I ordered these for during the hot weather fir my twin grandsons as I had been using 2.5.
They are lovely quality. Nice soft material and also love the fact that you can shorten them if need be with Velcro tabs if need be.
Very cleverly designed for a 2 year old who is starting to learn to unzip herself out but this is testing her. Lovely cool and breathable for this hot weather. Would recommend
These are really good for the weather we are currently having. At first I thought it would be huge on her but it has little Velcro tabs to make it shorter so it doesn’t get stuck underneath her during the nigh
Most sleeping bags aren’t long enough for my baby, he must be on the taller side. This is exactly what I was looking for. You can actually make it shorter. They are thin but perfect for summer.
my almost 2 year old forever kicks his blankets off so we have always had to use these sleep suits, going in to the summer and my little one growing we needed something bigger and light weight. They arrived today and are such a lovely size (18-36) and lovely and light weight but enough to keep him warm.
I am Very Happy with this sleepy bag , its perfect for this kind weather . Its not that Hot . So its really God for my son , because he has atopic eczema . And you can set the length for your child on the back .
This is a great value pack of two light weight sleeping bags. T-shirt type material which is soft and nice designs. The zips are fiddly though, I get why they’ve designed it for the zip to end up at the bottom rather than under the chin but it does mean you need a definite ‘knack’ when putting a fidgety toddler to bed especially as my son is very ticklish in that area. Irregardless, I like them and would recommend them!
Was a bit put off by the price but they’re well worth it! Perfect summer weight and love them mostly for the zip being central and does up from top to bottom like a coat zip so during sleep time the zip is at baby’s feet
Also got “baby friendly” Velcro so you can tuck up extra length!
Love these sleep sacks and especially that we can use for a long time since the sizing can be changed with velcro bottom and buttons on sleeve holes. Great sturdy zips that can go both up and down so very easy for night changes and keeps zip out of baby’s face. Greta product.
Product was exactly what we needed for warm summer nights. Reasonable value for money compared to other brands out there. The zips are a bit fiddly, starting up by the neck when the baby just wants to go to sleep and roll over!
Don’t like that u have to fiddle around with the zip under the chin and zips like a coat would . Be better on the side. And the Velcro things to make it smaller are annoying as the stick to everything .
However all in all good product for the price . Would purchase again . They have gone round the wash and dryer a few times now and lasted fine
Great value for money. Only down side is the Velcro doesn’t keep them short but they have poppers under the armpits so don’t ride up over toddlers head when needing the smaller fittings.
These are good sleeping bags, light and the little one sleeps well in them. The only issue I have is with the zip. On other sleeping bags I have the zip starts at the bottom of the unzipped track, so when I put the sleepy baby in, I just need to draw the zip upwards and done. On these, the zip start on the top of the track, so I need to fish in the semi-darkness for the other side, thread it on the track and then zip downwards. Often this has proven too stimulating for the little one and she took longer to settle afterwards. So it’s just a little annoying more than anything.
I bought these for when Granddaughter stays. They are absolutely fine but I’ve only given it 4 stars as I didn’t like the Velcro patches. (Used to change from a long to a short bag). They stuck to everything in the wash so you had to be careful what you washed them with. They did the job but I wouldn’t buy them again.
A good thin sleeping bag, 0.5 tog is essentially 2 layers of jersey type material. bag works well in the summer but would not recommend for rooms any lower than 19c (ish)
Bag folds over and secures with a Velcro type material to make it shorter for younger kids, if you don’t fold the bag this velcro can stick, damage or catch on the bottom sheet. i ended up cutting it off.
Would buy again, has been repeatedly abused, washed incorrectly and dried in a very hot dryer and shows no signs of damage.
I love the double zip function so baby can’t escape the bag. The bags have lots of room in them which can be adjusted by folding the bottom up and joining up the velcro patches meaning they can be used for longer. Jist temember to turn inside out to wash other wise the velcro attaches and pulls your clothes.
My baby really felt confortable in these bags! She slept better the night she was wearing one of them! They are lightweight kind of like a T-shirt. I decided to buy them as she keeps kicking her blankets off her and hasn’t been sleeping right because of that…. the only downfall is that I don’t know if they will fit her into her 12 months, she’s 5 months and though the bag is long it kind of fits her perfectly now.
Really nice bag, baby loves hers. Soft cotton washes well and keeps shape. The only criticism is that now she is taller it does not need to be folded back. This means the velcro sticks to her fluffy sheet and her fleece blanket. I have had to remove the velcro because the bag twisted around her, she is a very active sleeper and was frightened when she couldn’t move. It is fine when the sheet is smooth cotton but the fleece is her cuddle blanket.
I bought these because now my son is 3 months old he is starting to wriggle at night and has started to pull his blanket out from under the mattress and over his face.
I absolutely love the baby sleeping bag as it gives me piece of mind. Not only that but my son hates being swaddled but he loves the sleeping bag as he feels he can still move his arms and legs through the night.
These are perfect if your between seasons as they are 0.5 so all you need to do is add or remove clothing under this in order to keep baby comfortable in the temp of the room. We also have a 2.5 tog as well for those extra cold nights. We haven’t bothered to get any more togs inbetween as there is no need, its just as easy to put a vest on under a sleep suit than it is to store another sleeping bag.
I needed a couple or 0.5 tog sleeping bags for our baby and these sleepsuits were good for the price. I like the fact they will last a while with the extra length, but I do find the zips are not very good quality and can often be fiddly to do up – not ideal when trying to dress a crying baby – but other than that I can’t think of anything wrong with them.
Pros: I received this item to review and was dubious that two sleeping bags at this price could be good quality but I was really pleasantly surprised.
They arrived in a nice cardboard package so easy to wrap if bought for a gift and bonus points for lack of plastic.
The design patterns are both really cute and not gendered which is nice.
I like the adjustable length and the micro Velcro used doesn’t stick to other fabrics in the wash unlike usual Velcro.
The cotton and zip feel like good quality and overall I’d say these are excellent value especially as they’re a twin pack and will last a large range of sizes.
Cons: very few! The Velcro tabs are a little sharp round the plastic edges but as long as you oppose them carefully to make sure they’re straight I can’t see it being an issue.
They feel slightly heavier than other 0.5 togs, more like 1 tog to me but still nice and light for warmer weather or daytime naps.
Great value! 2 baby sleeping bags for the price you can pay for just 1! The material is soft and thin so perfect for summer nights for the baby. I’m no expert with tog ratings but these feel more like my baby’s 1.0 tog sleeping bags than 0.5. Either way they’re not thick with padding and are definitely suitable for baby sleeping in warmer conditions. The designs on the sleeping bags are lovely. Even nicer than they look in the picture. The double zip is very handy, as are the poppers under the arms so the arm hole size can be adjusted depending on size of baby. My baby is just over 6 months and the whole sleeping bag fits nicely. I do the poppers up for him so the sleeves aren’t too big. I’d recommend this product.
I agree with other reviews, i think those sleeping bags are a little heavier than 0.5 tog but definitely less than 1.0tog. They have poppers under the arms and you can adjust the size at the bottom. The zipper is protected at the top. Overall, it has all the features that its big brand competitors has. Is the quality comparable? Well, the zipper might not be as good as the ones from other brands (certainly not bad!!) and the material is nice and soft. Overall, I recommend the purchase of this as you get two for the price that other brands charge for one!!
The material is good quality and breathable on my babies skin. The zip is of a poor quality which is the only down side it just jams as it is cheap ended up having to use pliers to undo the zip whilst my baby was still in the sleeping bag trapped! The designs are appealing and overall does the job perfectly allowing your baby to sleep safely in the cot.
These are great value for money, especially when you consider the cost of the branded babygro version. These are perfect for spring and autumn. The game changer for me is that my daughter cannot kick this off like a blanket. If buying sleep-sacks its important to know the temperature of the room, and dress baby accordingly. You can get the guides for what to dress them in for the different togs, and different seasons, online. The babygro version is available under Google images. Be sure to follow that because, as I said above, these cant be kicked off. Which will be an issue if baby is over dressed. I’ve used sleeping bags with all 3 of mine, and I love them.
I used to use sleeping bags for my eldest, who is 4 in July when she was younger and I have been using them for my almost 1 year old since she’s been in her cot.
Sleeping bags are a must for the youngest and it’s now starting to get warmer so I needed something of a lower TOG than her winter ones.
Sleeping bags can be expensive so when I saw these 2 for 15.99 I was intrigued. I then saw that they were adjustable for up to 36 months from infant size and was sold on them.
Once they arrived and I took one out of the box I examined it carefully to ensure there was nothing which could hurt my daughter such as loose stitching she could put her fingers into or any defects. I’m happy to say there was nothing of concern. The bags do seem very big at first but they are adjustable in that the bottom folds over towards the rear and fixes in place with Velcro.
Both my girls are petite but I’ve included pictures of them in the sleeping bags for size reference. My almost 4 year old Monkey fits in with her feet at the bottom so 36 months for an average size child is about right.
A nice touch with these sleeping bags is that they have 2 zips so you can unzip the top to take them out or unzip the bottom to just change them. The bottom zip stops short of the fold over part too so there are no issues getting to this when they are being used at the smaller size.
Brilliant sleeping bags with plenty of growing room.
