Look superb! Grind very well too and don’t get clogged up easily like others can. You can adjust the coarseness simply. I wish the bottom caps would come off more easily, perhaps with a little tab. I tend to put them back on to stop salt/pepper going on countertop
They are very lightweight and easy to refill. The best part is there is no leakage of contents onto the shelf because of the cap on the bottom worth paying that little bit extra to have a clean shelf.
The size is perfect, very good grinder mechanism, and the covers on the bottom of each mill are extremely useful. Only thing I’m not so keen on is the colour – would have preferred a bright red rather than maroon. Otherwise,

I absolutely love their styles, it looks attractive on my kitchen. I got so many compliment about their quality and styles from my friends. Work perfectly, really like that they have lids, my countertop is clean!
These arrived very well presented.. both wrapped individually and beautifully with fancy design tissue paper. The mechanism for changing the coarseness is easy… It’s exactly as the video… But as you can see.., mine came with the name’s topsy turvy and one upside down.
1st photo: white one is the correct one….with cap at the bottom…. for the black to have the name the correct way,it has to be upside down with cap at the top.
2nd photo: Is the reverse of the 1st photo…. the black is upside down but name correct way and cap at the top instead of bottom….. the white is upside down with cap at the top but print upside down
But to be honest, i think they actually look better with their names at opposite ends to each other, i think it gives them a touch more class…. Unfortunately for me in order to get this effect, i have to have the black upside down but that’s not really an issue. Perhaps i might have a quiet word with Lars Nysom . I’ve knocked a * off due to the black being printed the wrong way up
I didn’t want big salt and pepper mills, but was worried these might be too small – they do actually seem to hold a good amount for one person or a couple. I would size up if you have a busy household.
They are nice, lovely colour. I did return them as they were too small for what I wanted them for but they are nice as a set to have on the table
I love the simple packaging, I love the ergonomics and I just love the attention to detail that has been designed into these minimalist salt and pepper grinders. I am proud to display these on my table. I may even buy more as presents…but only for extra special people in my life!
I use mine for different types of salt, pepper and a variety of spice blends and they perform perfectly no matter the content. The longevity of the grinding wheels is the only open question, but my experience so far makes me hopeful.
As promised, I am writing an up to date review because my first order arrived broken.
The delivery was once again speedy. The product is well wrapped and protected in non plastic recyclable packaging. I chose black colour this time, and once again was taken with the size and weight of the mills, they are ergonomic, not too heavy. Easy to fill, just pull the top off, full with salt, pepper or whatever else you wish to grind. At the bottom you can alter the grind course to fine. The bottom cap is very easy to remove by holding in your palm and a twist.
I’d recommend these as stylish and robust mills that look to be decent quality and last a long time. I opted for these over less expensive ones due to good reviews and the simple yet beautiful look.
I bought the small version as I’m a small household and lack storage so small is ideal, but if you use a lot of salt and pepper I suggest buying the larger size to save constant refilling if you have space to store.

The items were well packaged and they looked really well made. Loved the weight and the look and feel.
I decided to try to undo both items before filling, as had read reviews saying the end caps are hard to remove.
The tops to fill the mills came off easily. The bottom caps were easy to remove also.
However, one of my mills were defective as the ceramic grinder and screw was not attached to the mill and these fell out upon opening the end cap. I tried to attach to the central pole and spring and do it up but it’s impossible to do (at least for me, and I tried for a while before giving up).
Sending back for refund. I might buy another as I really like the set, just disappointed at mine being defective. Will upgrade my review if I purchase another and they are intact and I’m able to use them.
