These swaddles changed my life. My now, 8 week old slept for 2-3 hours and with these sleeps 4-6! My only regret is not buying them sooner. Discovered at 6 weeks! Wish I had used them from the start!
My son loves these , he sleeps more through the night , colour doesn’t wash out , love the patterns on them , definitely value for money and will be buying more , my son doesn’t sleep without them on , they are amazing .
I have used these on my newborn and they have been amazing. They are easy to use, soft material and work well at keeping her swaddled.
It is nice to be able to adjust the tightness with the velcro and means they will also be used for a long period as she grows.
They wash well and are good quality – highly recommended.
Purchased these in desperation during a period of sleep regression with our newborn who could Hulk himself out of even the tightest of burrito blanket swaddles! They are fantastic. Takes a bit of practice to get the placement just right but they settled our baby and we actually slept!
Having tried various sleep options and swaddles, my newborn didn’t seem to get on with any until using these! They are so easy to use and so snug, he has had amazing nights sleep after using these!
My 6 week old was having trouble sleeping and was constantly waking himself up but since I’ve been using these he’s been sleeping great. Falls straight to sleep and even seems to calm him down and will now sleep for about 5 hours at a time.
All good, maybe better breathability, as our baby seems to get bit sweaty at occasions, may be related to higher synthetic content, maybe bit more cotton in fabric composition will help, who knows?
This is a gift for a pregnant daughter so not been used yet. They do feel incredibly soft and therefore comfortable. I’m putting them in a hamper with other bits I hope she’ll find useful.
My husband and I love these. We are absolutely rubbish at swaddling with a muslin/blanket. Lightweight material & soft. Our now 12 week old son sleeps a solid 8 hours in these. Really does work! We wake up to a very happy baby boy. The only time we’ve not used these is when our bedroom has been more than 25 degrees despite these being a 0.5 tog, our baby woke up in the morning a bit clammy and was only in a nappy and thin vest. Other than that, we love these, very easy to use and our baby sleeps safe & snug for a good stint of sleep. Highly recommend!
As a days old newborn – my little boy didn’t like these. But tried again a few weeks later and this was a miracle. Helped his sleep much better/longer. Swaddling has some bad media but in my opinion it’s all nonsense. Swaddling is as old as time and as long as your baby is young and can’t roll then it’s safe. Quality is decent and they are easy to use.
I bought these for my daughter, who is expecting her first child in August. Saw the reviews and decided to buy. Look lovely and nice pattern, not used yet so can’t comment any further at this time
First time I used these my newborn cried so I assumed he didn’t like them. When I tried again a couple of weeks later because he was refusing to stay asleep for longer than 10mins he slept for 4 hrs straight! He absolutely loves them and won’t go to sleep without one. Looking to get the 3-6 month ones now because they have been a lifesave
It’s a bit too big for new born. My little one is 3.5kg. This swaddle seems a bit too big on him but it incredibly put him to sleep very well.
I would recommend for smaller/younger babies, but do not expect this to last till full 3 months unless you have a really good sleeper (and not a fighter like ours!)
But our little guy is, at 6 weeks old, only 7.2lbs / 3.25 KG, and 0.5 metres tall, and these are still too big for him.
I put him into the swaddle when I am with him, and it does its job, but it does have to be supervised, as it tends to slip up to his face and that’s obviously not great.
Will update the review once he grows a bit further into it, but as it stands, good quality, just not suited for very small babies.
After a couple weeks old we found we had to swaddle due to the startle reflex disturbing sleep. We tried using a Muslin or blanket as recommended but our baby was far too strong and got out of it so easily that it was pointless. I then used these as recommended by a friend and found them to be brilliant. Strong enough to keep my babies arms down but stretchy so not a worry of being too tight. We layered cellular blankets on top appropriate to the room temperature, ensuring they were positioned below our baby’s shoulders. They are also not tight near the hips which is important for hip dysplasia risk. Only problem is that they only go up to 14lb. Our baby was quite small so lasted until about 10 weeks old but we’ve now had to move on to grobag snuggles so we can transition from swaddling to sleeping bags. I don’t find the grobag snuggle as good as these as babies can still freely move arms within those sleeping bags but that isn’t as problematic with an older baby. Overall I would definitely recommend having a pack of these to help get you and your baby through the first few weeks of sleeping
