It didn’t work initially as the trip switch was in the off position. A little struggle to open the cover but easily resolved.
It’s a good camping tool and really helpful to have the USB ports built in.
Used on tent camping holiday, worked perfectly was enough cable when we camped 3 metres away from electric point and plenty of slack too. This is quality very heavy cable, tight tolerance on lids of socket and rcd, i would recommmend to anyone but it would be nice if they did a 25 metre version, for pitches with far spaced electric points, but this was more than adequate, all sockets and usb ports worked. kept ipad phones electric toothbrush, all charged. this makes camping civilised. i felt very safe using this and it rained a lot. obviously we kept it inside tent, but other end was totally exposed and kept completely dry, very good product. i would reccomend to anyone.
I have a camper without a built in external socket so this is perfect. Only thing I don’t like is the pole attachments on the back which are no use to me and get in the way. But very happy with the quality and safety features of the product.
Great unit if you don’t want to go to the trouble of installing a offshore electric system in your camper, I installed the offshore outlet in my camper and removed the connection part of it leaving an opening to feed the offshore connection from this product out through my van.
Using for my battery charger to keep power in my camper great value very sturdy but due to late delivery havent had time to test but all seems ok very well built and sturdy got it hanging in van using on a 16amp site update awesome live it works great live the usb to great value and would recomend no priblems very well made
Used this for the first time camping and had it set up in the awning. The clips on the back fit onto my table legs so it’s off the ground and easy accessible.
This is so much better for my awning than an extension lead it has 3 covered sockets and 2 usb covered sockets was a god send on last trip away as it clipped to table leg
Received this product promptly and it met all expectation. A sturdy item with a good cable and connector. The 3 sockets and 2 USB ports worked perfectly and the circuit breakers were very reassuring given the amount of rain we had on holiday. Would recommend this product to anyone with similar need.
Good strong unit with enough cable and the USB sockets are essential nowadays.
The unit doesn’t lie flat on the ground due to the tent pole clips on the back, I have removed them as there are no poles in my inflatable tent.
Heavy duty cable, chunky socket bank with spring loaded lids, really useful usb double socket, mains isolation swith and separate circuit breakers offer good safety, not fully waterproof but adequate for use around tents, awnings, caravans or domestic with an adapter lead available separately.
Arrived just as described, a little bigger than expected but quality is great and very sturdy so no complaints. Delivery was fast and no issues and looking forward to using on our next trip out. Will let you know how it goes.
