son and myself.

I have been using Llysine to prevent coldsore outbreaks for a few months and it seems to help. I have one a day and then between 3 and 4 a day if I feel a outbreak about to come on and it seems to stop it in its tracks. I have been using Nature’s aid 1000mg till now (The yellow tablet on the right) . Both are larger than a average pill but once you are used to it its no different from swallowing any food. I think this Nutravita1100mg (white tablet) feels even easier to swallow even tho it is a tiny bit larger, but it is curved better so goes down easier!
I Like the super large bottle so only have to purchase 2 or 3 times a year.

I use L-lysine to prevent the breakout of coldsores – must be working, as I don’t get coldsores!
These pills appear to be on the large size but they’re easily swallowed
I will be ordering more of the same later, thank you

I have decided to take this supplement for my knee joints and also lipossomal glutathione to try and improve and reduce the crackling sound it has been a week and I noticed it feels better , stress and free radicals don’t help our health the times we are living .
I have been taking vitamin D3 from this brand for a year and recommend the product .

Always easy dealing with this company, my whole vitamin regime is growing ever increasingly NUTRAVITA. Products are well packaged, well labeled and information clear.
I’ve not had L-lysine before but had read about the benefits so have given these a try. I’m taking 1 a day and my teen son is taking half a day hoping for an improvement in his acne and skin. The tablets themselves are rather large but no problem for me. And the price I’d paid was great.
I fully recommend the NUTRAVITA range of which I also use their multivitamins, zma and omega3

The six white pieces are the tablet chopped up as its too big to swallow whole, the small 1 on the side is my vitamin D so you can see the difference not sure if its working yet but sometimes I crush the tablet and put it in my porridge
