his turtle doesn’t live in the new york sewer system, or eat pizza.
however,
this is a great toy to get your youngsters moving and interacting. aimed primarily at 6-9 months.
it has a button when pressed that plays music and makes the turtle move. trying to encourage crawling. it comes with a telephone, numeric pad and hand drum.
it is brightly coloured, giving it the presence to try and hold the concentration, and interaction with it.
its made from durable what i can only class to similar items as ABS. it takes three AA batteries (not included), and lacks the chargeable LiOn battery that seems to be found in just about everything else. it is smooth to touch with no sharp edges or burrs.
at 20.39 (atow), i feel that it is also fairly priced.
This toy come in a box which makes it great for gifting. The cute ,adorable turtle design is lovely. I love that it has 2 volume levels. It is has bright, vibrant colours and big buttons. This toy has so many uses for the price. I would say great value for money.
This is a lovely turtle toy to keep little ones entertained, espeically for sitting and crawling. My baby loves it when the little turtle giggles before crawling along the floor. There are several buttons you can press for different noises, and the drum bit in the middle. Nice fun, colourful and cute!
Highly recommend this crawling turtle, it has lots of things on it to keep the child entertained.
Lots of colours, nice big buttons, volume button (which I love, I find not alot of children’s toys can be sound adjusted) etc.
Entertaining for babies & toddlers. Makes a great gift!
This is a great site for finding gifts for my 1-year-old niece. The site is easy to use, and the toys are so adorable. This is a great site for exploring different options and finding the perfect birthday present for my niece.
This is an amazing store with high-quality products that are perfect for babies. The prices are also unbeatable, and I love that they offer a variety of products. Everything is so cute and well-made, and I love that they offer a wide range of products for different age groups and genders. This is the only store that I trust to send to my niece and nephew.
My young grandson absolutely loves this turtle as he has just learnt to crawl so can follow it as it moves along.
It has 5 colourful buttons on top along with a drum that changes colour with each tap/bash, the buttons each have different things ie: lullabies numbers, alphabet, animals, music, there is a hand phone with numbered buttons, and a few little coloured beads on it’s side.
There is a turtle shaped button which allows the turtle to walk (he has wheels ) at a nice slow pace and his head bobs up and down and looks really cute.
It requires 3 AA batteries which aren’t supplied and there is a screw plate which stops them being accessible to the child.
The box it arrives in is well illustrated and would make an ideal gift for a small child and at 24.99 at the time of writing this review we would recommend it.
Picking a baby toy that will keep their attention is always tricky. You want something bright, colourful and noisy. This cute little turtle might well fit the bill.
The turtle come packaged in an illustrated box. One thing lacking is the required AA batteries. 3 in total and with so many toys coming supplied with them it is a little disappointing. The turtle is nice and colourful with big bright buttons and features to get babies attention. The quality of the plastic is ok and should withstand the bumps and tumbles it will experience in babies hands. On the top there is a little drum and on the rear is a keypad and telephone. On the base there are some wheels which allow the turtle to motor forward. There are plenty of lights and sounds to keep baby occupied.
A nice little interactive toy that should keep babies attention. The absence of any supplied batteries is the only real negative as it isn’t mentioned in the listing or on the box that they aren’
I loveeee this turtle!! It crawls around while singing. The phone bit is great!! It’s got lots of different songs and even sone rattles on the side. Just have a look on my video for a detailed description . I highly recommend it for little babies to encourage then to crawl and start learning new things!!
This is a very cute toy for kids.Has many beautiful colors and several options to play with. There is a small phone and buttons from 1-9,there is a drum that makes different colors every time it hits. There are also 5 button:1) to learn numbers from 1-10
2) all spellings of the alphabet3) various lullabies4) animal sounds5) different music. The turtle works with 3 batteries which were not included in the package. The volume can be changed and it also makes a slow walk every time a small button is pressed, which makes the cutest babies laugh. Is a nice idea to give as a gift,I would recommend it.
That baby toy is a nice gift for the little one. He loved the sound being made by it and the animal looks it has. Strong material used. Also very nice for baby brain developme
An excellent toy for crawlers and to encourage crawling! This tortoise toy requires 3x AA batteries, not included. There is a simple switch on the top of the toy to turn it on, two volume levels, quiet and loud! There are five colourful buttons on the front of the toy which play numbers to 10,counting on each press, the alphabet, again, going through the letters with each press, a lullaby button which plays lovely lullabies, an animal sound button and finally a music button, playing fun tunes. The big button in the middle acts like a drum and makes a sound as well as lighting up with every button pressed. There is a small green button shaped like a tortoise and this makes the tortoise creep slowly across the floor. It’s the perfect pace for little babies who are starting to move a little. There is a phone handle attached to the toy by string and a keypad making the standard telephone noises. It seems to be built quite robustly and is light enough for a baby to pick up. It’s packed full of music, sounds, lullabies and lights. A really nice interactive toy which will keep a pre walker busy for hours. And priced fairly competitively also. I’d recommend this to any parent who doesn’t mind a noisy toy.
The turtle is moving and playing music and also has a phone in his back.
Perfect for little tots that learn how to crawl and walk and that start discovering the world.
The colours and sound are very nice and the whole toy is a great gift.
I like this baby product and I gladly recommend it to anyone.
I’ve purchased this for my 2 year old grandson. When I took it out of the box, my immediate thought was how well made it seemed. Made from thick plastic with lots of buttons and displaying lots of vibrant colours it’s certainly something that will catch the eye of any child. There’s a switch on top to turn it on and choose one of two volumes.
The toy takes 3 x AA batteries which aren’t included and need to be inserted on the underside. There are wheels on the bottom of the feet and if you push a button on top, the turtle will start to roll along, play a tune and flash some lights.
The phone is cute. Pick up the receiver and dial some numbers to make a call. The toy says hello and goodbye to you!
There are multiple coloured buttons on top of the turtle. Press Red to hear the different letters of the alphabet. Green to hear numbers. Yellow to hear lullabies (although I thought I heard Auld Langs Syne!) Orange to hear animal noises, and Blue for musical tunes. The big white star on the top seems to make percussion sounds like drums and tambourine.
For 25 I think it’s good value, great fun and I recommend to all.
Great toy for babies.
Lovely desing, nice colours.
Its crawling and have melodies.
Suitable for kids over 6 month old.
Very satisfied with this product.
And surely can recommend it to all.
Lovely toddler toy, the turtle moves easily on my wooden floor but is not too quick so it can be easily crawled after. The various activities have good sound and light, the drum on the top is easy to press, the phone has different sounds on the buttons. Plus animal sounds, alphabet, numbers and tunes. There is also two volume levels. The turtle requires 3 AA batteries which are not supplied, so worth adding them to the box if giving this as a present.
Lovely as a gif
It has many things to choose from to keep my little girl entertained a while, different lights, buttons and music and it has two volume levels for the sound, she has been tapping and pressing the phone numbers, great musical toy to keep toddler engaged.
This is an amazing toy. Bright and vibrant in colour. Made from good quality plastic and sturdy. No sharp bits so safe for kids. Good sized. Easy to use. Plenty of buttons for kids to play with. Lots of different sounds and music to keep kids entertained. Brilliant sets of lights. Cheap and cheerful, worth the money! Keeps the kids interested. Has an on/off switch but and volume control too. Definitely recommend.
This is a nice, sturdy toy, which has plenty going on to keep little fingers and minds occupied. it’s basically a slow-moving crawling plastic turtle, with various lights and buttons on the top, with each one emitting a different sound effect.
There is a large central white button right on the top which acts a bit like a drum machine and each time you press it you get a different drum sound effect – albeit just a single drum beat. There are five coloured buttons around the perimeter which (from left to right) work as follows: the red button or ABC button will play the sounds of the alphabet and each press will read out a single letter with the ABC song played after the letter Z. The green button or number button will pronounce the numbers from 0 to 9, the yellow button plays one of eight lullabies, the orange button plays 6 different animal sounds (dinosaur, cat, dog, sheep, Bird and monkey) and finally the blue button plays one of five different musical instrument sound effects. In addition to these the green turtle button will emit a short (and realistic) baby laugh and then start to crawl. A second press will stop it moving. Finally there is a telephone keypad on the back which emits different dial tones.
I’m impressed with this item. For 25 and it’s good value for money and bright colourful is with various lights seem to both attract and hold the attention of both my two year old and my six month old granddaughters. It works on 3 X AA batteries and has an auto switch off to help preserve battery life. I highly recommend this and so far it has proved a favourite toy at grandma and grandads!
This crawling phone turtle was a little bigger than I was expecting.
The turtle is made out of a hard plastic material and is filled with activities all over. There are multiple buttons on the top of the turtle for different sounds such as ABC or 123. There is also a small orange phone connected on the back.
The turtle has wheels on the bottom so it can be pushed around. This is were the speaker is also located.
The toy is very cute in design and has an adorable face painted on.
This item appears on first impressions somewhat durable, constructed of rather thick plastic with good solid raised buttons, it does require 3 X AA batteries which are not supplied.
Item arrives in a branded box suitable for gifting and easily wrapped if doing so.
Functionality is plentiful, the turtle walks slowly forward and includes a drum, telephone, lullabies, animal and musical instrument sound effects along with lighting.
Although offering little new, this product does offer plenty of activities and as stated earlier appears to be much more durable than some of it’s competitors, this may be due in part to it’s rounded compact shape, or perhaps not, but regardless as in operation it’s somewhat cute.
Hi, it’s a cute enough turtle for kids, my 2 year old grandsons love it, would suit younger kids definitely due to the slow moving of it , but they still like playing with it, good sounds and a nice amount of buttons to keep them occupied, I just think the phone bit now is a bit old hat as nobody uses them like that anymore, so they just use it to drag it and swing it around
First thing on opening I was impressed by the look of it as it’s a bright and cute looking toy. It has lots of features numbers, letters, tunes phone and more. It also has an on of switch and two volume settings and I’m sure you have toys that would benefited from this.
I have recorded a video showing some of the features and it walking which is really fun.
The only downside is you will need a screwdriver and 3 aa batteries before you can use it so make sure you get theses in ready.
But I really liked it and could recommend it.
I got this toy for my 18 month old toddler – who is in that stage where he thinks everything is a phone. The toy itself is great, it takes three AA batteries (not included) that are inserted into a locked battery compartment.
The toy has lots of different function, as well as the phone hand set that can be lifted (there a button underneath), theres a keypad, 5 multi function buttons and an extra turtle button, each makes a different sound E.g. numbers. The turtle itself also walks, which it’ll do if you press the right set of buttons.
For me the only drawback is the length of the phone string. I got this as my son likes to hold phones up to his ear, but the cord is just too short for him to be able to reach it up to his ear.
Otherwise it is of good quality and the lights are really eye catching, so keep my little boy engaged.
